Personnel gave a friendly greeting and bottle of water upon my arrival. They were able to determine my type of car and what was needed for a proper oil change. The entire process took about 10 minutes. I am thoroughly satisfied with their service.

I had an amazing experience with Take 5 in Arcadia! The customer service was top-notch, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The process was so quick all while staying in my car! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality maintenance and excellent service. If I could give them 6 stars I would, definitely coming back!

Overall the experience was good.....I was able to be in and out in a timely fashion. On my receipt, it appeared that a tire check and windshield cleaning was done..... this did not happen......I had already left so did not return.....

I went for an oil change at the location in Arcadia, Fl. They were kind, professional and quick. They offered a cold bottle of water as soon as I pulled in. When they realized my grandson was with me, they gave me a juice pouch and fruit chews for him. I was in and out in 9 minutes! Thank you!

I went in for an oil change yesterday. David greeted me with a bottle of water and was very kind and polite. Melissa is awesome, I had a great time chatting with her while david performed the oil change. The service was quick. The only ding I would add was the fact that the oil I wanted was not available, yet but it is advertised. Very minor detail.Welcome to the neighborhood.Jonathan King-Cretot

Amazing service!! Friendly staff. I ve been using drive through oil change services for years now and the staff blew me away.They even offered ice cold water for myself and even juice for my 2 kiddos in the back.Looking forward to my next service with them.

I had a great experience at this location and the guys were just so kind, outgoing and extremely helpful.I love that the manager came out and asked how everything went with my visit as well, and also informed me on a lot of the promotions they have going on! 10/10 recommend and will be back!

I got my oil changed and the service technician recommended a coolant exchange saying my coolant was to clear my truck had no over heating issues, no leaks , NOW my truck over heats I brought my truck back explaining the issues they stated they left air in the lines . They did another coolant exchange and I m still having issues , I brought it back again and now they are stating it s not their fault that my water pump is bad , when clearly the air in the lines is my issue . I took it to a local mechanic and they stated that take 5 did something wrong and that s causing my heating issue , my water pump is fine . Now take 5 is giving me the run around. I Would not recommend take 5 , i live in this small town and I will be letting everyone know about my horrible experience to warn others

Great service, but the prices are absurdly expensive for a diesel truck. An Amsoil oil change in N Fort Myers is 30 dollars cheaper on the same vehicle.

great location with not many places nearby, very fast n dedicated team. filled tires are easter fluid for free and let me know the condition my filters and fluids were in ! recommending to everyone david bailee and aj have been amazing !

Take 5 is to expensive for what they do they charge 89$ for an oil change when u can go to walmart an do it for 50$ i dont recommend none going to take 5 to do oil change. Go to walmart less expensive.

I highly recommend take 5 oil change, they are effieciency, professional, and also very polite, we were in and out within 15-20 minutes which being a first time customer in take 5, that's really awesome!
