Hire people that know what they re looking for. Employee can t even locate the fact that we bought a starter here. Trying to act as if we didn t even buy it. So stupid. What kinda company can t locate a part they sold you!!!!

Nice little store. It was a simple transaction. I went online purchased my good priced item and was asked by everyone that works there at one time or another if they could help me. Nice employees. It is a small Napa but they have a lot to offer as well as online purchases that you can buy and pick up there.

I love NAPA like any retail parts store it can be 50/50on employee knowledge, they seem to have hit the mark here, professional not always with a smile, but who smiles 24/7

Website says they open at 7am. Called and spoke to a very rude man whom told me they open at 9am. "The hour are on the door" I kindly told him that on the website it says they're open at 7am.PS Fix the store hours on the internet

Best customer service ever. I ordered a belt for my commercial mower, Yes !!! They have it after being looking into the local dealerships and nobody had it. Great job guys.

The NAPA auto parts location in Apopka, FL has been our automotive parts supplier of choice for many years. Our growing fleet of pest control sales/ service vehicles rarely if ever sat in the yard for lack of parts. If the Apopka location didn't have the needed part on hand, they would almost always have it within a few hours or the next morning at the latest. I have recently exited the pest control industry after 32 years, however, I can honestly say that working with the NAPA auto parts here in Apopka was always a pleasure.
