Excellent customer service and top notch communication. Over the last 2.5 months we have had multiple issues with both of our vehicles; all the issues have been fixed, same day, with fair & honest pricing. I trust their diagnostic approach and handling of my vehicles. If anyone asks for a recommendation for a mechanic/auto clinic, I will definitely be sending them to this establishment.

My truck needed a new starter and they replaced it within a few hours on a Saturday which is much faster than the given time frame of drop off on Saturday and pick up on Monday. The service was fast and excellent. Also, the restrooms are very clean.

First off, I just wanna say that this place is the best hands down near base. Reasons being they will install aftermarket parts you take to them. Good luck finding an installer around taking your own bought parts. The rest of the auto places I been to will mark up their parts costs (and shops do get parts at cost) because I worked in one before. They won t. I have 20+ year old cars and they worked on both. The older staff will be a little grumpy/hissy about certain things which is understandable because they don t know about performance/aftermarket things and truly want the best. However, Claudio will get you sorted and does a remarkable job since I ve seen him in there. They are military friendly and will communicate with you any little detail or mishap that may occur during the process. For instance I came in to do a housing/thermostat install and my knock sensor broke. The Next day due to parts not being able to be deliveredClaudio took care of me. I support family owned businesses. And I know his father very well. Please don t get robbed out there. Thank you guys and I will continue to use their services here as long as I am in Jax.

Second time at the Auto Clinic. First visit they solved a rear ac issue in a day. This time they recharged and fixed a belt on the front ac and got it all done in a day. Great crew. They keep you updated throught the process, no suprises, fair prices. Nice to have a shop I can trust.

Very happy with the brakes, tires and suspension work performed on my daughter's 2012 Ford Taurus. When She left to drive it to work, I called to ask if there were any problems. My daughter, who is very particular about details, was quite satisfied. Here's a quote from her..."Definitely better, and the brakes work better than the last time I had them fixed! It was almost too good haha!"I will add that the work was finished one day ahead of schedule. We will definitely be back

Many people have worked on my car in the Jacksonville area. But no one beats they're prices. They go above and beyond to make sure the car is running right before you leave. They have the lowest labor cost out of all places in Jacksonville. This is the only place I take my vehicles from Now on. This is an affordable place to get to your car fix with great customer service. Thanks for the great work you do. I Highly recommend This company. Thanks A satisfied client. Went today to get my brakes and rotors replaced because the front ones especially were grinding. I had tried several other places but because of Labor Day most were closed (with no signs up or posts on their websites so I had to find out the hard way). I didn't feel like taking my car to a big name brand repair center since their prices are usually higher. I pulled up to Auto Clinic and the mechanics told me they were indeed open. I gave Frank a run down of what was happening and that I totally understood if it would take a few days to get done. I wasn't expecting a miracle and I had a rental waiting for me. Since my family is a one vehicle family we needed to get a rental. Frank said he would try to get it done the same day. A few hours later and I get a call that my vehicle was ready for pick up. The price was reasonable for four rotors and brake pads, especially when everything was done same day. I am super happy with my repairs and no longer cringe when I have to brake.

I've been going to Frank for years. I moved 35 Mike's further from the shop but when my alternator failed-- I had my van left at AutoClinic. I had a major problem with my serpentine belt. They immediately started work on the problem. No waiting or next day service. They replaced the belt and the mechanism that drives the belt. They even rotated my tires and replaced my air filter at no additional charge. Fast, competent service at a very reasonable price. Dropped off my vehicle to body work done guys name Scott tillis. He charged me up front promising to finish my bmw s body work and hard top. Guy started work and been 1.5yrs he didn't touched it but made it worse. Hard top for the car been laying around and they used it as a work bench and supposed to restore and finish. I called him many times to check on progress he kept saying he was working on it and didn't. Dot believe these guys and work they would do to your vehicle look elsewhere. I'm preparing a law suit against them. Total fraud.

Friendly staff and they offer great espresso coffee in the waiting area. I made an appointment, they were on time and got my vehicle oil changed sufficient time. They have great service coupons for various work you may need on your vehicle. I was able to use one during my visit. They also offer a discount if you pay cash so no service fee if paying this way. I went in to get a couple of nasty scratches out of my car. Just picked it back up and it looks good as new! They even went above and beyond to take care of a couple extra spots! I had been shopping around all over town and most places wouldn t even book me for an estimate for a month, and would then give me an outrageous estimate! But not here. Got an estimate immediately and it was about half what most places quoted! Great service and excellent work!

Frank did a great job with testing my car A/C system for leaks and adding the correct type of freon. Finally have COLD air in my car! Excellent work and fair price. For the last year I have taken my car to these chain service stores trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. I spent money on replacing parts that these chain stores said I needed to fix the problem and the problem was never resolved. I moved to Atlantic Beach and found Auto Clinic. They took their time finding out the true root of the problem with my car and I am so relieved to say that it has been fixed 100%! Relief does not begin to describe how I feel. And their prices are so reasonable and they did not try to sell me something that I did not need. Auto Clinic has nothing but trustworthy, effective and reliable real mechanics! Went today for a tire plug. Ended up paying 37.45 FOR A TIRE PLUG 10.00 plug and 25.00 for labor and it say .30 hours I went there and in less than 10 minutes I was out. I hope it last me at least 5 year for what I pay. Expensive place will not recommend. And if you pay card they will charge you 3.5% of your value so you will need to bring cash and they ask you if you need a receipt or not because they will not charge you tax if there is no receipt

I was in need of some custom work to install a sidestep for my CJ5. As soon as I got there, Gheorghe placed it on the lift and spent time to give me some ideas on how he could get the job done. He impressed me so much I immediately asked for him to get r' done asap. Fair priced and quick turn around. Thanks to Gheorghe and Frank! Highly recommend Auto Clinic! Great service and quality work!
