I bought a whole new set of tires here for $1600 back in April. They did not suggest an alignment and 6 months later I now need 2 new front tires. They also did a tire rotation halfway through this time period and did not bring up any need for an alignment or any notice of the uneven wear. I called them today and they had nothing to offer me other than their alignment service at cost (for my already destroyed tires)....And I just found out the jam nut for my driver side tie rod end was backed off and these have been the only people working on or around my wheels in the last 6 months and I never had problems before. Spending my money here has ended up costing me vastly more than I paid for my tires. Stay away.

I brought my Jeep in and it was determined it needed 2 new tires. Jeff took me into his office where we discussed different tires and their prices.I was told the tires would be in the next morning and when I called in the morning they said they d be there by 8:30. Around 8:30 I received a fone call from Jeff that the tires were on site. I thanked him and less than a half hour later I got another call that the job was finished. Great service! They made commitments and all were completed on time. Thank God they have a service rep like Jeff. Whenever I need tires I am definitely coming back!!

Took my Solara in for starting issue and shaking. 4 new tires and a new battery! That s it. Smooth ride again and Starting every time. Highly recommend this place. Honest service.

These people are the greatest! I can not recommend them enough!I had a blow out and called AAA for assistance. 239 minutes! That's how long they estimated my wait was going to be.I called Big Ts and they immediately sent a man out. As bad luck would have it my spare didn't fit my car.The service man contacted Adrian at the shop. He arranged for the service man to bring my blown out tire to the shop, mount a new tire then return and put it on my car.In 90+ degree heat, this man was professional, quick and courteous.I was given a VERY GOOD price for all of this. I am more than grateful!So, I DEFINITELY 100% recommend Big T's. They are honest, courteous and professional and stand behind their work.Thank you, Big T!!

I have had the worst experience with this business. If I could leave zero stars, I would! I came in for a tire change, alignment, and balance. I was charged for everything yet my front tires were bald in less than a month. I had another reputable tire company evaluate the work and was told that there was no way my tires were aligned and balanced. They said that my tires were installed improperly and after reaching out to Big T Tires they refused to make things right so I had to have everything redone at the other business. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable! Do NOT use this business! My family and friends will definitely never use them again!

Got a flat. Ordered my tire size--arrived 930am next day. Those great men even put on Bluey for my children gum ball machine gives "2" gumballs per quarter! They deserve every quarter. Thank you.

Great service they did my tire repair in a quick manner and when I went off and forgot my yeti there they put it aside and we re really sweet when I went back to get it

Ladies! This is the first place that I have been to that didn't mansplain things to me since I bought my dually! Outside of that they caught the problem that I have taken my truck into the dealership 4 times to get fixed. Finally after 6 months my truck drives like it should!Work I had done: Two tires put on, alignment, brakes and rotors, oil change and fuel filter change.The shop is clean. Bathrooms are awesome. Wi-Fi is great.

My go to guys. They have always been fair, honest, honorable, and kind. Wouldn't take my baby( 16 years. old) anywhere else. My Toyota. Never have let me down for service or diagnosis. Thank you for a job well done!

WOW. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST. THIS NEW LOCATION IN LAKE PLACID IS SO CONVINIENT. MANNY WAS SO AWESOME FROM BEGINING TO THE END. THERE WAS ALSO A LADY THERE THAT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT TIRE. IT WAS A DELIGHT GOING TO THIS STORE, THANK YOU FOR OPENING THIS LOCATION. WILL BE GOING BACK. ASK FOR MANNY, FOR ANY MECHANICAL OR TIRE NEEDS.

Big T Tire stands by their products! They go above and beyond to please and keep their customers happy and coming back. Turo helped me out with no hesitations. I was in a rush and my tire light was on. He quickly aired up my tires and reset my light. Highly recommend Big T Tire!

Great service great product... Jason was very informative helping me to set up a regular service on my Duramax. Very pleasant wait room although the wait time was considerably short,would and will recommend BIG T TIRE for sure...

I have used them in the past, so I wanted to use them for our Company Truck. Called the day before, so our Driver wouldn't spend half the day waiting and was told there would be no problem, just show up early. The Driver showed up at 7:30am. I have had to call twice about when they would be finished, each time said it would be soon. Needless to say, the Driver is still waiting 5 hours later.I will never make that mistake again on using them for this service.UPDATE.........HE IS STILL SITTING THERE WAITING ON THEM.IT WILL BE CLOSE TO 6 HOURS, THIS SERVICE IS SO ACCEPTABLE.

