My personal experience was great. My sales consultant Marci was the best. She really helped me a lot. She took her time to know me and what kind of vehicles I would like. She made my process of getting a car a breeze. She is the most amazing person to work with. She has great customer service and very polite. What was also a major plus with me is her communication. She never leaves you out of the loop. I would recommend getting your next vehicle here a 10 out of 10. Everyone was polite and willing to help. Check them out.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Marcie (Maricela Catalan) at DeSoto Motors she did a incredible job answering all my questions and finding the perfect truck for me as well as delivering it to me under special circumstances.I have a landscape company and I purchase two new trucks per year and I can't remember having a more pleasant customer service experience with my sales person as I did on this purchase with MarcieI would not hesitate to return and purchase another vehicle when the time comes.Five star customer service!Steve SSteve S

THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. Make sure you shop around! We went to Desoto Auto Mall to buy a car and a truck because I live across the street. It was not a pleasant experience. I was in the car business in both sales and management and I was trying to be very upfront and make it a straightforward deal to do, but their manager hid manufacturer discounted prices and manufacturer incentive financing. After two long days of back and forth and being told that they WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR OWN INTERNET PRICING, we were left with a quote for the car of $855 per month for 75 months. We found the exact same car, same window sticker, same options and same MSRP at Matthew Currie Ford in Nokomis. We called them and they assured us that the discounted internet price would be honored. After just three hours there, we left with the exact same car, using the exact same trade-in car that we offered at Desoto and a deal that was over $8,000 better in our favor with a 1.9% interest rate. This deal was $255 less per month and 15 months shorter loan term than Desoto s. It also included extended warranty, 5 year service plan, tire and wheel protection, tinted windows, nitrogen in tires and a big fat smile, which Desoto s didn t. Some much deserved POSITIVE CARma after our terrible experience at Desoto. I wish I could give Desoto zero stars and share more about the disgusting antics of the manager. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.We also bought a 2022 Ford Gold Certified pre-owned truck at Matthew Currie. I m sure they made a handsome profit and I don t begrudge them that at all. Dealers typically make more on used cars than new cars and they usually make money on the financing. This deal included financing $55,000, a warranty, a service plan, etc. I m sure the salesman and finance manager there are happy that we did our business with them. That s how it should be. We re appreciative of the honest work that they put in and we re happy that they re rewarded for it. If anyone wants the name of our salesman there, please comment.Desoto Auto Mall was exactly the opposite experience and it cost them two car deals and whatever profit was made. I hope their management reads this. Integrity is important in this world.Editing this after their reply . They said that we were dealt with fairly and in good faith .I will let you decide if we were dealt with fairly . We were interested in buying a new 2023 Bronco Sport. He handed us that pricing thing that they do and on it he had only given us a $1000 discount on a leftover 2023 Bronco Sport and a rebate of $1000. I said clearly (and often), I don t believe that you can t give us more discount on a leftover 2023. Doesn t Ford have any incentives on these? . He said (clearly) No they don t. I will even show you our invoice. He offered the invoice because he knew that it didn t show Ford Motor Company s $6,256 incentive discount on this leftover 2023. I guess it s fair for him though, if I don t know that information. We did agree to see what the payments would be, because he told me there was no further discount and my sister in law loved this car. He ran my sister in law s credit through possibly a dozen banks and never once told us that she qualified for Ford Motor Company incentive financing at 1.9%. But i guess that s fair for him right! It s fair negotiations and they are doing it in good faith if they also don t inform us of the program that they offer which gives an additional $2000 rebate if you trade a car and are financing with them. I mean they don t HAVE to tell you If they have information that you don t have, even if you ask them directly for it and they clearly lie to you. Luckily we did check at another dealer, where we genuinely were dealt with fairly and in good faith. We saved over $8,000 on a car which had a $41,000 window sticker and we got a 1.9% Ford Motor Credit incentive rate.Maybe, as they put in their reply, I was simply unrealistic . I was unrealistic in my expectations of this dealer to conduct themselves transparently and with integrity.

Took my Motorhome in on Oct. 23 to have oil change and full maintenance check. Brandon was amazing. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He completed everything that my RV needed. It was well worth the trip there and very convenient to where I live since it was just across the street. Thank you Brandon and Desota Ford for providing an RV service center that can take care of all my needs.

After driving to Florida from NJ my F150 was not running so smoothly. I stopped in at Desoto Ford, Chris got me in for a service Saturday morning may 6 2023. He was great. Friendly and efficient. My truck was finished in one hour. Multi point inspection and an oil change and everything was back to smooth sailing for my F150. This dealership is customer focused. They really appreciate their customers and are here to make you happy. I ve never met a more professional customer focused service rep than Chris.You owe it to yourself to check these guys out for service and of course sales. Very down to earth staff. They care about their customers and it shows. I ll be buying my next vehicle here for sure now that i am in Florida.

Bought a truck with a clean carfax .when inspected by my mechanic.he informed me it signs of having damages consistent with a wreck when I returned with the truck I was accused of doin the damage to the truck myself.I felt very disrespected .I do NOT suggest buying from them

Chris and his team are nothing short of exceptional ! My oil change and tire rotation was in and out and they even washed and vacuumed my jeep ! Looking forward to my next visit !

I initially contacted Desoto Auto Mall dealership service department requesting an oil and fuel filter change on a Friday mid-morning, though they schedule service work, Ryan without hesitation managed to immediately work me in based on my need. In addition, they had the best oil/ fuel filter change price of everyone I called. It was discovered a fuel filter cover was damaged no fault of theirs but from previous service at a different service center. I returned with the new fuel filter cover the following Friday explaining the situation to Abby DePedro, she immediately provided service without hesitation, in addition, they provided this service as courtesy. I ve traveled for years on business and therefore experience various service centers, I can say without hesitation that Desoto service dept. exceeded any/all expectations providing the absolute best service I have ever received. It s all too seldom you experience those providing a service with such ambition and care for their customers. Thank you Abby, Ryan and the rest of your team for taking care of my service on such short notice, You re truly appreciated.

Was 4th in line on a Saturday and they told me a few hours for an oil change. Kinda ridiculous to call yourself a quick lube when you can t do that. Seriously question the service department here due to the fact when I bought my truck it needed both battery s replaced next day and that it needed a rf hub right away because the tires communicate with it for just and hour or so and then the rpm s light comes on. also as a Chrysler tech I can plug in and see it needed that which means that they could too. Extremely dissatisfied. Had honestly the best sales experience here with Joey but pretty typical service department is a joke.

When I doubted that I would be able to get a car at age 19 by myself without a co-signer, Steve Savino was there to remind me to stay positive, that I will be able to get the car! He was nervous just how I was and we both tried to stay positive and now here I am in my new car writing this review thanks to Steve Savino for being such an amazing teammate! Tammy and Matt let my car sit for 45 days until my car rental ran out to the tune of $1500.Itook it to a local guy who fixed it in a week as promised. Oh,Tammy and Matt promised me too!
