After reading great reviews of All Star on Google and Nextdoor, I had a serpentine belt replaced on my Mazda CX 5 this week. Terry was honest, easy to deal with and I'm very happy with the work and price of the repair. Looking forward to a nice working relationship going forward. Highly recommended!!

I went to another shop - which shall remain nameless - to replace a faulty alternator and they put in a cheap aftermarket alternator that failed after only five weeks. I had my car towed to All Star Automotive Services to get the faulty alternator replaced. Terry, the owner, and crew made sure they got me an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) alternator from Nissan (I have a 2017 Nissan Versa Note), a much better quality part than the previous shop put in.The car runs great and no more dim and flickering headlights! I got my car back sooner than promised! I like that. (Who wouldn t!) Terry is great to work with and has many years of experience, an honest mechanic and shop owner. All Star is a perfect name for this repair shop, because they are all stars doing all star repair jobs! I will go here for car repairs from now on.

I needed help with my car while visiting from North Carolina, as I hit some debris on the highway and my splash guard got damaged. Terry was able to fit me in and assist to ensure my car was drive-able back home. I cannot recommend them enough!

As a woman, especially a young one, it is so stressful when you have to find someone to help you with you car. The owner here is wonderful! He was able to fit me in the same day and did a really thorough inspection to see what was wrong. His prices were fantastic and our conversation was wonderful. My problem requires a dealership and the shop helped me address the issue. Terry is very professional and knowledgeable on an issue I had with my trailblazer and now I can go to the next stages on getting it fixed. I appreciate their honesty and not trying to take advantage of the situation like many mechanics do. I've dealt with a lot of mechanics and this place is very honest.

I can t thank Allstar enough. I was heading back to Texas from an extended business trip in Jax. I noticed an antifreeze leak on my truck. The dealers in town were no help, but Allatar said come on in. They diagnosed the issue and even made a temporary repair to allow me to get on the road. Highly recommend these guys. Hard to find integrity these days, but happy I found it!

Terry and the guys here are a great bunch of people. They are honest and don t sell you extra stuff.I had a shop tell me I needed something and terry assured me I didn t.Be sure to stop in for All your car needs and you can t find better hands to leave your car in then here. Thanks again guys

I have had nothing but bad experiences when it comes to having a vehicle repaired. Thank you All Star Automotive for changing that. They kept me informed every step of the way and had the work completed fast even during the holidays. Terry was amazing, professional and very fair. I didn't use the shop my insurance wanted me to because I am a believer in shopping local. So glad I did.

These guys are great! We just moved to the area and of course the impeccable timing of having the AC go out. They had the car repaired and AC running in 2 hours. Terry is a fantastic human being. Thank you again!

I've been doing business with Terry (owner) for over 20 years. Fair prices for the work they do.Very knowledgeable. You can always trust this buiness. I would not take my cars anywhere else!

Very honest and professional staff. Was advised from other store that my ac compressor needed to be replaced with an estimate over $1,000. Greg at All Star said he needed to inspect the unit before he could provide an estimate. He determined the unit was just low on freon. He vacummed the unit, tested it for leaks, and was able to get it charged back up for $149. He saved me $850!! I would highly recommend this shop. We'll definitely be using them for all future auto needs.

I just can't rave enough about Jeff at All Star. Had a lovely day with grandson at the beach. Backed out, heard a pop and no power steering or brakes. Might add that it was Friday afternoon at 2:30, had truck towed to All Star, by now it's 3:30 and I am 150 miles from home, Jeff said if he could the part and perform a "miracle" he might have it fixed before the weekend started at 5:30.He did perform that miracle, called at 5:40, it was fixed and he would wait for me to get there to pick it up. Professional and excellent customer service. Thanks again, Jeff.

All the guys at All Star Automotive are knowlegible and professional. David did an excellent job in identifying and correcting problems on a used car I bought for my daughter. He got it all done in record time and made me feel comfortable sending her back to college in a mechanically safe and sound car. His work was thoughtful and thorough. I highly recommend this shop.

Easily one of my best experiences with an auto-repair shop. Terry was easy to talk to and spoke highly of his fellow mechanics. He was quick to review the shops credentials, which there are many, and gave me a quote which he stuck by. Originally he said it may take two days due to the extent of the rust and deteriorated state of my vehicles brakes and undercarriage, however Terry and his team replaced two calipers, two brake pads, rebuilt the rear brake-line and re-cut two rotors all in one afternoon.The next day I drove the vehicle 300 miles and not a single problem. I am impressed and glad to have found them. It's too bad I live in a different state because I would trust them with all of my vehicle repairs.If you have a problem finding their garage because the bay doors face away from the street,WEST 5TH AND MAYPORT RDGoogle it and you got it.

This is the most honest repair shop I experienced so far. I am from Canada and a week before my trip to Florida I've had high priced repair done on my 2005 Camry. On the way to Florida my check engine light came ON (again). In this shop I've got honest advice what to do and I have not been charged a cent!!!In some other shop I am sure that they would try to charge me since I am from Canada and no way out. Way to go Terry! I will recommend your shop to everyone!Branko from Toronto

EXCELLENT AUTO REPAIR SHOP!!!Terry and crew are by far the most knowledgeable and friendly group of mechanics I have ever worked with!I can't say enough about how impressed I am with All Star Automotive Services.Go see them for yourself, it won't take long for you to see why these guys are now my preferred repair shop.

I ve been going to Allstar for years and I highly recommend their services. Their prices are fair, have excellent customer service and do quality work on all repairs. I always leave satisfied and recommend them to anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Great company. Fair prices. Don t go anywhere else. These guys are it!

I have been taking my cars to Terry Essick for over 20 years. Terry is honest, ethical and provides excellent customer service. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great auto repair company.

Thank you All-Star for your exceptional service! I recently took my car in order to have the flex plate and the engine and transmission mounts replaced. The guys completed the installation without any issues and charged me a great price. They offer discounts such as senior citizen, military, etc. and work with MWR from Naval Station Mayport. They have free wi-fi, a small waiting area and not much else. No problem as I didn't hang around anyway. Terry and Greg took the time to look at my car and give me a list of items coming up, which need to be addressed and even suggested a priority from most important to least. My car is 12 years old and things are starting to wear out and set check engine lights. They found a crunching noise which I thought was in the suspension but was really one of the catalytic converters falling apart inside. It makes sense as I lost about 2 miles per gallon. I am replacing both catalytic converters and the O2 sensors and All-Star is the place I am having this done.

You won't find a more talented, honest and thorough crew anywhere. On-point diagnostics and their years of experience give me a good feeling when I drop my vehicles off there. Go out of their way to get you back on the road asap. Customer for life.
