15 minute oil change is deceiving. Have had 2 experiences waiting in excess of 30 minutes before deciding to leave which isn't easy.

Fast and properly done service! Theres a beautiful front porch and interesting benches to take a seat on while one waits for their vehicle to be done.

I love going here for my fluid changes. The guys are honest and helpful. They have never pushed me to pay more for services, only mentioned I might want to do services soon.The only reason I haven't been back in a while is because I have a different vehicle that had fluids changed right before I got it and hasn't yet needed a fluid change. Rising gas prices mean I haven't been driving as much so I'm still good for a little while.

Stopped in on a whim for an oil change and was very pleased. The service was performed quickly and professionally. No attempts to sell anything I didn't need. Bait and switch. I ve used this place since it opened. Never Again. New Owners are not concerned about retaining customers. I have 3 vehicle s that were getting serviced and tires rotated there. No more!!!

When the manager of a mechanic shop comes over and says that I'm still not due for an oil change and doesn't see the need to charge me for unnecessary work, I am sold! I really liked the place after my first visit, but after this morning, this will be the only place to handle the maintenance on my truck. I like the honesty and professionalism. Even though I didn't have any work done, the gladly topped off my fluids and made sure my truck is road safe. Awesome! I will recommend this place to all my friends.

I go to this place a lot and get the oil done on my car but... I have a warranty that will pay for a lot of things that they can take care of my car but the guy that works there didn't want to do the paperwork I guess.. instead he just thought it was funny that a warranty would actually pay for the oil change and anything else so I will never go back again.. I even called the people at the warranty company and they said yes whatever that needed to be fixed they would fix it but he said... That they don't deal with them that they don't pretty much have time to do the paperwork I believe it was just him all the other men that are there are awesome and they are good workers.. but every time the same man is there I have to deal with him so he lost pretty much a lot of money on what my warranty would have paid I had to go somewhere else.. I review everything and every place I go to I tell the truth.. I don't hold back anything why should I people need to know what places are about and how they are towards customers.. so sad to say I really enjoyed going there because like I said the other employees are the nicest guys ever.. but I will be going somewhere else I have no business there are no more.. it's just too bad that he didn't take for the warranty people said they would do for OF VALUE..

I love coming here! This is the only place I come to for my oil changes. Today they topped me off with oil, changed my headlights and breaklights and did some extra things that I did not ask for, which I appreciate very much. I definitely recommend coming here. All of the gentlemen are nice but I always ask for Cory. He is nice, sweet helpful and very professional. He goes out of his way to make sure my kia is well taken care of everytime.Service: Oil change

Went for a transmission flush.. A little higher priced than other places but only took 25 minutes. Other places said 1.5-2 hours. I watched and they had a team member under the car and 1 outside, which allows them to be quicker.

I ve been coming to American Lube Wxpress over the past 5 years and have been very satisfied with the quality and speed of service. I ve never waited longer than 20 minutes and they always keep up with my maintenance. Price is reasonable. I don t always have them service the recommendations, but it is nice to know what is due.

Top service in town. Great knowledgeable staff. Very professional every time.Keeping you car serviced is a top priority for me. These guys know how to keep it in tip top shape. Cars are very expensive it's worth every dollar to just let these guys keep the vehicle maintenence in check. They keep extensive records on every vehicle and know the intervals in what needs to be done.I personally run 25,000 mile oil changes; saves money, saves time. Ask if you qualify!!!

I m literally sitting here as I m typing this and I just want everyone to know about this location on Havendale. Cory greeted us and he was AMAZING the moment we pulled in. After handling the small part, EVERYONE got right to work, literally and it felt like the quickest and most professional oil change. Then we met Levi who came out and finished us off and treated us like fam who came to visit. I DEFINITELY recommend this place ! Prices are reasonable when you want your oil changed correctly.

The guys that work here are knowledgeable and very friendly. They are efficient and care about your car. They aren't high pressure salesmen, they follow the manufacturers guidelines when suggesting what your car needs. I would recommend this place to everyone.Wally

I used to drive more than 30 min to go here years ago because I loved their service even if it was a little pricier. Recently we moved closer but the prices have been creeping up over the years and today my husband took in our 2002 car for a standard oil change and was charged a whopping $105! For a STANDARD oil change. I thought getting charged $80-90 the past couple times was a lot with the additional $15 additive (I get it, it's an older car with 100,000 miles) but it should not cost $105 anywhere. That is ridiculous. What my husband was charged also doesn't match the price listed on their sign. They have lost a loyal customer and I'm warning anyone reading... you're better off literally anywhere else.

Expensive. They offered to change the air filters which I accepted but I should have asked the price first. 2.5 times what I would have paid in the store. Certainly feel like I ve been had.

The guy who came to my car was more worried about trying to up sell than listening to what I had to say. I had a synthetic oil change $48.00 plus they changed my cabin filter $35.00. I walked out of there paying $90.00 for an oil change. That was my first and last time going there.

I've been going there for close to eight years I've taken all three of my vehicles there every time they needed service just recently I drove all the way from the heart of Polk City to Auburndale just too go to this one oil changing place I brought my Buick Park Avenue up there for an oil change like I've done every time before but this time the guy told me that my car was leaking oil from the bottom of the oil pan and that he could not change my oil anymore because of the policy changed so he told me I had to go to a mechanic and would not change my oil again I am very greatly disappointed after sending me away the guy Brett told me when I asked him how to find a good mechanic he told me Google i guess and laughed and walked away I will never go there with any of my vehicles ever again they have lost a great customer

I arrived here before they opened, but they didn't have me wait, they addressed me with friendly service and got me right in. Everything was explained well and I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything I didn't feel I needed at the time. It's great to get timely service and not have to wait for a long time.

One of the worst places ever. If you go only get a oil change. Do not let them touch anything else. They've broke my dip stick, put the wrong oil in my car, damage my coolant system. I let know change my coolant n they put worse dirty looking coolant in. Never bleed the system cause my cars coolant reservoir to over flow an car started overheating. Just a bad place
