Only gave 1 star because I cannot give 0. It's cost us $65 to replace and balance 2 tires. And that's us bringing in our own tires. We had the back 2 done the week before and it took like 25 mins. This visit took over an hour. They never answer the phone(I watched the cashier avoid answering the phone multiple times when she was just standing around) the staff was rude, they scratched all 4 of my rims, and they have horrible customer service.

If I could give 0 I would. Every time we go there is some type of issue. One person tells us to wait in our car to check in the other says go inside and another says you must have an appointment. You try to make an appointment and they tell you you can just walk in. Their sign shows they open at 7:00 a.m. me and a few cars were waiting since 7:00 a.m. this morning. No one came out to say why they weren't opening. Another person got out of their car to knock on the doors. A worker finally came out and said sorry we don't have anyone working to service you. Why not come out and tell us that before letting people wait for no reason. This is not the first time it has happened.

Made an appointment at the Auburndale Walmart Auto service I got there very early did not matter to this outstanding crew they took me right on in did my oil change and changed my air filter for free because I purchased it at Walmart The guys at Auburndale are Awesome 100% customer satisfaction I say give them a call it was a great experience and when you change your oil there they do not charge an extra 10.00 added to the price like the quick change stations do

It's always busy. I buy my batteries there but never had any service, so can't speak to that. It is the best place to get batteries.

for some reason when you call to make an appointment#1 you don't get the text letting you know that the appointment is schedule.#2 if you do get the text message it gives you the incorrect time for the appointment.#3 when you call, they either put you on hold for a while or don't answer.

Went to get 4 tires. They wanted me to 'stand-by' to get 2 the next day, and come back on Monday for the other 2. I left and went to the kingdom and had all 4 within the hour.

Computers are always down or always slow. Which causes more frustration for the workers and the people trying to get in and down and the people looking for Fast reliable service to getting their car needs done aging can't put this on Employees working this Department You think was walmart being won the richest companies out there it would actually have Systems top notch for Better service and to help there Employees and I'm not a Fan of walmar I believe we should help the Small business Folks and not the Corporate giant that really don't care abut the people this in just my Opinion

After checking with every battery store in the area....again Walmart beat them hands down. Two diesel batteries were the same price...but zero installation, and zero rehab of the 4 really corroded terminals...plus 3 year total replacement warranty were hard to beat. 6 months ago I bought a battery for my classic Corvette...$15 cheaper and all the extras. Best people highest quality work n best price. Believe it or not these guys do a better job than the local tire shop. Then she line up the yellow dot with the valve stem. And if only we can get Walmart corporate to stop trying to distract the employees by making the multitask and ring up people at a register when they're working on a car. It's like as if Walmart is trying to make them screw something up. These people are good at what they do. Hire more of them and stop trying to make them multitask.

Terrible that they now make you call for an appointment and nobody answers the phone... last time I went and was there waiting before opening and was notified of the new appointment policy so I was turned away went to the Walmart further from my home and had NO problems... Auburndale Walmart auto center is the WORST (Wish I could give a 0)Service: Oil change

What's happening to wal-mart? Needs more employees. I felt bad for the auto care center cashier. She had to take a break while us customers waited to be cashed out. And they had pallets of product on the floor, disaster waiting to happen. They should have back up people ready.

I give them a five star because I showed up right before they were closing with a nail in my tire that needed a patch and they took care of me. Other places tried to charge me $30 or more but they charged me $15. They were also friendly and professional. Thank you Walmart Tire Center for your employees that helped me.

This place is a disaster, horrible, don't even try, I make an appointment to replace my tires when I arrive they said that they don't have the tires on stock, so I left. I lost my day of work. I call later to speak with a supervisor Valentin to ask how you guys make appointments with no tires, he went to look again for the tires and found it he said it was misplaced and they will have tires available for me. ???Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

This Walmart Auto shop in Auburndale needs some work or they need someone there who wants to work. The lady that was there behind the desk, did not want to do one thing for me or any customer there. I needed a car battery and I asked her if this certain battery that they carried, would be sufficient in my van. Well she acted like I ask her to stop breathing! She gave me bad information and the battery I purchased with her say so, was not the right battery for my van. Not only did she not want to answer my questions, but she did not want to ring up the battery that she told me would be fine in my van. She wanted me to take the battery up to the front to pay for it. I told her that it was super busy up there and I only had the one thing to pay for and I was also parked in the back near the Auto garage. Well, she rang me up there but, more or less because she ran out of reasons why I should take the battery up to the front. I asked her how long has she been in her position there at Walmart Auto Shop and she told me 5 year's. I thought to myself that she couldn't have been in that position for that long, because I don't think that Walmart would put up with the lack of caring and commitment that comes with being a good employee. If she is still there, only go to thatWalmart Auto Center, if you don't have any questions about anything and you don't mind carrying your tires or battery, or what ever you might need, to the front of the store to pay for it, because you will be greatly disappointed there at the Auburndale Walmart Auto Center!!

Had oil changed, they didn't tighten the bolts correctly so I ended up with oil in my driveway from the leakage. Went back and they fixed it.

Customer service, communication, and wait time is HORRIBLE. Workers move very slow and they have NO consideration for their customers time. Been here 2 hours waiting for 2 tires! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! I will not come back to this Walmart for car service. I wish I didn t have to give the 1 star, but the young man who checked me in was nice and the manager did spark a fire under the one worker. So with that, I guess they do deserve the 1 star rating.

I was waiting on by Doris and then serviced with Byrd and Nez and checked out by Kay. They were fast efficient and pleasant! I was surprised at how well things went. Nobody really wants to buy a new tire but they got it done and it was okay. I went and bought my groceries while they were doing it and I was down the road! I walked away thinking man they did a good job! You get a chance I would go with them.

Had to take back vehicle to get tires reballenced. Still have a bad vibration. Going to have to take it somewhere else to get tires balanced properly.

Problem not fixed, but cashier and tech worked beyond what is expected trying to resolve issue. Manager responded one time. Needed again and there was no response. Home until Sunday and tech said he would try again.

Started out good but ended bad. They never seem to be operational and all but for maybe 2 people that work there have really poor attitudes. I now go elsewhere for my oil changes.
