I was referred to 64 West by a friend who's a deputy in Polk county. Best advice I've gotten in a long time. They took their time going over the vehicle and keeping me updated on the progress. They care, and that's the important thing. Of you. I would highly recommend this shop

Being in the car industry myself for over 40 years, we can HIGHLY recommend this body shop with my eyes closed. They repaired our daughter's brand new black Mustang after 2 separate front end accidents with the utmost professionalism and without one single negative problem. Car came out better than it looked from factory. Black paint looks mirror shinny with not one single swirl mark. Cannot ramp and rave enough about this outstanding operation.

My truck got rear ended pretty hard. This place took great care of us from beginning to end. The whole process was seamless from car rental accommodations to final repairs. My truck looks great and we got to drive around in something different for a few days. Service went above and beyond. I have total confidence recommending this business. Great job and keep up the outstanding work!Updated review 3/25/2024Some dummy hit me again so when their less than stellar insurance company said I could take my truck to the shop of my choice, I chose 64 West Collision Repair. They went out of their way the first time to take care of me and my second experience with them was no different. Very trustworthy company that does great work and is laser focused on customer assistance and satisfaction. Thank you again!

Where should I beginning? Never ever again will they repair any of my cars..kept my car over 30 days and didn't start working on it until 3 weeks later..2 used doors a little place for quqter pane they charged my insurance over $5000 ..my rental was up in 30 days they make sure to keep it the whole 30 days...every time I called them to check on my car I would get a different story...I was told yeah the painter won't be back for 3 days than it was were working on it...little did they know I drove by and they did nothing to my car for over a week..please people don't trust this place....

This is the repair shop to go to!The staff there is very professional and friendly. I was greeted with a smile and second to none customer service every time I came in. I had a lot of questions and they always were willing to take the time and answer my phone calls and give me peace of mind. Now, let s talk about the repairs made. I brought in my corvette to have some body work done from an unfortunate collision. Boy oh boy let me tell ya, the finished product is nothing short of perfection. The owner himself worked on my vehicle which gave me a huge sense of peace knowing this gentleman really put his everything into it. He is very knowledgeable and I was able to pick his mind on a few other things which was very helpful. Now the real kicker is REX. He s the true MVP there in the whole operation. Without his 4 legs and his ability to catch the ball and bring it right back to me. I don t know what I woulda done.10/10!

The end result was perfect. Unfortunately, I brought my car in for repair right before the hurricane hit and that slowed down the process. Getting parts mainly as the company that supplied the parts got a lot of rain and wind and flooding and closed for a few days.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The personnel working there went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about leaving my vehicle there. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked like it had never even been in a shop! So professionally done, it looked like it just came off the car dealership floor! It was even finished before projected. Highly recommend your car being fixed here! Yes I will use them again!!!They are very friendly and kind I hit a deer they fix the left headlight and body work in the front and side,they did a great job on my 2020 trax!!!If you have an Accident and needs repair please take it to 64 west collision to get your vehicle repair they are on 64 west a big green building can't miss it!!!Service: Body & Trim

My experience at 64 West was a positive one. They were clear & straightforward about the process of getting my car repaired (it was taken in for repair after a minor rear-end accident) and dealing with insurance. When I went to pick my car up I had a low-tire warning & they helped get it patched even though it turned out the culprit was a nail that didn't come from their shop. I would definitely take my car there again if I need body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went in for an estimate and had a great experience and the man that helped us was very informative and made me feel better about my car being fixed there, they know their stuff! Still waiting on the other insurance company (the at fault party) to confirm and I'll update when my car is actually done UPDATE: I've had my car back for a while now (sorry life is busy busy) and it looks brand new where they fixed it. Highly reccomend 64 west collision. Their staff kept me updated and informed every step of the way. Will always come to them when I need car repairs from any body damage.

Had an awesome experience with 64 west! I had someone back into my vehicle and they got me in the same day I called. It was so easy and fast and they kept me updated on the time and where they were at with the repairs on my vehicle. Manny and Mike were so nice and helpful. I m so glad I had my husband refer them to me and I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone! Awesome experience! Thank you so much guys! My rogue looks brand new!

My son hit a deer and his car needed to be fixed and 64 Collision did an awesome job. Mike definitely was a big help through the whole process. And it s true what they say in there Facebook page they try to save you from paying a deductible. I would recommend this company to anyone. I was driving down 64 today and my latch came undone on my 97 Jeep flew up smashed my windshield dented my hood. I called 64 collision and asked them if they could get it pounded out just so I could shut the hood and Don said bring it on in and I'll see what I can do. He pounded it out ,Hood shuts and I will definitely be going back for my repairs. Don is awesome! It's nice to see people helping people, keep up the great work. I called on Saturday about getting an estimate for insurance. They stated that they could do that, but not on that Saturday, so I went in the following week. The clerk at the front desk said without hesitation that they don't do hail estimates. I took time off work for this.

The team here is exceptional. Unfortunately, we have had to take 2 vehicles to them in the past several months. Each had minor damage and when we picked them up, wow, you would never know it had been repaired. Fair pricing. Highly recommended.

We had a flat tire blown out tire on route 64 ... DON helped us out immensely ....and helped us get on our way to a wedding in orlando . We were very lucky ....and so impressed with his helpfulness and generosity. He is good people ! Such a pleasure to know there are genuinely nice people and businesses out there . Brought in my Black 2000 Ford F150. It was in very rough shape. Past Hurricane damage, rust all over and a few dents of consequence here and there. 64 West took it apart, cleaned it up painted and reassembled. The truck looks like it just rolled off the show room floor. The service and care of 64 West was nothing short of excellent. They are absolutely amazing! Not once but twice I got involved into accidents within 4 month and 64 west worked on both accidents for my Honda CRV, they did such a good job! My cars rear end was damaged and the front in as well, but now it looks like nothing happened to my car and their communication and customer service is amazing with their wonderful mechanics at hand, I'm truly grateful!Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change
