The lady that has been there for 13 years was not the person I would want working for me. Will never go to auburndale discount again for simple issues. I really have set on my problem with this lady and she is still bad how do give 0 stars to the owner I promise you I don't want anything from you but for you to now what really happened

Very rude. Never offered help after standing on an aisle for 10 minutes with one other customer in store. Appeared to be 3-4 employees standing behind the counter. Approached the counter and was told "I need you to go over there" which was to a computer with no employee. Stated I had a question about a part and was rudly told "ok but i need you over there." Asked about part and was told "probably not going to happen, but you can check Lowes." Now I'm not a smart person but if I go to an auto parts store, I'm looking for auto parts. The part in question was on website but wasn't sure if it was available in the store. Part could have been ordered, but never even offered a solution. It appeared that the employees were setting up for a Thanksgiving lunch behind the counter, which I fully support, but if this is done during business hours, one would think to have a plan in place to assist customers? If not, close the store. This encounter most likely will cause me never to set foot in another Advance location. Have had a few issues in the past with this location and others.The young lady that did ring up the part purchased was nice, the issue was with another, which due attitude appeared to be the manager/ supervisor maybe? The other employees where looking at her the whole time so I assume this one was in charge. A gentleman who appeared to be the boyfriend was also behind the counter, and he even gave her a dirty look for the way she spoke to me.I ended up going to another provider and managed to round up the needed parts and worked through my needs for the project on hand. Got my son's truck running again with no thanks to this location. Two stars only because one of the smaller parts purchased was needed for project at hand. 1 star for customer service and told to check home improvement store for auto parts.

Customer service was taken to a high level by Ashley at the parts store on US 92. I had trouble getting my car to turn over but the battery was maybe a year old. They had tested the battery and the alternator was fine as was the starter. She asked about the fob but I just changed the battery. She mentioned the only other thing might be the brake light switch.Because 2018 Altimas are started by applying the break and pressing the starter, perhaps it was not making contact. Well the part wasn't stock but was available over on Havendale. She helped by ordering the part and said to leave the car running and she would go get the part!She went far above the call of duty in helping to diagnose our car. That type of customer care is difficult to find. Thank you!!!

I'm giving 2 stars because they had the part that I needed, but the lady that took care of us was very rude and never smiled, at the front door said customer service is our priority. . Thank God

Waited about 10 minutes trying to get a employee to answer a question. Went online with my phone and found the answer. Also found the item at about 2/3 their price. Ordered and Amazon delivered the next day.

Joe was beyond amazing! So helpful. Came in because my air conditioning wasn't working and without even asking he came up, helped me, saved me money and came out to the parking lot and assisted me with fixing the issue. Let me use the proper tool I needed and was very personable and professional. Absolutely amazing!

Not really happy with this place I went there on the same day that I went to AutoZone when I went to advance with my battery is to the gentleman told me that the cheapest battery he had for me was $180 I went to AutoZone purchased the same exact battery for $99 plus it was installed the guy at Advanced acted like she didn't even want to deal with me so I will definitely not be using their services any longer and I'm going to stick with AutoZone friendly service 100% exceptional service from AutoZone

Carlos told me I had a bad battery that was causing my no start issue and if I bought a new one it would fixthe issue. Turns out he was wrong and they're refusing to refund my money for his mistake. Don't shop here unless you like being lied to and ripped off. Policies only ever benefit the company not the customer especially when their only goal is to drive sales.

Never had an issue here, but this morning (just left the store) I was told that I couldn t return an item because they have absolutely zero money in the register. I asked if they could grab a manager for me and access the safe to get me change. John said he was the manager and they have absolutely no money in the store until customers start buying items. I asked so if I came in the store with $100 bill or a $50 I wasn t able to buy anything just because you couldn t provide me change? I have never heard of such a thing, what a horrible idea. This needs to be rethought. How can a business open up with absolutely no coins or change to be able to assist their customers. You re an auto parts store, what happens when a customer pulls inside with a vehicle emergency and needs to purchase something. Please fix this so your customers can have a pleasant experience. Thank you.

I usually buy all of my parts here and the customer service is decent. Today I was denied ordering a part over the phone and the women was very rude (I did not get her name). The women may have been correct that they cannot order unless I am physically at the store but she was very rude for no reason. For this I will take all my business to the other parts suppliers. Plus the local O'Reilly and AutoZone both have the part in stock.

My visit there was an awful experience customer service really bad was very rude after being called to help up front,then the parts listed on line couldn't even be ordered she said bc they weren't part of the business inventory,I ask why are they listed online she said don't know

This place is a joke. I don't know what has changed, but I use to go there daily. Now I avoid the place at all cost. I just stood at register for 24 minutes attempting to just check out. All you have to do is take my money.... But instead they continue to ignore the people in the store and answer the phones. Clerk took 2-3 calls while I was there then started researching to see if they had part instock. Really how hard is it to maybe, not answer the phone or place someone on hold for a second? Then again you appear to be mid 50's and still work at the counter of an auto parts store. I will never return to this store. Automated kiosk can't come fast enough....

Young lady was very helpful, she explained that my model year had 2 different parts according to what month my truck was built. Explained where to find info and got the right part the first time.

Not very nice customer service didn't even try to look up my part. Just told me it's a dealers item. Drove 5 miles down the road and they pulled it right up on the computer with no problem. Want be going back here no more.

This place is terrible on customer service and Dorothy is the worst. I have been in here twice the last e weeks and both times customer service was awful. First time I wanted 20 minutes with 2 people in line and finally walked out. Today was 2nd time and Dorothy did not even acknowledge me too a phoneme call and walked away. She did not even say be right back, hold on ill be with you in a minute or anything. My advice if you are in a hurry or you do like good customer service this store is definatly not for you.Robert....

Horrible place avoid at all cost pending leagel advice on slander infront of customers with another employee she pulled aside on me and my family the GM was rude and short over all she was very irritated we were in the store in the first place.

The prices are pretty fair here on most things. I just wish they had a better selection on men's Amber blinker fluid. Especially in the 20oz bottle.

Went in got help finding what I needed and went on about my day. The shopping trip was fast and the item I purchased is sitting here working just fine. The crew there at Advance Auto are very helpful.

Terrible customer service, if you place an online order make sure you send the person who placed it bcs they wont release to anyone else in the company even if you show them the company credit card matching last 4 or credit card used to place order and give them order number. Very inconvenient foe companies

Found what I needed, clerk some. Someone walked thru with a pet goat for attention so it was time for me to leave. By the way they left with their goat without buying anything.
