My husband and I have been getting services here for the past year. Every visit my vehicle was completed within a timely manner. Although this time the technician forgot to check my air pressure the lady in the shop was quick to filling them up.Highly recommended!

The staff at Quick Lane are always super friendly and helpful. They get me in and out just like they promise. They also don't ever try to upsell on parts or services. I completely trust them with my automobiles.

Made an appointment last week to put new tires plus rotation on my 2022 F150. Appointment was for Monday 9AM. I showed up at 8:55. The front desk checked me in. After an hour waiting my car was still in the parking lot. I went up to the front desk and told them that my next appointment was at 12:30 so I need it all done by noon. The guy said well, let's check if we have your tires. He came back short after that to tell me we don't have your tires. They offered me a loaner but come on.... You should have called me before I came to the store to tell mee the tires weren't there. I wasted 2 hours of my time plus gas plus tolls. This is just an example of very bad organization skills. No more Slow Lane for me!Service: Tires

Can't even fix a tire properly. Just a bunch of kids working there. Took a tire in for repair for a slow leak. I was told it was all fixed, good to go, and the tire is down 5 psi the next day and they did not even put the valve stem cap back on. No quality control.

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I've been coming to Quick Lane since I moved in the area with little to no hassle. It was time for me to get a tune up so I went and scheduled it no problem. Got the service and thought everything was cool. I drive a 13 Focus so I can't check all my fluids but after receiving "The Works" along with my tune up I'd think everything was good. It wasn't. My oil change light came on two days after I called and was assured my car was fine the tech just didn't reset it. No big deal in my head. Two weeks later my car starts to make a grinding noise. Definitely my transmission. Like I said these cars aren't designed for me to actually check my fluids. I take it back to Quick Lane and they say I have a leak. I showed them my previous visit and they never said anything about a leak in their "inspection" despite checking everything off as green. I scheduled a diagnosis with the mechanic shop which deals with major issues and they want $7700 to just fix my transmission. The tech who performed the service during my tune up either didn't actually perform the work or just lied on the inspection. I'll never do business here again. The only reason this isn't one star is because of the non techs and their assistanceServices: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair

Very clean, staff was friendly. The waiting area was comfortable with nice seating, and large TV to watch. There is a screen behind the main desk to let you see your name and wait time of your vehicle. Pricing was reasonable as well. Thank you Martin for the great service! I will be a returning customer!

Book an appointment for the Works to be done on my Ford car - oil change, tire rotation, break check etc. Great value for the price, done in the morning within 2 hours. Quick lane never disappoints. Staff is helpful in answering questions if needed and they keep in touch with you by phone or text messages. I'd definitely advise to book an appointment a couple of weeks before the actual date because they book fast. Walk-ins are possible but the wait time is high, I've seen usually 3-4 hrs at least.

I had made an appointment 2 weeks prior to my visit. The appointment process is the best and highly recommended for anyone who needs an oil change and tire rotations. The website will tell you no appointment needed , but plan your day to spend 1 to 3 hours for service. They do an excellent service In servicing your vehicle. When I arrived for my 9:30am appointment, I actually arrived at 9:15am. They took my SUV around 9:45 and they were done by 10:15. The waiting area has cold bottle water and coffee and tea at no charge. When I enter my SUV, they placed a cold bottle water in my cup holder. I ve been coming here since my purchased of my Ford SUV since 2016. Make that appointment, it will reserve a spot for your vehicle to get serviced.Services: Tires, Oil change

I have used this service since 2014 for my 2013 F150 and have been well satisfied until the last two oil changes a pan underneath the truck has been left unattached. From 9:42 am until 3:55 pm I have been waiting for someone to remedy the situation since I don't want to cause more damage by driving it to their location. The 2 rating was quality of work done this morning and the previous oil change.Service: Oil change

I ve been to this location several times, usually good service. My most current visit was on 01/18/22 for an oil change and tire rotation. On arrival there was an associate speaking to another customer, I was waiting in line until they were done speaking. The associate walked away after he was done talking, and didn t even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there, I waited for about 8-10 mins until someone eventually came up to help. After my car my ready, the same associate who originally came up to help me went over my report and said you know you got synthetic oil to which I replied I did ????. I never request synthetic oil, and the times I have been to this location I have never request this either. It was late and honestly I didn t feel like arguing about it, so I payed and left. Now after driving my car for almost a week I realized that the weird sound I was hearing when reversing was actually some plastic cover hanging from the front of the car that was never put back correctly after my car got serviced. So I m wondering if the current associates working at this location just pick and choose certain customers that they want to charge extra money, for things they didn t request, and to top it off not even caring to check the work they did!?? If you are choosing to hire employees that look like their testicles haven t even dropped yet, then at least make sure they know what they are doing ;)Service: Oil change

Got there early. They're usually pretty busy so expected somewhat of a wait. In and out of there in less than 2 hours. Not bad for weekends when they don't accept appointments. Service advisor was very polite and helpful.

