The folks at Huston Chevrolet were awesome. They always had time to explain to me what the status of my vehicle was and even squeezed me in when I was in need of repair prior to a scheduled road trip. I was in need of some custom modifications that the dealership did not do and they referred me to a solution. I appreciate everything that they did for me. And Beverly was such a help in everything and very pleasant to deal with. I'll be back.

The guys were absolutely fantastic. However, I feel they could have offered more perks. I am a well qualified buyer. Other dealerships are offer many more perks. Just to help out the consumer. We all know the interest rates are stupid and everyone s prices are high. I just feel they could have helped me out more. They will be making upwards of at least 6 grand for my trade. I lost 1000$ on it because I over pay my payments. They could have humored me and gave me credit for that. There are dealerships offering 4000 over kbb at this time. That is all.

Mark and the service team at Huston has outperformed my expectations on multiple levels and occasions! This dealership is fair with pricing, accurate with estimates and turn around time is exceptional! Their new facility is clean and inviting. They have some great looking inventory on the lot as well!

Our appointment was for 1030, upon arriving they said with all the issues we thought the car was having we would have to leave it and they could not tell us a time. My husband called me to ask what should we do since the car is our primary car and as I was speaking to him I could hear the manager screaming over him . We were not told we would need to leave the car. They did finally give my husband and 2 sons a ride home. Only to call us 3 hours later and tell us nothing was wrong with the car. The brakes are supposed to squeak we were told and the transmission shifts just fine. So they had no clue how long the car was needed for and told my husband while I was on the phone that of he and my sons waited ,it was on the three of them since they could not tell us when the car would be out but three hours later the car is done with nothing wrong with it. Seems a little odd .

I visited Huston Chevrolet to look at a new Silverado. I ended up buying a used Colorado. The salesman was extremely patient in showing me the vehicles and answering my questions. I test drove a couple of them.The business manager, Mr. Rerucha, explained the process the dealership went through to decide which used vehicles to put on the lot and which to send to auction.He even took the time to show me one of the vehicles that had recently been traded in that they were going to send to the auction. Unless you were in the car business, you would not have noticed many of the things that he pointed out as defects that made this vehicle unworthy of being sold by them.It was a comforting feeling knowing that professionals had inspected my vehicle before I bought it.In addition to spending time with the salesman and the business manager, even the owner (Tim Huston) stopped by to introduce himself.I got a very fair deal on an excellent used vehicle. It was a no pressure buying experience that could not have gone any better. I highly recommend this dealership..

I recently purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV from Huston Chevrolet, and I can confidently say that it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had! All thanks to the amazing salesperson, Nelson Torres, the honest and genuinely helpful man who made this whole process a breeze.Let me start by saying that my journey to find the perfect Bolt EUV wasn't an easy one. I had previously visited five different Chevrolet dealerships and encountered nothing but disappointment and frustrations (astronomical Market adjustments of $5K, dealer-installed accessories of $2~3Kand dishonest salespeople).After enduring such horrible experiences, I found an inventory of 2023 Bolt EUV at Huston Chevrolet. I immediately called and spoke with Nelson where he assured that the Bolt will be sold at MSRP with no added fees. I live out of state and had been trying for two months to find a truck to replace my wife's truck that had been wrecked. We bought the truck that was wrecked at Huston Chevrolet. So my wife tried calling, a young lady named Allison Rubio found the truck my wife wanted and had it on the lot 48 hrs. Later. Thank you Allison And thank you Gary, out of state paperwork is a chore to say the least.

Huston Chevy/ dodge jeep. Service center is terrible. Called ahead in the afternoon about a part and told to come in. Was told once there that it was too late in the day to do install , due to computer programming took over an hour. Came back next day. Was quoted at $80. Next day was told that the quote was incorrect and it would be double. Half way through install was called back to desk and advised that the truck needed new fobs as well. Before I left I was asked to pay $400.

Saw car on web site, went there, took test drive, was very impressed with car & Huston Motors, Mr. D.Martin was very polite and efficient. Paper work was handled quickly, Price and quality of vehicle was outstanding. All of the staff were friendly, took extra time to insure the car was clean & ready, also included a free tank of gas! Extremely Happy, I called former dealers I had been talking to- said Sorry I Found what I was Looking at a better Dealership and Price.. Thanks Again: Staff of HUSTON MOTORS!

THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. I had been negotiating a deal from out of state, THEY PULLED MY CREDIT WHICH IMPACTED MY SCORE, and were running numbers for me. I waited for an answer, started packing up the car, with a month old child to drive 7 hours, to pick up my new car. After I called and called for an answer with numbers, they proceed to tell me that they sold the vehicle while the banks were pending my approval. The absolute worst crooks and liars I have ever dealt with in my life. They did not even have the decency to call and tell me that someone else was there, looking at the vehicle, AFTER THEY RAN MY CREDIT!!!!! Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else. NEVER EVER EVER HAD THIS HAPPEN TO ME BEFORE, with all the vehicles I have purchased. THE WORST!!!!! 1 start is TOO MUCH!!

I am a VERY happy customer. I searched the state over to find a great deal on a Corvette. I was surprised to find such a deal at Huston but after visiting I shouldn't have been surprised at all!After inquiring online I got a near immediate response from Jessica. She connected me with Jim Higgins. If you have a choice, choose Jim. He's absolutely awesome and customer focus is his thing. He's been in the car business for quite a while, and Huston is lucky to have him. His focus on customer service is impressive. I inquired late on a Saturday, we spoke and as I was 2 hours away he said he would work the deal up and have it ready for me on Monday. He texted me on Sunday (they're closed) and reassured me he would be on it first thing in the morning. At 7am on Monday he texted me a question about the deal. What salesman is up at 7am?!?!? Jim is, and Jim was on it. Both he and Jessica tag teamed the whole experience.I provided photos of my trade. They gave me a very reasonable trade offer based solely on the photos, and they honored that offer when they inspected the vehicle in person.When I arrived they had prepared as much of the paperwork in advance, and my wait time to finish the deal was minimal. during the wait the Owner of the dealership came and introduced himself. The owner's son (Chaz) is the finance manager. As most repeat buyers know the finance office is the worst. High sales pressure, over priced options. Not here. He presented numerous options and was helpful in letting me select from a variety of reasonable priced addons. Since Corvettes can be expensive to maintain, the prepaid maintenance program was an easy "yes". Never felt pressured for a minute.The dealership is unassuming on the outside, but what matters is the people on the inside! You'll get a fair deal, you'll be treated with respect, and you'll be honored as a customer. I buy a car every three years. Honestly other than for service I have no loyalty to any dealership. But Huston has changed that. I will ALWAYS give them a shot to sell me a car FIRST before I go anywhere else and yes, they are 2 HOURS away from where I live! I have never had a more pleasant car buying experience in my life!Props to Mr. Huston for creating such a great dealership, which such character and customer service. Props to Jim Higgins, Jessica, and Chaz Huston as well.Thanks for a great experience and a great car!

By far the best car buying experience ever. Nelson went above and beyond from start to finish. Got me as much info as possible before even arriving. He was very transparent and allowed me options to make an informed decision. Chaz was very inviting and informative. Billy helped me through the financing process and gave me tips on how to keep up my new vehicle. Overall this was a great and efficient experience. I d recommend this location to anyone! Definitely made my process as smooth as possible!

LOOK NO FURTHER! I drove almost 3 hours to Huston Chevrolet and this was honestly the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Usually buying a car can be very stressful. But my experience with Huston Chevrolet was the complete opposite. George True, the sales man that I worked with was very professional and worked with me to get me the right car for the right price. Tim Huston the owner/manager himself walked around the car with me, he was very polite and respectful. His son, Chaz Huston the finance manager, worked with me to get an awesome interest rate, which on used cars can be difficult. There were no hidden fees, surprises, or any sleazy sales tactics, just honest people looking you in the eye and helping you. Overall it was an amazing experience, and it was definitely worth the drive. I look forward to working with them again in the future! Thank you George, Chaz, and Tim!

So, I had a lousy experience trying to buy a 2023 Chevy Bolt from a whole bunch of (OTHER) dealerships that ranged from being outright crooked to being deaf to my communications with them.Thank goodness, along the way, I did start chatting with Kristopher Moore from Huston. We kept a dialog going for over a month and were just honest with each other about what I wanted and what Huston could offer.Finally, I got on the phone with Kris and Chaz and we worked something out. Despite all the disappointments due to shenanigans I had along the way with (OTHER) dealerships, I kept my hopes that the 90 minute drive I needed to make close on the agreed deal would not end in disappointment.It was night and day. I had such an easy, stress-free experience closing with Kris and then Billie in finance. I actually can say I enjoyed my time there and certainly meeting everyone face to face.Thank you Team Huston. You restored my faith that buying a car does not need to be a horrifying experience. It truly does depend on who you are dealing with.

$158.00 to tell me my exhaust manifold is cracked. What a scam. This is after I spent $1600.00 to have a water pump replacement. Never again on this place.
