I went to Fenix parts in Auburndale Florida, bought a door that was shipped from another location and then, two days later, I went to buy a turbo charger that also had to be shipped in from another location both parts were there a day earlier than expected, which is a good thing. Also, I dealt with a man named Carmine at the front counter, his customer service was impeccable! I I will definitely go back to Fenix parts again even if is a 2 hour round trip car ride. Prices are very fair, good quality parts the customer service from Carmine and also the parts came quicker than expected. So yes, I will definitely be returning for my next parts purchase.

Super rude and stuck up! This place needs a reality check or use Google to price parts. Who do you thik you are charging brand new prices for used parts. Get real yall. Also that girl you have answering the phones needs an attitude check! $110 for a cv used cv axle thats $60 brand new from Advance Auto. idk what yall are smoking but it ain't cigarettes!

Great price on parts, order was taken over phone and felt good about it. Once arrived 1 person behind counter dealing with a customer, didn't acknowledge me for 15 mins, then after about 25 mins I was helped and recieved my part. Not the best or most streamlined customer service. Part was barely used and was happy with it.

Don't buy from these people.. over $4000 for a Mercedes engine and they cut every single wire, plug and a one time use $450 pcv hose as seen in the 3rd picture.. if you can't take the time to properly disconnect an engine, then don't be in the parts or recycling business. This engine can literally be unplugged and taken out completely and with nothing broken or cut in 45 minutes. What a bunch of clowns.. picture 5 shows how the motor should come out. Yea I understand you don't sell it with "accessories", but every hose and wire doesn't have to be cut either. The expensive parts like the high pressure fuel pump, coils and injectors they leave on the engine.. makes no sense at all..

Working with these guys has been a nightmare! Parts for my Honda Fit were purchased on 12/19. They delivered on time but the wrong parts. Second time, wrong parts. It's now been almost a month and still no parts. I've had to pay out almost $800 dollars in car rentals and am now paying for an Uber to get to and from work!!

Worst experience ever ordered my parts before Christmas the lady that took my order she took my order wrong because she couldn't wait to go on vacation today is January 11th and I still haven't got my parts correct because they sent me the wrong parts the driver had a bad attitude and didn't even give me my receipt when he got to my business which makes it even worse because I already had a bad experience with getting the wrong parts and I'm get bad attitude from the driver the only one that deserves a five stars is Mr Moy he did an amazing job with customer service he did his best to do exactly what needed to be done the one that deserves a 5 star is Mr Moy my advice is do not try to order parts from this place before Christmas or should I say order anythingbefore any vacation day's if you want your right parts and to get them on time my advice think about it twice

I ordered a rack and pinion and they said will be available next day, so after couples calls and 4 days they give me that part, crashed, rusted, and defective

Absolutely so unprofessional! Jeremy Welch is truly one rude individual. Went in there looking for a bumper.. I politely told them we were looking for something a little less pricey and on our way out Jeremy goes to say good luck finding anything unprofessional as hell and very rude. I will be writing corporate.

Do not buy parts from these people! There are zillion other yards in Florida that will sell good quality used parts for a reasonable cost. Over charge on parts, sell you insurance grade priced parts that are junk, sell you the wrong parts, and the management does not know what the left hand is doing with the right. Buyer beware.

Employees don t know anything about cars, over priced & very disgusting business all around! Tried to charge me $110 for a USED overflow reservoir when you can buy a brand new one at a parts store for $40-$60 you re paying the mechanic for labor(or lack thereof) more than you re paying for the actual part lol.

*Edit. Phil, if you are going to leave a response to a customer review, you should probably have the right customer. The story you are explaining must be a different situation you are dealing with. I was not refunded a deposit, I never gave a deposit. I didn't have my transmission rebuilt, I bought a used one from you guys.*If I could give this place no stars I would. I've been waiting for a transmission that was in my price range. No rush. Spoke to Jacob, was quoted a price that fit in my budget. Gave my card over the phone. Transmission came a few days later. Next thing I know they are trying to invoice me $600 over what I was quoted weeks later. I had already paid a technician and installed the transmission in my truck. In my line of work, if someone makes a mistake and gives the wrong quote unfortunately, you have to bite the bullet and honor it. Its the employees fault for quoting wrong. Not to mention, they apparently were not able to process my payment, still dropped off the transmission with no payment received. You would think they would contact me prior to dropping off the transmission if the payment was not going through. I had no idea that the payment was not processed because I hadn't checked my account recently. I would have not gone through with the purchase because that amount of money was not something I was willing to pay, hence waiting for an affordable one. I am just disgusted with their customer service and would never recommend anyone order anything from them. I was scammed for a used 16 year old transmission.

Great experience. My dad wasn't happy with the price, but once I was taken care of the rest went smoothly. Huge yard of cars and trucks there to get parts from. I was also pleased with the website they are well ran but customer friendly also. I chose to pull the part myself. Didn't take long for me to leave after I paid and the staff was very pleasant and nice.

They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I told him what I wanted and unfortunately they didn't have a car on their lot for me to pull parts from. My car is older than what they have on the lot, but without asking the gentleman he went and got me a copy of all the places I could get the piece that I needed. An experienced customer service representative knows that even though you might not buy something from them today, referrals or future business is a possibility when you go above and beyond.

A very negative experience was turned into a more then positive one. I spoke with Phil the owner of this business and he was very professional, courteous, and helpful addressing the incident that happened at the yard. I feel whenever a owner cares about his customers as Phil does a negative review can turn positive. I greatly enjoyed speaking with you Sir and look forward to being a continued customer. Happened upon this place while visiting in Florida and needed a part for my vehicle. Lady named Sherry was more than helpful and went above and beyond to help us. And cannot forget the 2 guys that worked there, without them our trip would have been a disaster. If you are ever in need of great service all around - this is the place to go. My wife and I enjoy shopping at all pro u pull. Sherie is a very knowledgeable lady who knows her parts well. She makes sure we get what we come for, she s very persistent. The old guy that works with her, not so much. He could care less and we feel as though we re a bother. We won t come there anymore u less sherie is there, she ll take care of us!

Sherry is great! She makes sure i have all of the vehicle locations before i ever walk in to the yard! The yard is very clean and organized. I love how im treated when i go to all pro.
