My wife and I bought a car from Cheryl, was very pleased with the vehicle we bought. There was no pressure like most car sales people do, but she has worked with us in so many ways, always understanding and always has time to talk even when she is overwhelmed, our car will be paid off this November, and we will only trade it in with just in time, thank you for no regrets! Thank you Cheryl, Carol, and Mike, yall have been amazing

This place is a joke don't waste your time money or breath. The mechanics they send you to are hacks and don't fix anything. 300$ ac worked 4 hours. No response from them.I paid to have fixed by well known shop1200$ because so much was bad on system and rigged.

I recommend Just In Time Auto Sales because of the honesty, kindness, and respect. Its so easy to get a car with them. I got my car the same day with no hassle. I bought a 2013 light blue Hyundai Accent with only 61,000 miles on it and it runs beautifully. I recommend every car on their lot guaranteed.

This place is a literal JOKE. A lot full of LEMONS. It's pathetic these people can sleep at night being aware of how they consistently screw people over. You're better off making that 350-400 payment on a RELIABLE car with a dealership that keeps their word and FIXES PROBLEMS. There's no way this is a 4 star business when you pull apart the fake reviews they leave themselves.

Ive bought a truck and a car from here they have been nothing but wonderful people and when ive needed things they have been more than accepting. We plan on getting a third vehicle we will look here first

This place is a rip off. I wish I could give them a zero, because they sold me a car that I brought in March and I'm still having stuff fixed on it. My car is now in the shop, and I haven't even drove my car not a good week without having to put it back in the shop. Do not get your car from this place, this place is a complete rip off.

Cheryl would not let me drive the car I wanted with my son so he could check it out! She said you drove it yesterday, you cant drive it again today. Fine then I wont buy it. Cheryl was nasty rude!! Dont know how she is in business.

Blessed and cursed!!!!My sister went here to look for a car she said she drove it 3 miles up the street when she came back it was smoking they tried to tell her it was the brakes they could get it fixed. My sister declined and left I should of done the same.Blessed to be able to get a car from here considering my credit is not the best I didn't have a lot down and I didn't want sky high payments.Cursed there was nothing but trouble with the car. My first indication to leave was that there had to be a hose put on (don't know the name but it ran from the block to the water pump it was a short hose maybe a return hose) but I digress. So after two weeks the temperature hand kept going above half to 3/4 and then going back down.Cheryl told me to take it to jimmys auto clinic which I did. He flushed it out and bled the line which apparently was supposed to be done when they put the hose on but didn't . I asked him to look at the air because it was not pumping out h did to inform me I need a mode door which was cost $142. I asked Cheryl about this she said no she would not cover it I went over my 1000 miles so she would not pay for it. Needless to say I didn't have air and to later find out I didn't have defrost either. Two weeks later (I still have not made my first car payment at this point) it runs hot again this time I get it towed to jimmys they say it's the radiator cap. I pay out of pocket $45 and drive the car home. It runs ok temp hand continues to go over half by two notches but goes back down. Two weeks to the day later it runs hot again this time i had to get it towed to my house because it was on a sunday. I call her monday morning she gets it towed back to jimmys only after she told me she was going to get it towed to someone else In lake alfred. Monday afternoon she calls says it's not running hot but she will get them to do a pressure check to check the head gasket and give me a call back. Tuesday no call Wed no call Thu Fri sat sun no call. Finally noontime monday I give her a call they tell me the car is not running hot it could be the thermostat is not working properly or the fans are only working sometime but they really couldn't tell. Jimmys called her asked if she wanted to replace the thermostat she tells them NO . I tell her im not going to pay for a car that is not dependable. I have made payments at this point and yes they were on time. She tells me to come look at another car she has and I do and guess what happens when I get there? There is rust in the radiator the bright lights don't properly work the oil stick is about to break and the ignition switched looked like it had been car jacked. But the AC worked. She gave a million excuses a back history of the car just trying to fast talk me which is impossible because im a fast thinker. I looked at another car a little more expensive but lo and behold there is no oil in the car whatsoever, there are wires hanging out all over the place under the hood looks like a mouse was chewing away at the covers, the battery is completely dead and the passenger side door would not close all the way at the top. And she says oh I wonder if water has been getting in the car #reallylady. At this point I nicely take the tags off of my car sign a voluntary repossess paper and leave the lot.Do not buy a car from here I repeat do not buy a car from here.

My family went to Just In Time when we were in a real bind and Cheryl was amazing. She worked with us and made sure the car was perfect for us and our children.

Me.Cheryl is nothing but a racist, who tries to put on a persona of a caring individual, but in actuality is nothing more than just a pure evil woman. I recommend that nobody deals with this woman or her dealership. She is nothing but the devil.

Really didn t like the way I was approached by the guy salesman he s a older gentleman I told the lady I would be back today before they closed with my wife to look at there mustang.. and I get back with her and they wouldn t even let her drive the car?! They told me I couldn t test drive the car unless I was gonna buy it ... lol I m sorry but I wanna know what the heck is wrong with it completely before I start putting my money out there needless to say I went to another car lot right after found another mustang at a fair price and guess what they did they let me test drive the car and that s where my money went to... such poor customer service here I don t recommend going here by no means unless u have money the day u show up to buy it but better hope there s nothing wrong with the vehicle...
