Replaced windshield 12/4/23 on my peterbilt this windshield is very bad quality went to get replace because my old windshield was leaking now this one is even worse 631 dollars for nothing windshield is also loose I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I wasn t able to use this company due to them not working on my kind of car but based on my phone conversation with the receptionist I would use in the future for sure. They answered the phone and were very helpful/knowledgable. Will take my future cars to this shop!

My company sent me here to get my windshield fix. Upon arriving they treat you like they ve known you for years and they are quick a job that would ve took a hour only took them 10 minutes and I was on my way again. Do not pay any of the negative reviews any attention as they are completely misleading. Jessie Jones has hands down saved my company time and money. I run a fleet of roughly 80 tractors and have an additional 97 coming through my terminal at any point in time. When I call Jessie Jones to replace a windshield, regardless of make/model, they have the part and are on site within a few hours. Honest regarding repair vs replacement. I used them for commercial (semi truck) work 5 years ago and called on them again personally. They still didn't disappoint and came to my work for repair.Would definatly recommend for personal or commercial.

Fast service and seemingly decent job, but poor communication. My windshield needed to be replaced and I was just getting ready to leave on vacation so I left my car at my friend's house. Unfortunately Jessie Jones needed me to email them a copy of my driver's license and credit card to confirm the appointment, which I reluctantly did. I never received a confirmation response, but my friend texted me to inform me they completed the repair (the same day I requested service) but left no receipt. I emailed them to inform them I needed a response. Again no response. A week later when I returned from my trip I called. The man I spoke with was unapologetic and told me the person to handle the matter was out to lunch and to call back at 2pm. I did so and after seeming to be confused about who I was they determined I was legit and sent me an invoice via email a few hours later. Long story short, I would probably use them again if needed, but they really need to improve their communication skills.

Great family owned business for glass replacement! I had the wrong windshield installed in my vehicle a year ago from JP Phillips auto glass, after speaking to Kenny on the phone several times he was very helpful, and was able to get the proper glass for my vehicle promptly and had it installed the next day! Their work was very detailed, neat and clean. My windshield was not easy having a camera system and rain system and removing about 20 plastics to gain access to glass! :)Thank You for all the help and work done :)

Most horrible first impression experience . I called this place to get info about replacing my car windshield and after discussing all details, I told the person who will perform the service that I will call him back after I check something. When I called back, another person picked up the phone and told me that they are no longer servicing my area . Just in 5 minutes. They are not willing to build customer satisfaction.

We had our Cascadia done here. Both front panes. (Whole windshield)Very quickly done and at a reasonable price.Great workmanship as well. Would highly recommend.

I just left Jessie Jones and I can say this was a 10 out of 5 experience. I can not think of one negative thing about this business. I'll bring all my auto glass business here and will HIGHLY recommend it to any one of my friends or relatives.

Worse customer service ever. I would give them a zero start if I can. When you call to ask questions. This lady answers the phone and her demeanor is just negative. Very short not helpful at all. You ask to speak to someone else the attitude got worse. Never do business with them. I do not recomend this business.

I called in the morning a little bit after they opened and where able to give me an appointment that same day I got there early and started working immediately they worked fast and had the job done great my gmc sonoma looks 10 times better with the new windshield thanks to jessie jones auto glass highly recommend to anyone looking for an adorable windshield replacement or repair

This company is great and I highly recommend them. We use them for our semi windshields at work but a coworker told me they did his windshield on his Nova and I should go through them. My car is 19 years old so I don't have comprehensive insurance. They not only beat the prices of all their competitors, but they were actually cheaper after installation than Safelite was just for the glass itself. They came out to my work and asked me to unlock my car and they did the took care of everything. I forgot to take my Sunpass sticker off. They were so thorough not only did they take it off, they put it on the new windshield. If anyone needs their windshield done save yourself the time and money, just go through them.

I took my semi there to change the front windshields and few days later start leaking water. I took it back and they try to convince me was from other place but guess what? The truck wasn't leaking before they work on it

Great place..even had seagulls visit to approve..Did a very professional job , in little to no time at all on the wait..Yet please do folliw the instructions given that after glas is installed, you await the 4 hours needed to let the glue harden and set to maintain a leakproof seal....tyvm...T.Y. Jessie....

I needed the rear quarter window resealed on my jeep. I was in and out in under 20 mins. Excellent job. would recommend for anyone needing glass work done
