When I was in need of a vehicle immediately, I sought out Bill Owens Auto Sales. Their response to my application was instant. Hector Ramirez was phenomenal in assisting me in this matter. I expressed what I needed and what I was going to be able to afford. I was approved and drove off with a vehicle the next day. The entire Bill Owens Staff was incredibly courteous, professional and so attentive to what I needed and found a solution to help me get a vehicle. Hector was outstanding and I am beyond thankful for him, we both spoke on the timing of things and agreed that it was God s timing and how what is meant for you will be for you. This was meant for me. Thank You Mr. Hector. Whenever anyone is in need of a vehicle, I will directly reference and recommend Bill Owens Auto Sales and Hector Ramirez.

I recently had an outstanding experience with the customer service at Bill Owens. From the moment we walked in, the staff exhibited an impressive level of professionalism and friendliness. They took the time to understand our needs, patiently answering all our questions about the car models and payment options, as well as the requirements. What stood out the most was their proactive communication I was kept informed throughout the entire process. Kudos to the team, specially Mr. Hector for setting a high standard in customer service!

If you re in the market for a car and are having trouble finding what you want, check out Bill Owens! Me and my husband have been on the hunt since August of this year and something always led us back to Bill Owen s site! As soon as I inquired, I called because the cars here go like hot cakes! Hector was my sales representative and I truly could not have asked for a better person to walk me through this process. He was not pushy or pressured into getting a sale, he truly cared about my needs and wants and did everything in his power to help me get into something I love and can afford. I ve never been happier with the purchase of a vehicle than my recent transaction with Bill Owens Auto Sales. Saw a van that interested me on AutoTrader, contacted the dealership and heard back from them almost immediately. Please understand that I was buying a car from a dealer more than 1,000 miles away so I was buying on faith and photos.I worked with Hector Ramirez, who was fantastic from beginning to close. Also want to recognize April, who made the paperwork easy. No hassles, no surprises - a smooth deal all the way through.They had the van ready, clean inside and out, when my shipping company arrived for pickup. After having it for a few days I m even more pleased - a used vehicle in nice shape, as described, at what I consider to be a very fair price. And great folks to work with. You can t ask for more than that.

Excellent experience with this dealership and proud to give my 5 stars. I'm usually skeptical with "small town" used car dealerships, always went to the large chains, but this dealership's reviews were impressive. So glad I gave it a try. Thanks to Hector Ramirez I was able to purchase my dream car and trade in. Went in yesterday, came out today with a great vehicle. Very thankful for such a non-pushy, professional sales person as Hector. Will definitely recommend Bill Owens to anyone!

Hector was on top of his game! I had been let down by many other dealerships and sales reps that just gave up on me. I was told by other places I could not get a car even with a co sign. We contacted Hector as soon as they open and told him what I could give to get into a car. He worked ours on end to get me into a car and not only that. He got me into a car on my own with no co sign!I highly highly recommend requesting him!

Hector was GREAT!!!! Called this morning as soon as they opened. I Told him my gf had no credit history (first time buyer) and limited income. (1300) he was able to get her into a 2009 with only 80k miles. One previous owner and the car is in immaculate condition she instantly fell in love. We put 2000 down and we rode out!! Even though we felt defeated due to being declined with other dealerships Hector did everything he could to ensure our needs were fulfilled. THANK YOU HECTOR!!!!

