People normally only write reviews if they have a vested interest or they had such a terrible experience that want revenge. I m neither. I never leave reviews. So someone has to really go out of their way to impress me or really piss me off.This business is wonderful. I have had such a bad experience with my car recently, feeling stranded and taken advantage of. I m from out of town staying at Camp Margaritaville, I had no idea what to do. I called, explained my situation and they went out of their way to help me. Great people. I truly appreciated their knowledge, expertise, and most of all their kindness.

Very professional shop. Found faulty air bags and coolant leaks. They were able to get me in last minute when I load tomorrow. The mechanics even brought me lunch. We have been using this shop for 6 months and have been very happy with their work. What can I say. Excellent service and stood behind their repair. They are my new go to service repair facility. I was very pleased with this company. But like most the issue of standing behind the work they performed came into play. Less than 24 hours from spending 2400 to fix my truck the problem that they fixed came apart. They sent a repairman/mechanic to the location of the truck. They replaced 1 quick connect airline fitting and had to replace the cab leveler valve because the valve was missing the connector for proper operation. This was part of the original repair from the day before. I will not go into the amount that they are attempting to collect. I requested a phone call from Randall the owner to discuss this and to date 30 November I have yet to have received any response. Thought I had a good place to take my equipment for work/repairs. Maybe not.

Very polite guys but Highway robbers if your just a little inexperience or maybe not someone that Interest them . Charged me $500 just to come out and look at my bobcat OK. Gave me there 140 hourly rate. Guy came and helped me get Machine off trailer 15min which I could of did but rather a professional do. Given the machine was in a partial bad state. Guy Touched it a bit, changed no parts, essentially made it worse, literally kept calling his boss for help, then it stopped moving completely then wanted to tell me he could need to charge me to come tow it. all this lasted another 30-45 min. Boss called me next day to come tow it gave me a run down that based on the looks it could a 10000 fix wasn t feeling good about it I ask them same day and next day to send reimbursement from the $500 like they said. No more than $100 in drive time. That s me being generous and 1 hour to do nothing .till this day Haven t gotten anything or even phone call and I m not about to argue with these guys. He already gave off that impression. But this I ll do and recommend anyone to never do business with them . Karma is real always remember that.New mechanic came out changed drive belt machine is moving and ok just needs a little good loving Definitely not $10000 to get it moving again lol

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. When I say the absolute worst company to do business with! I contacted them for an issue I was having with my bobcat and they charged with and didn t even provide a service DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!!Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic
