First off, I want to say I don't usually do these reviews. My name is Michael Fain. But I'd like to bestow praise upon Ms. Johnnie, in Arcadia, Fl and it is well deserved. I had just had a double hernia operation and I wanted the cart to take my battery in the store to be charged. I tried to stop Ms. Johnnie from picking up the battery, but she snatched it up. On top of that, when I came back to pick up the battery, she picked it up again and brought it back out, even though she had employees there under her. I still couldn't stop her from picking the battery up. I tried to offer to do something for her such as buy her lunch. She was very helpful in every way. I wish you all had more employees like her. And oh yeah, she needs a raise, or git card or something. If you see this review Ms. Johnnie, thank you, thank you, thank you

All the staff was very helpful. It got really busy while I was there, and the staff members worked together to make sure all were attended.

Had what I wanted at a decent price, also let me use their rest room.Would have given 5 stars but the rest room was a mess , good thing I stand to pee.

I tried sharing, but was kicked off, a short time ago. I love AutoZone, I have OCD & I enjoy walking in, because it's always clean & uncluttered, that puts my mind @ ease. The employees are so friendly & will actually ask if they can help you w/something, but they are in no way pushy. If I call w/a situation, they are so eager to make sure that they have what I'm needing, & if not, they'll have it ordered, ASAP. I could walk for hours in their store, just looking, they may ask if they can help me, when I say I'm just looking, they don't follow me around. I could go on & on, but they deserve a "5" rating, @ least from Me! Thank you, Auto Zone & Your Excellent Employees.(I have to go back tomorrow, & I'm Not dreading it @ all) Thanks, Again

They are all super friendly, you feel like everyone there is a long life friend and very knowledgeable which is super important. They have helped me alot more then I care to admit but when in need of car part's this is the place to go.

Sales and service were amazing! I called in and asked if they could replace my battery in 2018 Chevy Silverado. I asked because it was located back close to the firewall and under a fender support bar. I was unsure if I could get it replaced myself or if I needed to take it to a dealership. I arrived at the store and was greeted by a great staff. After checking the location of my battery (in the vehicle) and if there was a replacement in stock, they sold me the proper battery. Arturo (technician) and I went outside and he replaced my battery with the new one. Arturo was very courteous and worked quickly without any problems. I will be back to this store. Thanks Arturo and Autozone staff!!

Smiling, singing and dancing employees. Very helpful. Well stocked and organized. Good place to go to take the worries of a broken vehicle off the shoulders. If parts aren't in stock, they can normally get them within 24 hours.

I love this place. Every time I go i am greeted with friendly staff and always get what i need at a great price. They even were able to get me a brake line for my vehicle later in the day and every one else couldnt get it to me for three days. Even the ford dealership either.

It's the only auto parts store I will use in the area. Always great help and they always have everything in stock. Oh ya, they actually give back PERKS!! Just got another $20 gift card.

We were stuck on the side of the road with a broken serpentine belt, 5 hours away from home. Jose & Scott got its what we needed and Jose had his wife bring it to us paying for what we needed out of his own pocket. These guys need a raise! Very professional gentlemen!

Shout out to our local Auto Zone employee Tavita for going above and beyond and helping me with my flat tire . Currently 8 months pregnant and pulled in looking for a temporary fix for my flat . Unfortunately there was no temporary fix this young lady did not hesitate to help me find my spare tire in my trunk and within 15 minutes had my tire changed out and back on the road . Thank you Tavita you rock!!!
