What I thought would be another dead end when responding to an ad on FB turned out to be the best decision I have made when buying an in demand Ford Maverick hybrid. Not only did they charge MSRP, they accepted my plan and rebates from ford when purchasing. It had more bells and whistles than the one I ordered, and with a good amount of savings by going with a 23 model, and not having to pay the 24 price increase. Ozzie is awesome, and I was in an out in less than 30 minutes, with all paperwork done via email prior to arrival. Gotta give a shout out to Alyssa in finance as well, as this was the most painless car purchase ever. Thanks everyone!

I'm very pleased with our 2020 Ford Edge Titanium. It's like new still inside and out. Well worth the money. They were patient as we tried to decide and did not pressure us into anything. Ozzy and Hailey are the best!! Will buy again!!

Always great service at Bill Jarrett Ford. Our service advisor Jeannine always treats us well and keeps us advised of the service necessary.While our F-350 was in for the oil change, we took a test drive in a new Explorer. By the time our F-350 was done, we were signing paperwork with Cisco, our salesperson and drove home in a new Explorer ST.

Was able to schedule an appointment for an oil change for 2 pm. I was greeted, and my vehicle was taken in for service. I was in and out in no time. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Bill Jarrett Ford!

I contacted them hoping to trade in my vehicle and purchase one from these guys.Treyvon my sales guy ghosted me, D the sales manager(?) also ghosted me during negotiations. I left several messages attemptibg to reach them...what a joke these guys are! If they're THIS bad BEFIRE the sale, imagine what "service AFTER the sake" would be like!

I had the best experience here!! The establishment was very clean, the employees were extremely friendly. My salesman Francisco Lopez was not pushy at all, was able to get me a great deal with payments that fit my budget. He was very detail orientated and was able to answer all questions. After the deal was made we noticed a lug nut was missing on the front tire, he took me right away to the shop and had one put on for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Bill Jarrett Ford and definitely get with Francisco to assist you!!!

Not usually the one to leave bad reviews but this place definitely deserves one. I went into this shop with high hopes because the salesman told me that he would be able to help me out with my situation. Got almost to the end and the price that they told me of the car was a lower price then what they added to the whole total. They were pressuring me into getting myself into an even deeper situation than I was already in and lied to me about multiple things. Including the finance lady. I took the numbers to my dad to have him look over and he agreed that it wasn t adding up so he called them himself and the sales rep Marc and the sales manager was so rude to him when all he was doing was trying to figure out why they were trying to manipulate me. They knew they messed up and would not own up to it which would be the right thing to do. This dealership will do anything they can to make you feel like they care and then try to rip you off in the most expensive and horrible way. I bought my first car from here when I turned 16 and returned with high expectations and they have changed so much, in the most negative way possible. Steer clear of this place for your own good.

Beware with the body shop bullies. My radio button was replace with a plastic one I had a clip missing and they pulled one out of another clients bronco to put on mine that was not cool missing wiper blade

I went there to look at Ford F 150 Lariat. Test drove one. Mark was my sales representative and I can t remember Sales Manager name but he listened to what I was telling him and he offered feedback which I really appreciated. He was honest and actually offered me as much for my Toyota Tacoma as Toyota did. It just came down to preference and I liked the look of the Toyota Tundra better. Toyota also keeps there values better. If I was in the market for a Ford truck, I would stop down and see these two guys. They were great

I Highly recommend Quick Lane to anyone, I have had nothing but good service. A very trusted company! That s why I keep coming back to them. If you have any issues about the car just talk to them about it. They will fix it for you. If I could give them a 10 star I would. That s how great of a company they are. Beware of bait & switch pricing. Internet prices are intentionally marked far lower than what they will sell the vehicle for and vehicles have additional dealer add-ons. Only entertain this dealer if you are a skilled negotiator.

New tires, Oil change and Alignment. I still work so I was able to take advantage of their Valet service. The driver picked up my truck and was very thorough in going over my vehicle and explaining everything to me. The work was completed as expected and everyone from the woman who did the scheduling to the Technician that went through the vehicle checkup and alignment report answered all my questions courteously and to my satisfaction. I have used this QuickLane in the past and will continue to use them for my automotive Service as long as they maintain their excellent Customer Service.

I just returned home from Bill Jarrett Ford in Avon Park without a vehicle. I attempted to make a deal with Mark for an older Chevy pickup with a slight fuel leak smell. Mark went back and forth to talk with his Sales Manager Dee while I waited as patiently as possible. The last time Mark walked over to Dee s desk, Dee shouted out NO,NO,NO.!! loud enough so I could hear him on the other side of the sales floor! All the other customers and sales associates heard him also and were now staring at me Wow! Really? What did I just witness? Shouting out in apparent anger is a sales technique that I ve never heard of before .That guy Dee was really unprofessional and kind of childish. Dee made me feel extremely uncomfortable, very unwelcome and kind of embarrassed. So, because Dee made it clear to me that he would rather lose my business over a couple of hundred bucks than talk to me as a valued customer, I left the Dealership without a vehicle. I believe that Dee could use a refresher course in Customer Service 101. It would benefit him and Bill Jarrett s valued customers, making them happy, feel welcome and ready to make a purchase. I guess it was not meant to be this time. Sorry Mark, you were great and a really good Salesman.

We were greeted when we arrived by Cisco of your sales staff when we arrived, he helped us find the Ford Ranger we were looking for, when the first one he found became unavailable, he quickly found another and was very courteous with no pressure during trade in negotiations on our final price. The truck was ready for pickup at the time it was promised. Highly recommend this salesman and dealership.

Bill Jarrett tire and service center has been MY Service center on my 21 Mustang GT.They are very knowledgeable and professional. I have had seven oil changes and new tires installed there, which I purchased there as well. I highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their vehicle.

Now it is February 2024, and AGAIN, I have visited the Body Shop at Bill Jarrett. Roy Garcia is the best..........very knowledable and has always fixed my issues. I appriciate the serice and recommend Roy to everyone. Thanks again.The repair on my damaged Ford Escape went perfectly. Roy and Jessica in the body shop were so very helpful and kept me completely informed over the two week period of the repair.Thank you for you service.
