Won t come again to service my car here. First time I went for a oils and filter change, I went early since it s by first come first serve basis. Well they skipped my car, but the cashier lady was very helpful and spoke with her manager, and for the inconvenience of the situation, the manager approved that the next pile and filter change was complimentary. I kept the receipt with the note of approval.Now came the time for the next oil and filter change. Luckily the same cashier was in and she confirmed the validity of the note because no other employee believed it true.When spoke to the mechanic and explained it all, he seem upset about it, then asked what oil I wanted. I informed that I wanted the synthetic oil because that is what the car requires / always used. His response: scoffed and said with what it seems like an attitude So the most expensive one . I restated that it was what the car used (and it s even in the manual).After they did the job, I took my car and started driving, and one minute later (I was still at Walmart s parking lot), I looked at the service sticker and saw that the oil that they had used was wrong.I contacted the car manufacturer/ dealer, and explained the situation. I was informed that in fact it was the incorrect oil, and even though I could still operate the car for some time, I had to service the car shortly after so the correct oil was on the car.They called corporate, only to make them aware of the situation (not to be a Karen). They offered for me to go back so they could make it right , but that bear trap won t bite me twice. I informed them I wasn t going to waste my time, AGAIN, for something that was supposed to be done right last time. They lost my business when it comes to my car and it s oil change.

Ordered 4 tires one weekend, scheduled install for the next weekend and only three of the 4 tires were there. Had to reschedule for install the next weekend. You would think a week would be enough time for delivery to the store but apparently not. Don't recommend if you are in any type of hurry and not willing to wait days and days. Update, I had to cancel all 4 tires as they couldn't find the 4th missing tire.

Thank you for changing my tires and screwing up the valve stem at the same time. Then not being able to accommodate your screw ups .Also fix you phone. Attempted to call 8 times with 0 answer. 0 stars do not recommend

Horrible service!!!! Waited 4 hours for a tire change!!Upon checking the job, several bead locks were loose, then I asked them to do it again, and they said that the bead locks don t do anything, and that it was good to go.I asked for the auto manager, and she called me annoying because I wanted them to trouble check ALL bolts again.I stayed next to the car, we watched them do it one by one.Soooooo UNSAFEeeeee!!! Aways check the job before you leave.Horrible place!!! That is what Walmart is known, cheap prices, horrible service.

Unfortunately that day they had untrained woman up front of tire service center 2/21/24 early morning time and she was talking about her up coming marriage in Oct and her personal life with employees ignoring us.... and other customers.... plus didn't know ANYTHING about cars or trucks, then she left and in the afternoon time another lady L...... she knew even less about cars/ trucks as several customers were asking about tires and batteries and she said struggled to answer anything and said they have to look it up online for their sizes and applications, and didn't help us in anyway either unfortunately, the other girl named A..... was pouring fresh oil down the drain that wasn't used and was filling oil as the man was still draining the oil underneath the cars and even started it up before the underneath man was finished draining the oil, Very unorganized didn't see any management either, I felt sorry for all those people getting oil changes that don't know ANYTHING about cars/ trucks, sorry that's just crazy,now the plus side.The plus side is Kirk, and the other tire installer, were great, did his job fast and good, �nd took care of several customers, so that's all I can say Wednesday 2/21/24 at the apopka tire center

They didn t screw the plug under the truck like they should had. Now my truck needs work done on the motor. Sad thing is I check everything after they are done so the oil was in there when I left. But doesn t no good when they don t tighten the plug

I was passing through and my truck was making some noises so i pulled into the Walmart parking lot to inspect it myself. I found the issue, so I stopped in to the Auto Care Center and even though they seemed busy the manager came out and took care of me. While checking in, though, there were 2 empty counters and 1 guy on the phone forever. Would have been nice to see more employees working to help people waiting in line.

Stopped by and was told I had to have an appointment, called to make an appointment and couldn t get anyone to answer the phone. After trying for 3 days I went somewhere else.

I've been here for auto batteries and things before. They're usually pretty good. They didn't have the tires I needed recently but I also didn't have time to order ahead.

This was my second visit to the Walmart Auto Care Center. I wish we had one at the Walmart where I live. On my first visit I purchased four new Dextero tires for my truck. The tire price was great, and the install price too. Other places I've checked charge $30 or $40 more for installation. Ron was the person in charge. He was polite and took care of business. The work was finished in the timeframe he quoted. They were professional and the tires were perfectly balanced --- no vibration at all, I checked up to about 85 mph. You can drive up without an appointment, or make an appointment. On my latest visit I had an oil and oil filter change. It was full-synthetic oil, 6 quarts, for about $55.00 including tax. Beats the fast lube services hands down for price. I checked three other places and they were $20 to $35 more. The fast lube places claim to do more for you than Walmart, but if there are differences I didn't notice them. Walmart might have taken 10 or 15 minutes more, but I'm all for saving $30 in 15 minutes.