I m so happy with my recent purchase! Bill Owens Auto checked all the boxes on this search for a new vehicle for my daughter and myself. When I had a small concern they had someone immediately double check the vehicle for me and I was on my way! They knew about the vehicle s history, any questions I had they could answer. The car was regularly maintenance and interior and exterior look like a brand new car. When I was ready to leave they told me not to hesitate and give them a call with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this place to anyone on a search for a great used vehicle. They are honest, prices are fair and they work with you. From beginning to end this was a great experience. Talked with George over the course of a week before deciding to "pull the trigger" on a 2008 Jeep Rubicon they had on the lot. George advised me of problems that the Jeep has/had which are all correctable and not unexpected honestly. After weighing my options I decided to trade in my Honda accord for the Jeep Rubicon as it checked off some positive boxes for me.1. It was a manual shift for the 4WD (as well as manual shift for normal drive) - I hunt and some of the places I go, I didn't feel comfortable parking the Honda.2. AC was ice cold3. It's a soft top, which is nice if I decide to take the top off.Some things that George didn't know and I'm going to rectify myself or already have. I was under the Jeep this past weekend working to adjust the steering wheel back to center, honestly this should have been done by Layes when they did the "alignment", however they didn't. I found that one of the adjusting collars for tie rod, the bolts/nuts were loose. Barely even screwed into the nuts.I wish I could say that the oil change that I read on the car fax has been done, but the old oil filter says differently for me. But I'll be rectifying that myself this weekend anyhow, just to be safe.As for a wheel hop or strong vibration that was mentioned by George, that was pretty much rectified with a new set of wheels, went from Mud/Rough terrain tires that were on it to a set of All Terrain tires.Steering is still very loose, but I already have ideas of how to fix that and will be taking care of that as well. All in all, good Jeep, good price and happy!Thank you again George and Bill Owens!

Hector sold me my car 6/3/22. He was wonderful. The absolute best car buying experience I've had, and I've bought a lot of cars. We drove almost 90 miles to Bill Owen's, and it was worth it!

Great people!! Our salesman Gerardo didn't try to sell me on any car, he walked around with me and answered the many questions I had about several vehicles until I made my own mind up. They done everything they could to get me in and out. Again great people and will buy from them again.

First of all, want to give Bill Owens Auto Sales a A+++++++ all around!!! Awesome individuals to work with. George Whitehurst my salesman was all about honesty being the best policy. That is hard to find these days. He answered all my questions I asked about the 2012 Toyota Tacoma, which made my decision even easier to make the trip out to Avon Park from Tampa to see this truck and buy it from them. The process was simple and easy. Once again, thank you Bill Owens, thank you George Whitehurst for helping me with the Toyota Tacoma.

Thanks to Mr. Hector and Mr. Erick for making the approval of our vehicle possible, they were very attentive, kind, patient, professional and honest. They are very clear when it comes to selling, a detail that we had not found in other car dealers. Before signing the sale, Mr. H�ctor explained to us in detail that we were signing. Very professional staff. I live about an hour away. Wanted to buy locally but, Bill Owen's Staff made me feel like I was buying from a trusted neighbor. Best prices in area. Good quality, low mileage, fair price. And most of all Integrity. I understand Mr. Owens used to own a Ford Dealer and still maintains a service department in the area. Test drove a supposed certified/inspected vehicle today that was $3-4k overpriced and had major head problems. Buyer beware.Response to owners reply: George was great not faulting him. First Ford escape we drove that had been through the shop had very old dirty oil as black as a diesels so clearly not changed and the last newer Ford escape s oil was milky white clearly an indication of water in the oil not the color of the dipstick.

I found the SUV I wanted at Bill Owens and George quickly responded with all my questions. He was very upfront and honest and truly a pleasure to work with. They also got me and my husband the best interest rate with our not so perfect credit. We live an hour and a half away in Tampa and the whole experience was well worth the drive! We will definitely be repeat customers in the future and I am absolutely in love with my new vehicle from Bill Owens!

I went with my dad to help him purchase a vehicle and Bill Owens Auto Sales was first class. George was our salesman and he did a fantastic job and we were in and out with no problems. Found a super clean van for my dad and the dealership just has a hometown atmosphere unlike some of these large dealerships where you just wait around forever. In talking with George the dealership has been in business 40+ years and they have a service shop as well for future needs. Highly recommend, thanks George.

These are very friendly people. I bought a 2017 f150 from George and the service was top notch. When we asked the last time the oil was changed they instantly said they would give us a oil change free of charge and they threw a new battery in with it! From start to finish they were very patient and friendly. Now after owning the truck for a few months, I love it! Thanks Bill Owens!
