Had a flat on a Saturday night in a remote part of town, and couldn't have asked for a more friendly, professional, and skilled person come tow my Porsche. He was meticulous about carefully loading my car, especially given the low suspension. Then a long drive to my house, but he made it seem short with friendly conversation. While I hope to not have a car towed again, if I do, you can be sure I will be calling Jarrett at Epic.Service: Special vehicle towing

It took a little bit for them to get to us, but they are SO worth it. We had a touchy situation and they were professional, classy and reliable. Old school service by handshake. 100% recommend. Dispatcher was fantastic as well. Would use them again in an instant. A million thank you s.

My car completely shut down in Lakeland on the way home from Tampa to Orlando. Epic Towing responded quickly and kept me informed until they arrived to help. Once Junior arrived, he was awesome! He was professional and courteous from start to finish. Junior got my car loaded quickly and got me and the car home safely. I highly recommend Junior and appreciate his excellent customer service!

My car broke down off I4 during morning rush hour en route to Disney area. Jarrett was quick, efficient, and extremely accommodating. He has a genuine good energy about him that helped lift the mood which I really appreciated and he didn t complain at all about the standstill traffic we were in. Good people deserve recognition!! Prompt, courteous service even though it was around 9 at night. Jarrett was very kind. His cab was large enough to accommodate extra passengers which was a definite bonus. I have used Epic in the past & they have always been great.

This towing company was very quick and efficient. Jarrett communicated with me immediately after being dispatched for my flat tire. He came within promised time. (The previous company which had been dispatched by my roadside assistance never showed after 2 & 1/2 hours.). He even followed up with me the next day to make sure I had been towed to the dealership. ( He had to tow it to my home because the other company no showed and it was too late now to take it to the dealership). If you have a voice in who you can call for a tow make sure to call Epic and ask for Jarrett as your driver.

11/10 experience. JUNIOR was the man! He was at hour 18 of his shift and made magic happen by getting my car out not to mention his arrival time was quicker than your local pizza place, sending anyone that needs tows or anything here just based off the amazing service

Jarrett helped me get my van home after I accidentally hit a curb. He was a awesome driver and helped me out by towing my van to my house and helping me move my muffler back in place off my drive shaft so I can drive it without having to take it to a shop. Without his help I wouldn't have been able to visit my family for Thanksgiving. I appreciate his help alot and would suggest his help and tow service to anyone in need. This is a great company to do business with. Customer service was excellent. If anyone looking for a tow don't hesitate to call this company and ask for Jarrett.

After a stressful event of my teenage driver breaking down in a busy intersection and pushing her to safe parking. We filled through our insurance roadside assistance. It told us it couldn t match and would let us know when someone was available, we later got a text that someone was assigned and would be to use with 180-250 minutes, we grabbed drinks at a local store and planned to wait a while. When the friendliest voice called and said he would be to us within 50 minutes, elated I was like than you so much, he taken aback and thinking that was along time, even explained where he was coming from. He let us know when he was closer, got there and was so nice and easy to work with, took extra time to explain the process and confirm the drop location. Jarrett was a genuine breath of fresh air in the midst of a stressful event!!

our car broke down 30 miles away of our home. Within 15 minutes junior was there with the tow truck. With toddlers it was as smooth a ride and experience as it can be. Junior was great and the price was far better than anything else we researched in that area. Definitely recommend this service and appreciate all the help junior, All thumbs up. Fair price, great assistance.

Epic Towing is a great company and Jarrett is very good at his job. I like that I received phone calls and text messages with the arrival time so I didn't have to guess how long I would be waiting. Lord willing that I don't have to but I would definitely use Epic Towing again.

Had a misfortune of needing a tow, but had the pleasure of being rescued by this amazing company! Fast, friendly and professional! Kept in constant contact throughout the process and made sure my vehicle was transported with excellent care! I give them 5 's! Thanks Jarrett and Stephanie! Jarrett was awesome from Epic Towing! He confirmed with us what was being towed, kept in touch on how far away he was and he got our car safely to the Mechanic! Plus he was very polite and courtesy!!!

My cars battery died and I couldn't figure out why since I had just bought a new one. Jarett came out and jumped the car, looked at it, and deemed it was my alternator. We are so lucky we had Jarrett arrive to tow our vehicle. He was careful when loading & unloading to make sure there were no damages and made a 3 hour drive feel like 30 minutes. Very caring, professional and just a great down to earth guy. Thank you!!

As part of the sale of my vehicle, Jarrett from Epic Towing came to my home to pick up and deliver my sold car. What was very impressive was that they came with little notice and were extremely professional and organized. Jarrett was friendly, had his tow truck clean and ready and was able to complete the task efficiently. I was impressed. When you find a good business like Epic Towing, it is smart to stick with them especially if I need any future services like a battery jump, a tow or even if I m locked out of my auto. Used Epic Towing today to haul my 2023 Harley Davidson Heritage Classic to the dealership due to a non-starting issue. The service Tech could not have been more accommodating. He took care of my bike like it was his own. Showed up promptly and delivered the bike to the dealership very efficiently. No one wants to need a tow, but if you do, Epic is the best I've ever dealt with.Service: Motorcycle towing

I was in an accident with my car on Monday insurance company. Arrange for a tow truck to come get it to take it to the garage to see if it could be fixed. They scheduled epic towing. They arrived within two hours from the phone call hooked up my car and where they went The easiest tow job I ve ever seen.
