Great work they got me in and out can't complain about a single thing they are very neat and careful no damages couldn't even tell they remove the head set and replaced it in about 30 minutes I also had to go back so that I can use my steering control which just wasn't working not their fault I didn't ask to have it connected initially they asked me to come in they take care of it and they stood behind their word as soon as I got there I was looked at talk to and in under 20 minutes I was again back out the door with the steering wheel connection completely done everything was remounted reinstalled and you couldn't even tell they were there again very clean work very courteous very kind I very highly recommend them

Went and got my door speakers done here. 1st. They grounded without sanding the paint.2nd. They ran the RCAs under the amp which pinched the wiring. (now I can t get signal with another amp)3rd. BECAUSE of the ground my amp went into production mode and now won t come out. It s blown I already know.4rd. Haven t even taken the head unit out yet but I m sure it s a mess.5th. They don t deserve anyone s else business because the fact that they re rude. Specifically, the two brothers who own the business.PS. They over charge for work I could have gotten my 9 year kid to do. Y all SUCK!

Went to HI Joe's to have a radio rewired and rear speakers replaced pulled up and they jumped right on it they did an amazing job thanks

Tried to get some speakers installed guy told me they didn t want to do the work if I didn t buy the product from them until I mentioned there was other stuff I was going to purchase so therefore I will find another location who will gladly take my money. Do if you are strictly looking for an install find another location. Funny because I showed up at the location a week prior and spoke to a gentlemen who said he would install my speakers.

When all the other places were busy Hi Joe's had time. John was awesome! No BS with these guys. They give it to you straight. Their reviews don't do them justice. I highly recommend Hi Joe's for your car stereo install needs.

I was very doubtful on my way to Hi Joe's electronics but everything changed when I arrived. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. He gave me a great price and had it done in about an hour.Workmanship was excellent and I am very pleased with my experience there. Most definitely a 5 star or more. Thank you Hi Joes

Bought a radio and some speakers. Spending $375Returned radio unopened and he only gave me back $115 which after finding out the speakers he sold me was only $40 each. Yea I got ripped off but I learned my lesson. Won t be coming here anymore.

Over the years I have brought several vehicles to this place and have had systems installed in each one. And each time it has been the same great experience. In fact going tomorrow to have another installed. The do great work always looks professional prices are good and if I have ever had a problem I just go back and they take care of it no questions asked

I sort of stumbled on these guys and they are fast, efficient, polite and really nice people. At a time when I really needed help they stepped in and did the most amazing thing. They made me feel welcome, they gave me confidence in their ability to get the work done and did I mention they were really, really fast. I thought it would just be a hole in the wall and although it kind of is, it was just an amazing experience. Thanks guys, I am looking forward to doing business with you again!!!!

I purchased a stereo for my work truck today and my experience was excellent. First, they were the only place around with the dash kit. Secondly, the gentleman at the counter was very informative and understood my price concerns being that it is a company vehicle. Lastly, the installation took no time at all and looks and works great. I will be back for any further needs

I was recommended to come here for any stereo or speaker installations by a friend and I'm glad he told me about them. They have great customer service, great products, and the preform great work in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend to friends and family for anything audio related that they might get installed!

I had tried to install a radio and do it old school and cut the wires. Turns out i needed a wiring harness. I put the original wiring harness back together and bought the recommended tyto-01 harness to connect to the aftermarket radio. After installing, my radio still wasnt working. I brought it to them and they had my radio working in 30 minutes and knew everything to do without hesitation. Everywhere else i went was saying it would take them 2-3 hours to fix it at $140/hr and i would have to pay for them to troubleshoot as well, and the other places wouldnt be able to get me in til march or april. Hi joes saved me a lot of money and time. Highly recommend them for radio install. They know what they are doing.

The worst service ever. They damaged my car and overcharge me. Those guys really don t know what they re doing over there. I wish I can give them no stars!Customer service? This used to be everything! These guys should not be in business... we ll see...

Only giving this one star because they don't have a negative star option. Don't go there all they want is your hard earned money. I went in for a simple system subs and amp and I got that. I bought an Orion amp and 2 kicker subs in a box but to my surprise the amp and one speaker burned up. Well after buying an entire other new system I looked at the subs in the box and they were wired wrong but that wasn't the bad part the bad part was that the subs were different ohms altogether one was 2 ohms and the other was 4 ohms and that's why the sub and amp failed but according to these folks everything was new. So if your in the same situation I was with no credit and only enough money to buy the a cheap amp and ok subs then by all means "give" them your money because it will be a waste.

It took me 4 different places to find the right aftermarket stereo harness , Walmart , AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts and they all were wrong ... Yes I did pay much more money but for original product . Thank you

I can not say enough great things about the staff, the service and the total experience at Hi Joes. I own a Toyota Avalon and was looking to add a little low end.I shipped around and at the end of the day it was their honest approach that brought me back.

Been here many times with my step dad. The entire staff knows my step dad because mikey saved my step dads life a few years back. The wiring in my step dads truck was done by a different company and mikeys team was the only one that would even attempt to look at it let alone fix it. Mikey said my step dad was lucky the vehicle didnt go up in flames with my step dad in it. This is why my entire family will only go here. Thanks Mikey.

Went in to get my speaker replaced. The guy said 30 min, agreed he probably was on lunch so i waited. And waited and waited. Then came and told me they will look at it after the other workers finished installing a complete radio system. CUSTOMER SERVICE ISN'T UP TO PAR AT ALL.

Ya I own a pawn shop down the road from this place we take in car audio sometimes and since there right down the road I would suggest the customer go get it installed down there figured it would be nice to kinda work together how WRONG was I everytime I sent a new item down there they would tell them to take it back and return it to me get the money back and they would sell them one or if it was a used item they just tell them oh it doesn't work take it back and will sell you one I over looked it the first ten times

BEWARE! ONCE YOU BY IT IT'S YOURS! ! MY SON PURCHASED ITEMS THERE THEY GAVE HIM NO RECEIPT AND REFUSE TO TAKE TWO OF THE ITEMS BACK TELLING ME HE BOUGHT LOW QUALITY ITEMS! ! HE BOUGHT THEM AT YOU'RE STORE! YOU SELL THEM AND THEN DONT WARRANTY THEM? ? THEY WERE NEVER EVEN TAKEN OUT OF THE BOX! AND WERE BEING RETURNED IN LES THAN 24 HOURS! I TELL HIM ALL THE TIME TO WATCH THE QUALITY OF PEOPLE HE DOES BUSINESS WITH MAYBE NOW HE WILL LISTEN!!
