I just want to say Roy at bill Jarrett ford in Avon Park is awesome as well as all the employees at Bill Jarrett Ford. I took my 23 Ford Bronco in because I was having a issue with the passenger door and Roy was very pleasant to talk to and he had no problem fixing my door (when another dealership body shop didn t do their job). I would and do recommend Bill Jarrett Ford and his whole team they are all very professional and care about their customers.

This place is awesome. I purchased a new to me car. While showing me the ins and outs of it Ricky ,(sales) noticed my check engine light on. He made arrangements for service in the morning.. Janine (service) got me a vehicle to drive. Problem was with the engine so in 7 days I got a brand new engine and my new to me car back looks and ride like brand new!!Whenever I called to inquire theywere so nice and transparent.Very Christian run place.

The guys at Bill Jarrett Ford did an amazing job on my Ford Fusion. It had some damage from a recent hurricane. They fixed it up like new and even detailed the inside for me! I would recommend them to anyone! They were friendly and courteous and when the job was done they even had a free shuttle service come pick me up to get my car. Thank you guys!

I understand that they've been busy since the hail storm. Still, I have been trying to get my car fixed since April.We finally got an estimate for insurance some months ago, and insurance cut the check. I made an appointment with the body shop, but then they said "actually it'll cost more." So now they're waiting on stuff from insurance -- supposedly.The thing is, I'm always having to keep on top of them. When I call to try and move things forward, the person answering the phone doesn't have any answers for me, and says "I'll research and call you back." They never call back.It's at a point where the original check from the insurance will be expiring soon, so I'll probably just restart this whole process with another body shop since they're clearly not hurting for my business.Service: Body & Trim

Second time I have had to use Bill Jarrett Body Shop after being hit in a parking lot (insert eye roll) and they have allows been very helpful and knowledgeable. Our trailer park had softball sized hail, the biggest hail I had ever seen. It did damage to every thing in our park. Our vehicle, a 2019 Pacifica S, had a rough time. The entire back window blew in and litterly spread glass onto the dashboard. We called the local chyrsler dealer and they referred us to ,"Father and Son", glass shop. They came out Wednesday night to clean out the glass. The next day MIKE called me about putting in the new window and they came Wednesday afternoon and installed it. 2 day turn around, WOW!I was very thankful for the service. We are getting ready to go home to Ontario next weekend. Today we got up and the door wouldn't open. MIKE came by right away, checked it out and let us know he couldn't fix it, but referred us to the BILL JARRETT FORD, who I must say I was tremendously impressed with. Right from reception that answered the call to service who immediately put me through to the body shop and they said if we could be there within an hour they would check it out. We arrived to a very warm welcome and Roy the shop manager came out and got right at it -1/2hr later we were done, the door worked and we very happy.THE MORAL IN ALL THIS, THERE ARE SO MANY SPECIAL PEOPLE IN THIS AREA THAT WORK VERY HARD TO MAKE THEIR LIVES AND THE LIVES OF OTHERS BETTER FOR MEETING THEM.THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING SO GREAT TO MY WIFE AND I. WINTERING HERE HAS BEEN AWESOME in spite of the hail!

Actually went to Bill Jared Ford to buy a new bronco. Salesman Kelly was great.. I brought the car to me to get the final paperwork signed. My wife hates car shopping this way everything was done at our convenience and don't forget that Full Tank of gas they give you. Great family business..

Since Bill Jarrett moved it's service department across the street I've heard mixed reviews. We recently brought our vehicle in for its first service. The place is clean, spacious waiting room, has eager to help staff and a window into their world of car servicing. We were very pleased with the service given. The young women at the counter even came out to our car to show me how to set the automatic wipers.

Went there to have work done on my 2000 ford ranger. And to order parts for it at the best price in town. Inter splash guards,9 year warranty battery( best price in town).

They do good work, but a little to pricey. Always finding something wrong. Always best to Check with other places to compare.

Roy and his team of associates are amazing and they made the experience as pleasant as possible. Most importantly I didn't feel like I was being ignored. Any and all questions were answered with confidence and no confusion. I would highly recommend this team for anyone in Avon Park, Florida that needs body work done to their vehicle. Thank you guys so much.

Nice waiting area! Went here to get my oil change on my new Ford Escape. Price was in line with other oil change shops, people were friendly. I had an appointment, they were ready for me when I showed up and were done with me car in about 30 minutes with tire rotation.

I just want to say that I came in here yesterday and got an oil change around 2. When I had left I made it home and my brother told me to open my hood and they forgot to put the oil cap back on my car. So I called the place and I was pretty upset, so I do apologize to the lady I called and spoke with as well, but let me tell you about mr Thomas! He s hands down the greatest manager I ve ever met! He took time out of his day, pass closing by the way, to drive from Avon park to wauchula to bring me an oil cap, new oil, and cleaned my engine! You re amazing and I appreciated that so much! The coupons were just a bonus point honestly. I really appreciate y all s yard work!Service: Oil change

Roy and his team did an AMAZING Job on my 2016 Kia soul!!After an unfortunate accident where I was rear ended. My heart was crushed. I love my car so much. I'm so proud to have worked hard enough to drive something newer and reliable. I was devastated that I was going to loose my baby. But Roy assured me that everything was fixable and that they would have her back to me as soo as possible. He kept true to that promise. 8 days after drop off I was driving home in my car!!!!! The best part was it looked BRAND NEW!!! the work was beyond impressive and the whole team at Bill Jarrett was so accommodating and friendly. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced!! 10/10Service: Body & Trim

Stopped by for a quote ! They never got back to me and when I called them back to see what was going on they acting like they were swamp and told me they d get to me . They couldn t find my file . Doubt they care about their customer service because it was awful !

I set an appointment the same day. I was early, but there service people started when I arrived. The oil change was finished in half an hourEveryone at the service counter were friendly and experienced. The service was quick and painless!

Had a recall and made an appointment then dropped car off at 10 did not get car back until 5 because they were unprepared and did not have proper tools. They never apologized for wasting my only day off and did not schedule a new appointment for me. This is very unprofessional and rude. My advice is do not go there

They take good care of my cars I've had my Ford Edge sense 2009 and I bought it from Bill Jared and I've taken my car there ever since and they do a good job so I'm happy my husband bought me my 2017 Mustang from Bill Jarrett Ford and when I need work I take it there which is of course oil changes but no problems ever and they've always been good and nice people and listen with a good ear and I like that even though all my cars are in my husband's name

Did amazing work on our explorer. Had a dent in the rear passenger door. Looks like nothing ever happened. Friendly, helpful staff.
