Customer service was fantastic, We felt welcomed and comfortable! Besides the facth that we left the lot with a great Car, they had accommodations for our active baby while we waited (Which meant the world to us). I will recommend this dealership to friends forever!

Needed a new fuel cap for our Jeep and although it wasn t initially in stock They ordered it and it came in quickly,. They gave us a courtesy call when it arrived and we picked it up with ease getting in and out quickly. The staff and customer service was great! Would definitely recommend this location based on customer service alone.

The people at Huston Jeep are so nice and helpful. It didn't take all day to get my jeep. They answered all my questions and went over every detail of my jeep. When I left I felt completely satisfied. Love thise guys!!!!

As usual, Ariana does a great job! She told me what the upfront cost would be! She told me the service that was going to happen, and she gave me the right amount of information about the time it would take! She has been my favorite service advisor, possibly in my life! She is always my go to Gal when it comes to my jeep and the service that it needs! Thank you

My experience with Huston Dodge was exceptionally good. Danielle did a great job in scheduling me in, on 3 occasions as I own a business and it is difficult for me to take time out of my day. Thank you Danielle. My service rep, Shaunah Wheeler was very professional, polite, and took very good care of me. The service tech, Ed Barrett was very professional, very knowledgeable, and gave me quick service. I applaud all of the team I came into contact with. by far the worst possible experience in service the GM must not know what goes on here.They took 4 months to replace a transmission, it was faulty and we were charged again,now it has issues again . It has been two weeks and they stated they have to get the supplier of the parts to replace it or some king of warranty issue.That is not the customer problem .I wrote all this while one hold with them .Awful service all around.Be warned avoid at all cost.All those good ratings must be friends and family.It has now been three weeks waiting,their solution it for us to purchase a new transmission while this one is still under warranty after paying over $6000,No contact has been made by them or attempt to fix this issue meanwhile we are still without the vehicle .

Allan worked everything out with me online. Had other cars I was considering gave me an offer sheet and OTD price via text. Made appt, provided all of my paperwork to them. From time in to time out was 32 minutes best dealership experience I have ever had. No negatives no notes, would buy again.

This Dealership is a bit of a drive but as we dealt with salesman Christopher Sanchez and Business manager Joe Cilione we couldn t be anymore pleased the way we were treated ,they stayed in touched with us every step of the way and got back to us without much wasted time and didn t get the the sales crap that we had gotten from other dealers straight forward and always with the politeness that they started .we didn t feel any pressure and felt very comfortable with the whole process, again I want to thank Chris Sanchez and Joe Cilione for all your help and your kindness From 1 to 10 they got a 10 from me Thank you

I called Huston Dodge to schedule an oil change for my truck before I left Sebring Florida. I was able to get the appointment within four days. I normally don t have to make appointments but this place seems to get a lot of business so I ll give them a pass on that.When I got to the dealership to drop off, I was wearing some scrubby clothing and I looked scruffy (I mention this because in Sebring area I m not the typical demographic). I was greeted as soon as I began walking to the building by Marc Silverman and he took my keys and information. Although I looked a mess I was treated with respect and courtesy. He directed me to the waiting area and told me about the refreshments available.I stepped into the customer waiting area and saw the refreshments that were available. I was pleased to see two vending machines and an automatic coffee bar all free of charge. The waiting area was clean, cool, quiet and welcoming. The children have a play room dedicated for them to play in that is all but soundproof. There is a dedicated quiet area (never seen one of these before interesting).I was offered a courtesy car wash as my truck was just filthy since I haven t had a chance to wash it since we started driving the country back in August (nearly six months ago with over 6,000 miles). It was a pleasant surprise since most of the time when I ask for a car wash, they don t have the service available. WELL DONE HUSTON!The restrooms are kept pretty clean. There are two sets of restrooms located on either side of the customer waiting area. The mens room closest to the exterior was so clean that it felt comfortable to be in. A nice change from the new societal norm.At this point I was dead set on doing a review of this place and walked out front to take some photos of the front of the building. Immediately upon being out front, Sales Rep. George True came out and asked if I needed anything or if I wanted to see any vehicles. I told him I m in for service and thanked him. After some chatting, he offered to give me a tour of the facility and I agreed. It was really nice to walk back into the shop and detail area and see where the heart of the service department works.Obviously with the last year being what it is, inventory is very low so I won t judge them on something beyond their control.The free WiFi was tested and it showed high download speeds of about 80mbps. That good enough for the kids to stream movies while they play online games with their friends in the customer waiting area. Again WELL DONE HUSTON!After 1 hour and 36 minutes of waiting, Marc came into the waiting area and told me that they just took my truck back. At the 1 hour and 47 minutes time, Marc said they were finished with the oil and had taken it back for the wash. I was in my truck and leaving at 1hr:59m. Kind of long for an oil change and wash.One thing of distaste that I did notice was that the oil change sticker was placed with oily hands and in a sloppy manner.I purposefully had money placed around the vehicle in unlocked places to see if it would be taken. None of the money seemed to be touched and was all accounted for.All things considered, i would use this place again as long as they can get the appointment times down a bit. This is the longest I ve had to wait for an oil change and car wash. The free car wash missed quite a few spots but it was free.