Got my battery replaced for my 2013 Ford Escape, it took 80 minutes tops. Fast service, but customer service reps did not seem to be happy being there. Overall, very happy with service. Price on battery was great, a hundred bucks. Better than Pepboys for four hundred. I would recommend this place

Got me in and out within an hr and I was a walk in. You probably have a better chance getting in if you come early in the morning but no guarantee. They are Appointment only so call to schedule first.

First after the battery was put in they didn t come to let us know the car was ready so we sat there for an extra 20 minutes. Then they changed me for the core charge but they changed the battery so they already had the core. They couldn t take the core charge off and told us to go to customer service up front where we waited again. Then when the car was started, there was a dozen faults come up on the dashboard that no one knew how to fix. I can go on but I m tired.

Stay away. Worst customer service. I came for a tire replacement and all I got was a defective tire and the they won t exchange it. I returned four times to get it balanced due to vibrations on 70 mph and they keep insisting that it s my car. After my fourth visit and being aggravated by the tire technician. I finally got results from the Manager who is more helpful than the uncooperative Assistant Manager (Enaud). I finally got a replacement and the vibrations disappeared. These people cannot be trusted with public safety. They can put you and your family at risk due to their incompetence. A liablility to the Walmart company. Not worth the savings!! STAY AWAY!

Excellent Service where employees remember your name. These guys work hard but still find time to greet you. When time allows they have small chit chat with you before heading back to work. One of the guys who worked in that department made management a couple years back his name is Raul. He s personable and genuinely ensures that the guys remain upbeat and consistent in their quality work and Customer Service. It s Raul leadership and his team dedication to satisfying customers that keeps me and my family coming back.

I came to do an oil change and tire rotation. I had purchased a tire rotation lifetime plan. The tech kept asking if I purchased the tires there I said no, twice. He didn't ask anything else. When I picked the car up 45 min later they charged me for tire rotations. He said he couldn't find where I purchased the plan. I asked why did not you call me before performing the service?? They basically told me that I need to pay for the service or they weren't going to release my car. I couldn't find the receipt in my car but the had the last receipts where they've rotated them with the plan.

Convenient to be able to get the oil changed while doing the regular shopping. Prices are reasonable, they are open on Sunday, and usually there isn't too much of a wait. I've been taking all of my vehicles here for many years. The only problem I ever had was a missing tire valve cap one time. I went and bought some nice aftermarket ones and make sure to check them now before I leave.

Very disappointed in the staff here. I m a loyal customer here! I m always here and the staff did not tend to my needs! Auto center closes at 7 . I arrived at 5:30 as soon as I could AFTER WORK for an oil change and the excuse was no because they close at 7 ??? An oil change doesn t take more than 45 minutes and there was only one car here so ai feel that the excuse was trash and the staff were just being lazy trying to finish that last car to shut down early.

The Manager Enaud have the worst customer service ever, he should learn how to treat people and the employees in front of other people. I don't now how this people can be called manager for real.

Terrible customer service!! Don't even try getting in contact with them by phone. I literally made 9 calls before I could get someone to help. I was put on hold for ten minutes at a time in 3 different calls. It's like they forget about you. Had to just hang up and call again just to be put on hold and forgotten about again. Then went in in person to be told that they were too busy to get the phone. The guy with the heavy indian accent was the one who put me on hold and never came back to it. The only satisfaction I finally got on the phone was another gentleman with a strong Jamaican/Caribbean accent.

This auto care center needs to do better cause very bad customer service cause I m at work an I called up there an I was calling for 5 min an nobody picked up the phone an I know it s not that busy around 10:46am an I was trying to make appointment for Saturday morning but I might have to find someone else if you all can t get it together

They replaced my battery for free. The staff was nice. The one lady who rang me out moved slow though. She seemed easily distracted and couldn t focus on checking out customers. I was there 45 minutes because of her.

I know it's walmart but I guess I still hold anyone employed by a company to extend what I offer to my customers. No one was friendly. Everyone seemed to be in there own worlds. No smiles, no one offering if I need help. I arrived at bay 7:15 am. I know that if I am parked at bay you know I am here for service. No other customer was there for tires. Only 1 customer there in oil line. I had to seek out service rep. Then I didn't leave until 8:41 am. This was my first time to walmart tire center. I don't think I would recommend it to anyone else. I much rather spend the additional $35 to go to another shop to get that customer service experience.

Went for an oil change. They didn t not return the bottom shield which I didn t realize until later and told they me I needed a new air filter. Took it to Tires Plus and was told the air filter was fine.. Sketchy. I will not ever be returning to any Walmart Auto ever.

Came in for a simple tire plug, no one in front of me or next in line I waited for over 1 hour. All the time I noticed the guys were walking around doing absolutely nothing at all, just talking to each other. Bad communication no customer service except for the people on the inside there were very prompt, and attentive

I'm upgrading my prior rating from 2 to 4 stars. As another reviewer stated, service totally depends on which mechanic you deal with. My recent experience at 7am on Thursday was great. Raul and team worked quickly to change the oil in about 15 minutes . They also inflated my spare tire with no extra charge.
