Bad place for delivery, the receiving system is terrible, there is no signage or introduction to guide the drivers, my appointment is for 6:30am, I arrived at 5:40am and it is 8:20am and no one assists me for the intercom, I don't know what's going to happen with the rest of the day waiting. Parking at the door is an uncomfortable maneuver, you practically have to operate on the right, you should move the containers that are in front of doors 28 and 29, to avoid accidents during the parking maneuver. After they give you a door, more than 4 hours to unloader

Not a bad experience. Got unloaded in about 1hr 45mins. No amenities that I could tell but I didn't check. 5am appointment they will let you come and park on the side amd will come out and get you when they are ready

Deliveries deliveries take 2 hours to unload one truck. nobody here seems to know what anybody is doing. Complete incompetence. Good luck getting unloaded. Out of all the doors Available they only use Is 1 for deliveries. Six trucks equals twelve hours

Was timing them and it takes around 28 minutes to remove each pallet off the truck. I'm not even exaggerating some times took 40 minutes between each time a forklift came and went from the truck. Takes like 6 hours per truck to unload. I am 4th truck today been here 9 hours and they have done 1 truck.Thankfully, truckers time is worthless. You don't deserve anything but being stuck in a parking lot your whole life. So just sit in your truck for 3 days while we unload 2 trucks and shut up. Trash!!

Worst place ever . Checked in 6.30am check out 7:20pm . Overnight sleep available and you should . Take your line otherwise you will waste your all day. I was 6th truck took more than 12 hours to unload . Big warehouse using only 2 dock 28-29

8 am appt got there at 7:23 checked in and waiting a few hours for them to tell me to park on the street an they ll call me .. Eventually they came to me around 3pm just to leave me at the door and go home . The guy on the shipper side name Alex unloaded me .. Thanks to him I finally left close to 8pm but with no paperwork bc 1st shift receivers lazy azz had it I appreciate you Alex but that s a horrible place

All the professional drivers please if youcome this place to pick up. It will take all day make sure you bring your breakfast lunch and dinner very slow process

I was there by 8:00 am and got out of their facility by 5 pm Their management is( -1 ) one star is very big for them the people are so bad and layer it is like a Hyundai car in the rod

very bad place for deliveries. I spent one hour trying to find someone to unload it. Waiting 7 hours for unloading . Because HYUNDAI. if you see this word, no matter where, then run away
