Called to verify they could do an oil change foe a diesel and they said they could. We made the appointment but when we showed up they were confused amd ask us to pop the hood. At that time they then went inside and came out to tell us they didn't have the right oil that we would have to go to Auto Zone and buy the oil. As we were leaving we thought we better check to make sure they latched the hood back. They DID NOT latch our hood but thank goodness we we checked it. We will NOT trust Walmart again.

I decided to go here for an oil change. When I arrived, the service lane associate was helping other guests. She apologized for the wait. It took quite a while to get to me for check-in, but she assured me that my car was next to be serviced.I walked around the store for about an hour with no update on my car. I walked over to the auto area and waited again to find someone to give me an update - a man came in and told me, Give me about 20 minutes, and your car should be ready, - so I thanked him and continued walking around the store.After about 30 minutes of toiling around the store, I went back to the auto-care area and saw my car still being serviced. The same man from earlier walks inside and asks me go into the service bay with him. The man proceeds to apologize and tell me that he doesn t feel comfortable using his tool that is too damaged to remove my oil filter. To be fair this man was very apologetic and offered for me to return the next day for service with a top treatment thrown in for my troubles.So after waiting nearly two hours my oil still was not changed and I wasted all of that time. I live 30 minutes from this Walmart and I am not driving back for a $10 top treatment Next time I will go somewhere more professional to get my oil changed!

Left a tire to be repaired. Get a call saying they can t fix it. Go to pick it up and somehow they ve given my tire to somebody else. So now they ve had to bring my tire back, inconveniencing them. I ve had to drive back again inconveniencing myself. I asked the automotive manager, Tyree, what could be done about this. The ineptitude displayed by this manager was unacceptable. He claimed it s not his fault our tire was given to the wrong customer. Very disingenuous and a disgusting display of how little he cares for the customers. Given that he s responsible for managing the employees in automotive, the lack of professionalism isn t surprising.Service: Tires

I got a oil change twice from Walmart. Every-time I go they never put oil back in my car. The man argued with me saying I have a leak when my car is parked on a concrete driveway and there s no oil on the ground and it was two days ago I got a oil change my car smokes and I noticed that the oil is bone dry I put my oil in it and it runs months no problems I will never go to this place again for anything cheaper is not better they could have blown my motor up.Service: Oil change

Good fast service and priceBought 4 new 80,000Mile tires.They balanced and mountedthem in a little over an hour.I've been buying tires fromWalmart for many years and have never had a problem,but it always pays to buy a better quality and get the road hazard and lifetime rotation for a little extra $$Did have a problem once with a tire and they replaced it ...no questions asked

We came to have a tire changed an older gentleman "greeted" us and told us they might not be able to get to us because their were 4 cars ahead of us. The wait would be 4+ hours. We were fine with that but the guy seemed like he didn't want our business. So we left and went to Fender . I highly suggest them.

Georgia, at the auto care center gave exceptional service to me. This was in Arcadia Florida. I was stranded with a flat tire and no spare and she showed so much concern for my welfare and offered to have to tech stay until I could get there. She told me there was an hotel right next to the store. She even called me the next day to make sure my service was taken care of. what a caring person,

I have to say the job done at Walmart Auto Care Center is top notch. They always take good care of my vehicle and make sure to fill up on all the different types of fluids. I had windshield wipers that I needed sized and put on and an employee from their department did all of it no problem. My only complaint is they were behind one day and backed up so I had to wait an hour and a half to get my car back but, atleast they had coffee and a TV some places don't even have that while you wait for your car. So for the most part I have good to say about Walmart Auto Care Center.

I'd give zero stars. I brought my car in for tires. An $80 gate key was stolen from my console. I'll have it deactivated but some thief had access until I discovered it. I'll have to buy a new key. This really passes me off.Service: TiresService: Tires

Didn't have my tire in stock. Found one on special order in the shop put it on. Im grateful had a few hundred more miles to go before I got to where I was going. Thank you to the tire mechanic for putting in the extra effort to find my tire!!!!!!

Dont understand why it takes so long to get an oil change.Stayed with the truck and they dont seem to move to fast.To make more money for Walmart..I didnt want to shop for 2 hours.Is that the policy? They had 1 truck for an hour and now 2 cars in front of me.If I was the boss Id be all over these guys.

It took a guy an hour and 10 mins to change my tire. Friendly service but damn I never had to wait so long for someone to change a tire in my life.

I went here for an oil change, but they don't carry the filter for a Ford F350! They didn't offer to order one - no one cared. So I went down the block to the Ford dealer and was taken care of.

I go there for oil changes tires and batteries all the small stuff they do. Great service and i can shop while my vehicles are being serviced
