Notice that majority of the 5 start ratings are from people who just made their purchase. Stay far away from this place. They are scammers and will sell you a car that won t last more than 6 months. They will get as much money from you before the car breaks down or till you realize the car isn t worth what you re paying. Don t give these people your business. They are extremely rude and don t care to play dirty. 0 stars but that wasn t an options. The ladies on the insurance side are awesome though. Very helpful and I can already imagine what they have to deal with.

Bought a truck from them and been having problems since day one, they replaced a part which their mechanics messed up while replacing and are continuing to try and get me to replace parts on it. They wanted $20,000 for a truck that had 259,000 miles on it.

Do not buy a car here. This place only cares about the money. The cars are super duper dirty and filled with spiders and cobwebs! The owner is super rude and unprofessional.

Got a 2016 Chevy Colorado from Chaney Used Cars a little over a year ago and had the best experience! Sergio listened to what I wanted and gave me a couple of options. Once I decided on the truck Brandon was very nice and helpful in explaining all of the paper work. Most definitely recommend!

Honestly if I could do no stars, I would. I've had a car for over a year from them, a 16,000 dollar car. They take it at random hours, never call or if they do, they never answer back if you miss them. When it does get towed, it's a ridiculous amount to get it back in your possession. Really isn't a place to get a car if you can help It. I have never in my life hated the drive and the way these guys work their stuff out. Was in the building once at 4:30 until exactly 5:01pm about to make a payment, yes I know they closed at 5pm, but they promised to give me 5 minutes, and they refused to take payment. When told to get out, they said they would most likely tow the car, so I sat in the overnight parking lot, and they did try to tow it. After waiting 16 hours until they open again, they made me wait even longer and tried to tell me my payment is now more. They are just ridiculous and I was told it's a great place, nah it isn't. If they tell you about the referral bonus, you gotta cosign with the person to get money. Then when you have the money in your account, they don't tell you that they only gave you part of it, lie about your next payment, and tow it. They also after a year, won't give you anything to give the car back if you can no longer afford it. If it's before the year, no matter how you put down, they only give you $500 max. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GET A CAR HERE.

A lot of Pple say negative things but, if you stay on top of your payments and keep insurance on it every thing would be great on both ends. I m a happy customer cause I stay on top of mines. And they will work with you.

Whatever You Do !! Stay Away From This Place. Payments Not A Problem ! But The Staff And Customer Service They Have Is Ridiculous !! We Got A Car Literally The Next Day Went To Making All Kinds Of Sounds !! You Know What They Told Me ? There s Nothing We Can Do After Promising To Fix The Issue. 0/5 PLEASE LISTEN DONT BUY FROM CHANEYS !

This place sucks. I asked to switch from weekly payments to 2 week payments after I just paid my weekly payment. Then come next week and they came and took my car because I didn t pay the weekly payment even though I asked to switch to 2 week payments. I then had to pay over $1,000 to get my car back from them. This place is an absolute joke. Don t buy a car from here please.

Excellent place been doing business with them for over 15 year bought motorcycles suvs and trucks, if I ever had and issue with my car they would always have a way of helping, on my recet purchase Brandon was very helpful and explained every single thing on the contract definitely recommend!

I ve had a great pleasure of purchasing 2 of my cars here. Customer service was great & they understood what type of car I was looking for in my budget . They don t do credit checks which is a BONUS ! Definitely somewhere to come and look if you re interested in buying a car . They are also very flexible with payments . Great place to do business .

Not very happy with the Customer Service at this location. Yes I am aware its a Buy Here Pay Here, but there should be a certain level of Customer Service, ESPECIALLY if your looking for repeat business. If you have any service issues with your vehicle, yes they do have a mechanic in the back, yes they will order your parts at no charge. But your responsible of picking up the parts at the location that they send you, then you have to bring it to them for them to help you. They said and quote "WE DON'T PICK UP PARTS FOR CUSTOMERS" Not very happy with the quality of customer service so far, especially if I had the car only for less than a month. Hopefully, they can take this under consideration, and do better next time.

Don't go to this place to buy a car. You can only test drive in a lot behind the dealership. They try to sell you a car they want you to have not the one you pick. The down payment is ridiculous! They definitely take advantage of you and your current financial situation. I went there only because they had a car that I was looking for. I went prepared to buy it in cash. I decided to go through the sales pitch just to see what type of people I was dealing with, but after the customer service I received I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy. They can't tell you how much a car is until you tell them how much you can put down. First red flag! These people need to be reported to the Better business Bureau

We have bought two vehicles from this place, had no issues whatsoever. Made payments on time, and so on. We went back this past weekend, to look for a third vehicle, my husband needed a work truck or van. We found a truck, and saw other options. The man who was showing is around gave us a price, and we were ok with it, he showed us around, and said we would be ok, having been prior customers. We told him what we could put down and what the payments would be like.HOWEVER, , once we came into the office, and the customer guy being back and forth, more than once, talking to his supervisor, and what not, the price originally given to us went up $5000. They wanted more as the down payment, than what was previously agreed.We had never had issues with them, but there is no set price on the vehicles, they work on the numbers themselves. Sad to see this happen. We won t be going back. Ohh, after we left, they called my husband twice, for him to go get the truck he wanted, that the supervisor was busy and so many lies. Be careful out there.

If you make payments by card please be extremely careful. They will rip you off. Also make sure you see the interest. 29% it is absolutely crazy! I wouldn't recomend them to anyone. I just paid my car off today. I am so so happy.

I bought a car 4 months ago and it has multiple problems! I ve talked to the sellers but they re not giving me answers. In other words, don t waste time and money here!!