I would have given 4 or maybe even 5 stars for them, but their own web page lists the wrong hours. Google search results seen to be accurate but if you go to the Mullimax website to check the hours, it states a 9am open time for Saturday. They actually open at 7am. I went by over the weekend, arriving at 9am because I had other stuff to do that day and was hoping arriving at "open" would have me in and out quick only to find a crowded waiting room and significant wait time. Had the hours been correct I could have arrived at 7 and even had time to wait if need be, but instead I had to leave without service and return on a day when I had more time available.Service: Oil change

I have bought 7 cars from this dealership. They have done numerous oil changes and I bought a few sets of tires there. I went in for an oil change like I had dozens of times before. I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. I was told it would be 1.5 hours. I said ok. The customer service representative was very polite. I waited the 1.5 hours. My car was not even on the bay yet. I got my key and left. I don't know if I will return.Service: Oil change

You would think since they are a direct representative of Ford Motor Company that they would treat their customers better. Martin and his techs proved that they are just another shop that lies and overcharges. You'd be best advised to get automotive service elsewhere.

Have a 9am appt. Oil change, wiper blades replaced, check tire pressure. Told it b 1-1 1/2hrs. Fortunately it has only been 20mins. Past appointment time. What is the point of appointment setting time. As if our time isn't valuable. Oh my mistake at this time they're just videoing the outside of the vehicle,so it's not yet gone into the shop.

Came in with no appointment this afternoon around 3:30P. Adam was able to get to my car pretty quickly. Unfortunately it was more than a dead battery - it was a bad alternator, too. So Adam ordered a replacement one, and my car will be ready in the morning. I'm very impressed with how nice, helpful, + professional the staff at the Quick Lane are. Thank you, Adam!!

Made an appointment for 11am 5 days in advance. Show up for the appointment and car isn't in the bay until almost an hour later. Then it takes nearly 45 minutes to change the oil. I see the car in the bay, off the lift, hood closed and no one working on it. Why have appointments if they can't be honored within a reasonable amount of time?Service: Oil change

It was my first service on my truck, and I got there a little early, when they opened it was easy and they had the service done within an hour. The service writer went thru the printout of everything they checked and told me all was well. Very reassuring to know that there was nothing that needed my attention. I will continue to use the Quick Lane at Mullenax.

For the second time in 8 months my confirmed appointment was nowhere to be found upon arrival. The same thing happened to another person while I was waiting.

I have decided to edit my entry. On Tuesday I came for a new tire and was told I needed two new tires. Okay. That's cool. They told me that they didn't have them I'm stock, but they would have them in the next day. Within twenty minutes of leaving the place, they called me and said they'd be in Thursday and they'd call me. I received no call. I had to contact them and was ignored for at least one hour when I got the typical "We actually just got the tires in. That's why I didn't call." So I said "Great! I'll be in. "Well, we are kind of busy, so if you could come here tomorrow it woukd be great." Okay. I arrived 25 minutes before I'm the agreed upon time. It's been three hours. I'm still waiting. A process that was initiated on Tuesday is still not complete. I have listened to the advisors tell customers, "Sir, you're already. You can sit longer of you want haha..." Yeah...the same joke for every customer. I just want to get the heck home. So "Quick Lane?" That's the real joke. I was then made to think that they were doing me a favor by not charging me for the tire rotation, a service that comes with the 55.00 Deluxe oil change. I am not happy.

Well, they did say an hour and a half and it was that and a little more. So don't think Quick Lane will be quick. My $49.99 The Works Package came to $56.20 before tax....go figure there. Yes it did say shop fees but don't use that as a way go gouge customers for more money. I don't pay a service fee for utensils when I go to a restaurant. Wiper blades $37 installed. So got out of there for a little over $100.Service: Oil change

Went for a full synthetic oil change in my truck again, I wanted the tires rotated as usual. Patrick didn t ask if I wanted the tires rotated, or the works package and only did the oil change. I was disappointed again by the service I received at the quick lane. Patrick did offer to rotate the tires but I would have had to continue to wait. I would have liked it done right the first time. I was expecting to have a conversation before the truck went in but he never did have one nor did he have me sign any paperwork before they started.

Not Quick!Professional services and attitude with clean store. I got a Oil change here and it took a long time. But they do Check many more things on your Automobile and let you know if they need servicing. Quick Lane is mis - leading because they're more than that.

Good quality service but slow. They were very busy so I should have expected slow. I was told up front it would likely take two hours and that was a very accurate estimate.

I stopped in to get a oil change which would be my second visit. I was recommended some services which I declined. After receiving my car I noticed that it was running different. I just drove my car over 1,500 miles and nothing was wrong with it. Now my car is riding funny and I have to get it checked out. I will not return to this location.

This was my first time using a dealer affiliated center for maintenance. I got The Works ... oil change, fluid check and tire rotation. Came in at 4:00 on Saturday and even though the were busy and closed at 5:00 they took me right in. Cheerfully!! Their customer area is great ~ 3 tv's, nice chairs, free water, coffee, hot chocolate and there are barstools looking out into the service floor to watch the progress of your car. It was quick, easy, great value and listening to Justin work with customers in all sorts of moods and guide the techs I was extremely impressed. I just found my go to maintenance shop!