We are so happy we bought our Jeep from Huston Jeep ,Our salesman was Chris Sanchez .Great guy he got our trade at the price we wanted and great price on new Jeep . He made the process easy . I would highly recommend Chris!

I've been disappointed 2 previous visits here, with slow service. Service was timely this time. Who knew jeeps have 2 batteries and only last about 2 years.,,,but this time I felt a little I pressure to buy now.

This people post a great offer online . I called and make sure item was on stock 2 hours later item is supposoly sold and item still on dealer what a waste of time. Bait and switch at its best. Buyer beware.

I stopped at Wells Motor Company for an oil change, in and out within an hour. Their facility is very clean and orderly, with two different waiting areas....one with a loud tv and another with signage asking for quiet, no cell phones, etc. they also had multiple restrooms available. Tables are set up outside if you want to get some fresh air and sunshine. Everyone there was friendly and inviting, greeting me as they walked by. Rather that sit only in the waiting area, I walked around, reading their history on the walls, dating back to 1931 in the Avon Park area.

I have been looking for a used Plum Crazy Challenger for months and located one at Wells. I emailed on a Friday night (after hours) and on Saturday morning at 8:00 am I received a reply from Kathy Poteat AND a written "out the door quote". Who does that? I have been in contact with multiple dealers over the last few months and NO ONE will give you anything in writing! If you are lucky it might be in an email message, but as I found out prior to purchasing this car from Wells, most dealers won't even honor their own pricing and try to tack on extra fees. I live in Illinois, so buying and arranging transport for a car unseen was nerve-racking for me. Kathy couldn't have been any more helpful. She was quick to respond, sent me pictures of the vehicle, answered all my questions. She even sent me updated pictures of the car after it was cleaned and waiting pick up as well as a picture of it on the actual transport when it was picked up at the dealership! Again, who does that? Any sales person I dealt with in the past wouldn't bother to take the time after the sale, unless they were trying to sell you something else. Something so simple, meant a lot to me and helped put my mind at ease. Jeff Grossman was also very helpful in getting the car registered in Illinois and made sure the plates and registration were all taken care of. I was really blown away from the customer service. If I'm looking for a car in the future, I might just look at Wells first, even if I do live 1300 miles away! Thank you Kathy and Jeff!

My experience at Wells was Excellent. No games. No pressure. No intimidating sales environment. They gave me a fair price from the start with no extra ridiculous fees. I'm very pleased--wish I would have started with them.

I have been buying cars for a long time and this was the best purchasing experience I've ever had. Great price with no pressure, no haggling, and no dealer fees. It was well worth the 250 mile roundtrip to do business with them. The folks at Wells Motor Company made my wife and I feel right at home. Do yourself a favor and visit them before you buy your next car or truck.

Can t say enough nice things about this dealership. After calling 2 other dealerships closer to where I live and being told it would be 11 days before I could get my vehicle in to have 2 new fobs programmed, I called Huston in Avon Park and was pleasantly surprised. I spoke with Shawna in the service department and she told me I could bring it in that same day! She was so wonderful to work with. She tried to fix the old fobs in order to save me money. The Parts Manager tried to help as well, even though he was on his lunchtime and his just purchased lunch was getting cold. No one ever complained but instead was so kind and helpful. My van also had a recall on it due to an emblem and airbag issue and they fixed that as well. And if that wasn t enough, they washed and vacuumed my van for me. With complementary drinks and snacks inside, it turned out to be a great experience! So thankful for this company as they are more about the customers than their bottom line.

Engine warning light came on. Brought to Huston, where my advisor, Ariana P. greeted me and observed the situation, arranging the appointment for repairs. She kept me informed daily until service was completed and ready for pick up. Very pleasant and knowledgeable of services needed. Thank you.

Huston s service department employees are wonderful and very professional . I called them to get service and was given an appointment right away. I had the pleasure of working with Arturo. He is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I had help with my flashlight and key fob when I was stranded at a neighborhood store. He sent someone right away to help. Arturo, Giselle, and Shawna are excellent with customer service. Huston service department deserves 10

I was totally surprised when checking in to have my tires rotated Ariana Patterson offered me a complementary car wash and front floor boards vacuum wow! What a powerful winsome response, and what a reasonable price for the work done!!!

We have taken our 60k Pacifica in several times for the same issue and it is not getting fixed. All they are doing is clearing the codes and not actually fixing what is wrong. Absolutely horrible service considering our family has bought many of vehicles from wells before the switch. We are very displeased and may choose to service and purchase our new vehicles elsewhere in the future.

My car broke down on Christmas weekend and shawna in the service department sent 2mechanics to go to my car and bring it back to Huston to work on. This was at 8:30am. By 11am I received a call from Shawna telling me my car was ready and it needed a new battery. Unbelievable!!! This is the Best Service ever!! Ty so much for getting my car back to your shop and having it ready in record time. You guys are Awesome!!!