I m not one to leave reviews but I m leaving this one in hopes the gentleman that helped me will see this.I went to Sebring for an appointment and managed to pick up a screw in my rear passenger tire. I went everywhere and was told wait times were at least 1 1/2-2 hrs. I pass Big T Tire on my way home and stopped in to see if there would be a wait. The gentleman immediately said hello and helped me without making me feel uncomfortable or stupid. He explained the problem and then without any pressure he simply agreed to change my tire out with my spare. He came in to get me and did not charge me for the tire change. I can t say thank you enough! This place and the kindness I experienced was like no other! If I m ever in the area with car trouble I ll definitely be visiting them again!!

Hubby had Big T Tire Pros replace the tires and some other car stuff on our Jeep. Hubby was very pleased with the work they did. They were also pleasant to deal with. We would recommend Big T for auto care.

These guys are awesome! I had popped a tire on my way to work and no one stock my tires. They were able to order it and put new tires on my car all in the same day. They also offered me a ride back to work so I could minimize my hours lost. The staff were super friendly and I recommend their services 100%

So we re from Jacksonville Florida and we broke down in the middle of Bowling Green please guys send a tow truck to pick us up within an hour and help replace our transmission with a brand new one with a three year warranty for a very reasonable price. They got it done within a week of having to order it and while I was there they went ahead and rotated my tires and gave me a free oil change. For a business who could ve taken advantage of us they did quite the opposite thank God for fellow Christians we recommend this business highly for tires and mechanic work

After waiting for about 15 minutes, another customer walks in and the CS person just skips me and starts taking care of the newly arrived customer.I let them know that and walked away.Got 4 tires for my Alfa at layes. Best customer service ever.Don't waste your time going to this place.EDIT after reply from Big T.I called , but that got nowhere.. the person that answered the phone (a lady) had no idea what I was talking about, even that I explained that I was asked to call that number to give more details about my google review, she sounded like she never even heard of google reviews.Just as expected.. stupid of me to even try.

I had a terrible experience, I had encountered an emergency and the person in charge of the service began to yell at my family stating that they were waiting for us to arrive. It was explained that we were willing to leave our vehicle there and we could pick it up on the following day but we were told the car would be ready by the end of day. We received a call and the person stated the workers were waiting and pretty much threatened us stating if we did not arrive on time they would leave since they wanted to go home and eat. We explained we were on our way and he was extremely rude. We will never return to this place for any type of service.

This is our go to place for all our vehicles. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dealerships are just over priced for maintenance. Never had one issue here. Would recommend to anyone!

Beware of unnecessary upselling. I took our motor home in for an alignment, after 4 hours I called to check the status. I was told it needed kingpins and it would be $1500.00. Having changed kingpins in my younger days I became skeptical , while waiting to talk to Mr. service manager, he got a call about another motor home in their shop that also needed kingpins.That's when I decided this is a scam, I took my vehicle home and checked the kingpins myself, they were tight and fine, no need to be replaced. I have done business with them before without any issue, but you better be aware of any attempt to sell you something you don't need.

Wow! These guys blew me away! Long story short--they had put expensive new tires on my van (our fault) when we didn't want anything expensive as the van is old and we aren't keeping it--but we wanted it safe. I called them while the car was still there (as I was not the one who took the car in) and explained that this was WAY too much for an old car that just needed to be made safe. They were VERY understanding, and were willing to take off the tires and put the old ones back on for a small fee. However, the old ones were SO bad, they realized they didn't want to put us back on the road--even for a short distance--on them, so they went digging and found safe used tires they could sell us instead. I feel like I found a family friend in the business. This will be my first choice for tires in the future!!!

Excellent service. I woke up with a flat tire. Having recently moved to the area I had no tools to change a sidewall damaged tire. I called at 7:00am and by 8:10am had a service gentleman come to my house and change to a new tire. That's what I call service! I will be doing my business there from now on!!!

The staff at this place is the best I have ever seen. If you have questions about tires, they will take the time until you are satisfied. Customer service is 2nd to none. Go there to purchase your tires.

Great service and friendly staff! Stopped here on my way to Punta gorda for an oil change but there were also wires showing on my tires! Glad they inspected and pointed it out. I was in and out within 45 min with two new tires and oil change. I forgot the guys name who helped me but my invoice says employee 1-97 E97... he was great and friendly
