The two gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Checked all filters & were so nice. I will start making the Atlantic Beach location my go to place from now on because of them! They went above & beyond to help me. Please thank them again for me. Excellent job!!

I was pleasantly surprised having never been here before that everyone working was welcoming, straight forward, educational all the things that make me feel comfortable bringing an older car in for service. No pressure, friendly, I could go on. Thankful for Lance, Randy, and Chris!!

These guys were so awesome , this was customer service at its finest .They serviced my Audi and I had a better experience that going to the actual dealership.Lance was so knowledgeable and understanding. Randy was patient and attentive. Christopher P. handled everything in a timely matter ,handled everything very thorough and precise. Great communication between each other. Lance and Vhisper were amazing although this is not my normal jiffy lube. I said I would give them a try. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes they were professional and recommended services (front end alignment) I needed for my 2003 Honda. The guys on the bottom Bay not sure of their names or his name but their communication was impeccable they worked well as a team and a very well formed unit thank you guys so much!

I'm just not happy with the overall service. The price, the staff member, the experience. The only thing I can say I'm happy about is I had a coupon for $25 off on synthetic oil change because I was clearly unaware that Juffy Lube charges $111.00 for an oil change!!!!***thank you for the additional $5 off when the staff member realized that I was unhappy and that I was going to leaving a 2 star review.

Good experience! I liked the $10 coupon. I am new to Jiffy Lube. I was greeted upon arrival and was well taken care of the workers are service oriented. Thanks for the good experience.

Nice servicemen, worked quickly and we're honest. Very rare to find honest auto workers in the industry anymore, definitely going back to get my oil changed again. Thanks guys (02' blue Xterra)

Went at 8am to get my oil changed. Clerk walks out and says I m the only one here so I can t change your oil I said so you re open but your actually not and he said yep pretty much Will not go back again.

This was my first time getting my oil changed and it was a great experience! I went to this Jiffy Lube location 1427 and they were not able to change the oil filter. I went to 1813 and they were able to change it for me! Store 1813 I was very helpful and kind to me, highly recommend!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Taiwan and Fred were amazing! They were both very knowledgeable. I went in for an oil change and they inspected everything under the hood as well as front and back lights. Fast oil change but 100 dollars for a synthetic oil change on an SUV is absurd. The dealership i got the car from doesnt even charge that much and they give me a free car wash! Also don't let these people check your tires, they 100% released air from my tires instead of putting it inService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Gregg and Darrell were amazing. It was my first time getting my oil changed on my new car. They were very helpful, so kind, and very knowledgeable.
