It s hard to find Honest used equipment dealers I talked with Arthur over the phone and bought a used roll off truck sight unseen based on his assessment of the truck.When it was delivered it was exactly as he said it would be!Overall experience was 10/10 would highly recommend

We have bought 3 roll off trucks from Arthur at A&A over the last 3 years. Every experience was top notch. He was patient with us and helped us find the truck we were looking for. We ve had them all delivered to us sight unseen, and all were exactly as described. We appreciate all Arthur, Valerie, & the A&A team has done for us!!

Great group of people to deal with! I bought a 2005 Mack Roll Off truck from A&A Used Buses & Trucks! Arthur & his crew were great the whole way through the process! Would definitely recommend and use again!

Ive been shopping around for a roll off truck for a while now. Seemed like everyone would try and sell a rigged up pos just to get it off the lot. I met Arthur and could tell he was an honest and solid guy. He doesn't just rig up truck to try and get it off the lot. Every truck I looked at I could tell he takes pride in his work and went through everything to make sure every truck was 100% before leaving the lot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We have purchased a total of three trucks (cab and chasis) from A & A. OUTSTANDING service from Mr. Arthur. It was a pleasure to do business with him. We will be purchasing all of our fleet trucks from A&A. We highly recommend A&A. Mr. Arthur is an honest business man!! We couldn't be happier with our trucks. We are a family-owned concrete plant in Virginia Beach and Mr. Arthur had each truck shipped to us with speedy and flawless delivery. (On time as promissed)

-Main Issues- Sales Practice, Contract, & Advertising:After over 2wks of paperwork and text/phone calls back and forth with Arthur and Valerie. I finally was able to purchase the Truck in late May. Throughout the whole sale we spoke price and mileage, a little over $49K and 19,452 miles, the price changed to a little over $54K with the addition of the Tri-Axle. After the they completed adding the Tri-Axle it sat for like 3 or 4 more days until I could get up enough money for the insurance, I could not take delivery until I had proof of insurance.- Repair and Quality, & Delivery:While it was before the addition of the axle and while it was sitting, I ask Arthur if there were any glaring issues, he said no, the truck was in good shape and was ready for work. I took his word on this and proceeded with the process.After completion of the paperwork and the addition of the Tri-Axle, they had someone drive it up from Avon Park and parked it in my yard, with no directions, no paperwork, and no confirmation of delivery. The person that delivered it, just drop the keys on the gas tank and left, I took the trash out 2 am that morning and found it sitting there.It sat in my yard for over 2wks before I was able to start driving for the company that I am driving for right now. I drove from 19 June 23 until 26 June 23, I then had to put it in the shop on 27 June. The A/C went out, the Engine s wiring harness had to be repaired, a few of the newly added air lines (for the Tri-Axle) were chaffed and leaking, the Passenger window was getting hung up going up or down, the Anti-freeze and the Windshield Wiper Reservoirs were cracked and/or missing parts and when I cut it off, I had to wait for the engine to cool off before I could restart it.It was in the shop for over a month and cost over $10k for parts and labor, on 27 June is when I found out the about the mileage discrepancy and the actual mileage on the truck. Miles on the advertisement and paperwork, 19,452 actual miles 83,014 = 63,562-mile discrepancy. I have lost over $10K in revenue because I have not been able to work.I have tried to contacting my Salesman, Arthur and his assistant Valerie via email and text and all correspondence have been ignored.

Art and Valerie were so easy to do business with! Although my broker and finance company were torture, they at least made the process a little less horrific. I definitely recommend and they went out of their way to accommodate picking up the unit!

Purchased a roll off truck 07/1/2021 For $47,000. Was told this truck was ready to work. I knew that we would have to do some things to it. Front tires were recaps and he had someone drive the truck to us. We did get a new tarp system and paint job. They painted over everything the hydraulic hoses, even the glass that shows the hydraulic oil level. The tail lights were falling out and taped in place and did not work properly. We took it to the Mack dealer in Charlotte to have the hood ornament and the nob for the handle replaced and a new bumper and to have the lights fixed. $4800.00 for that. Then we had to replace all 10 tires $8000.00 It is now at another Mack dealer to fix air leaks and oil leaks. We have not been able to use this truck yet. The break chambers were not hooked up. The lift cylinders both have to be replaced at CES at the cost of $6,575.14. The bill at the Mack dealer where it is at now is $7,089.05

This is a great company to do business with for used trucks. From financing to delivery their people are above reproach. The truck we purchased is better than expected. We will definitely do business again with them. Highly recommend!

This entire crew was awesome and very easy to work with. They were very professional and courteous. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I would reach out to them and see if they can get it for you if they don't already have it on the yard. A Great experience.

Bought a truck from them before Thanksgiving. It's January 1st and STILL haven't received a title. Quit responding to my phone calls after they said they'd keep me updated. So making payments on a truck I can't use.

I was looking for a School bus to bus the homeless to church and feed and cloth them. I spoke with Matt who was super nice. We saw one we liked and are working towards getting it. The good thing is, there are a lot to choose from and very affordable prices.
