Justin and the team at Oceanside are always top-notch. Customer service is excellent, they are extremely thorough, no surprises, and they get your job done quickly. I have had three projects taken care of by Oceanside and will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommended.

Oceanside Collision is fantastic! After my vehicle was struck twice in 30 days, it is back to looking brand new. I worked with Justin for each claim; he is organized, friendly, quick, and efficient! The entire shop is. They've ensured my complete satisfaction with the repairs and have gone above and beyond to fix the small things that have come up since the final repairs were finished. Very grateful for the great experience here despite the unfortunate car accidents!

Just picked my car up after it was hit and I could not be happier! I was using the other drivers insurance company, which is notoriously difficult to work with to cover the repairs but Justin handled everything! He not only took all the stress out of it but he fought to make sure my car was repaired fully and correctly, refusing to cut the corners the insurance company wanted him to. Everyone I spoke to here was so genuinely kind, open and honest. I was kept in the loop every step of the process and they absolutely provided more than they promised! I wouldn t trust anyone else with my car and can t recommend this shop more!!

The quality of work is not up to manufacturers standards. They use cheap paint that cracks and peels after a short time. It seems as though they rushed the job. I don t understand why the job was rushed and was late for the scheduled pick up time. When I complained they became very hostile and unprofessional. One of their staff tried to fight us and even spit at us. I would highly recommend finding another paint shop like Paint Pros.

I took my Mercedes to Oceanside Collision Monday morning, October 30. Thomas Livesay took a look at the front driver side panel and gave me an estimate to repair it. I thought is was very reasonable, so I told him to do the necessary repairs. I was expecting it to take a few days, so I had made arrangements for another vehicle. On Tuesday, I was so surprised to receive a voicemail from him telling me my Mercedes was fixed and I could pick it up. I could not get there until Wednesday morning and that was fine. Thomas was so easy to work with! He took such good care of my car, and even cleaned it before I got there.Thank you Thomas, and Oceanside Collision, for a superior job. If I have any more "booboos" on my cars, I will definitely take them to Ocean Collision Body Shop! Professional, courteous, fair prices!

Oceanside Collision is absolutely top notch! Everyone I dealt with that works there was super nice, very informative and made sure that I was highly satisfied. They stand behind their work and are great at what they do. I definitely recommend them for any work that you need done!I dealt mainly with Justin and he went over and beyond! Thank you so very much for everything!!!!

Oceanside Collision did an AMAZING job on some parts installation and minor repair and paint! They went above and beyond what I expected! I will not go anywhere else for auto body work. I highly recommend them for any level of collision repair work! Thanks guys!

They refused to take my car in after i had already dropped it off and got a rental car. The insurance company offered to pay whatever was needed but apparently they dont want anything that is an inconvenience to them! The owners personally refused my car!**UPDATE** Upon picking the car up there was oil all over the top of the engine as well as a check engine light on. They claimed they didn't touch the car bit none of these problems persisted before dropping the car off!

The service was so good, I honestly thought there was a catch. There are not many places that provide customer service at this level. Richard and his team were extremely polite, they went above and beyond and they very respectful of my time. The price was fair and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair.

I went to Oceanside Collision today to get some work done and a gentleman by the name of Thomas helped me, he fixed my bumper and did a EXCELLENT and quick job. Thank you Oceanside for your superb Customer Service it just means SO much nowadays!!!

I went in for fender body work. Staff was pleasant, professional, & very consciously kind. Fast turn around, no wait for service, & knowledgeable about handling claims. Very pleased will use them again if need be.

These guys are fantastic. They fixed my door for literally half as much as another bid I got. And they replaced a small part that broke for free. Highly recommend them, great price great service. The door looks good as new.

