My daughter and I went in to get new wiper blades. The scanner gave us the information we needed quickly, and a gentleman answered our questions at the register. I also got some wiper fluid while I was there, which was an impulse item. Overall, it was a very "painless" experience for us . tysm

Employee-Michel Gonzalez. Store-Arcadia Advanced Auto PartsI was on a trip from Ft. Myers to home (Orlando) and my Ford F-150 started cutting out. Upon entering Arcadia, Florida the truck actually stalled. Advanced Auto was just ahead on the right. I restarted the truck and limped into the parking lot. I told Michel of my problem. He plugged in his meter and it identified a possible air leak in the system. He wiggled air filter cover, then reattached the clips.That was all that was needed! It saved me a possible towing and an expensive repair bill no doubt. I wish there were more people in this world like him. Friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Thanks Michel! Dennis

I went to buy one item and this racist attitude having lady called me juan and rudely rolled her eyes at me because i wanted someone else to check me out So incredibly sad that They have someone like that working there

I feel like they did above and beyond what they are required to do for their job Javier specifically went over and above he was very nice courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend going to this advanced Auto parts store they will treat you very well

Good folks. Little Spanish fellow was very helpful, but the store had the wrong tools to change my battery. Not his fault lack of equiment.

Great selection spectacular staff! Employees spent a lot of time with me and my vehicle that broke down in the parking lot. They were able to troubleshoot a solution and get me back on the road.

Went in to get new battery for my car. Chris was fabulous even with having to work very hard to get the old battery out of the car due to rusted bolt holding battery into the car. Great job