Within the time for just getting an appt. with other shops for an estimate, Oceanside did the estimate on the spot and finished the job within a week. One would never know that my husband messed up the whole right front end! Great repair and paint job. And to top it off, the cost came in below the estimate, PLUS they washed the car & did the floor mats. Yes, I highly recommend Oceanside Collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took a long road trip down I-95 and paused for a remote-work month in Jacksonville Beach. My 10-year-old car, which I am forced to park on the street, gets nicked and I am forced to paint the bumper every two years or so.These guys came recommended and delivered 100 percent. They got me in immediately, finished my car in two days (!!!) and offered to beat other estimates (though I didn't really make time to bargain hunt).Really excellent work. They even detailed it, which was a nice surprise.Service: Painting

I had a wonderful experience here. Justin handled my quote and car and I would highly recommend.Edit: this is an update, 5 years later. I still have the same truck that was worked on by Oceanside and all of the work done is now fading, peaking and cracking.

I was referred to Oceanside, from my mechanic, to repair a small dent on the roof of my car. They looked at it and they in turn referred me to a specialist in fixing dents. The reasons I'm writing this review is because a) Oceanside was straightforward and honest in their assessment, that it would be a lot cheaper for me if I went with the dent specialist (which it was) versus using them and b) the company that they referred me to was excellent. Thanks Oceanside.

Five Stars! My wife is the owner of a Toyota Tacoma 2017 truck,... and I messed up twice, bad! I took 6 hours looking for quotes and they were the most affordable and seemed trustworthy - it was the perfect combination! The minute I made it there they took good care of me: useful tips for my truck, fast, efficient service, and great price!! The job was estimated for 3 days, but they surprised me by calling earlier. I was able to pick up my car in 2 days. Most of the other car dealers told me it would take 6 to 7 days. It wasn't that big of a job, but I scratched and dented two different parts of my wife's car. Candela! So, I wanted it perfect! Oceanside was awesome!Service: Body & Trim

Oceanside Collision was extremely professional , polite, and honest when servicing my vehicle. They did a fantastic job at repairing my truck after an accident. I have never written a review before but felt it was necessary! They even went the extra mile and cleaned the entire exterior and interior of my car. My truck looks better inside and out than before I dropped it off...5 gold stars!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Someone hit my car and drove off while I was at a stop light. Oceanside collision gave me an honest quote and told me what needed to be done. Justin was so nice and was able to help me out quickly and efficiently. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else.

I had to go in to Oceanside Collision for two times, both times resulting from people dinging my new car.Each time I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and service that they showed to me and my vehicle. They were very quick, set good expectations, and did the repairs at an extremely reasonable price (even though my insurance company paid the bill, I was still impressed).I can say with complete certainty that if my car needs another repair - which I hope it doesn't - I will be coming back to Oceanside Collision to have them fix it. They will do the job and make sure it's right, no matter what.

Went to Oceanside on a friends recommendation and cannot sing enough praises about their friendly approach and quality of their work. Special shout out to Tom who took care of me personally. These people are great! I won't bore you with the details, but my insurance company really put the screw on me. I was pretty disheartened with my whole situation and just felt utterly screwed over, but when I met the team down at Oceanside collision, I felt that I finally had people who were working for me and not out there to screw me over.Justin did a phenomenal job communicating with me during the entire process. He gave me an up front estimate, told me that there was a good chance that it might be slightly more, and reached out to me the second that it changed. He worked with me on getting my car in and was overall super helpful.The crew down at Oceanside did an amazing job. The paint was excellently done, and I feel like my car came out looking even better than before my fender bender! They even detailed it for me as well!These people are phenomenal all the way. While I hope no one gets in an accident, if you're reading this, odds are you have. I can't recommend the Oceanside family enough! Go here. You will not regret it. 6/5 stars.

The Oceanside Collision Team did an amazing job and I cannot say thank you enough. I received great customer service from start to finish which made this process so much better. They were willing to stay after hours so that I could drop my car off after work and they were fast and efficient at getting my bumper fixed. I highly recommend them!

I got my car back and it looks amazing! I work in a customer service field, so I definitely can appreciate great customer service. From start to finish, the people over at Oceanside Collision made a very stressful event painless and smooth. Justin was a true professional keeping me in the loop and handling all the back and forth with both insurance companies! My car looks practically brand new! I can't recommend them enough for any and all collision-related repairs if you live in the Jacksonville area! So happy!
