My boss ordered some parts when I got there. The guy had the parts ready and waiting. And he checked something on my trailer and get me the part that I needed. Nice friendly knowledgeable people there.

We have just recently started using FUTI and are very pleased with the folks there. They do good work and have been honest. They are a little out of the for us but l feel better bringing our equipment there. I came there after hours once and everyone was gone and the last two people were walking and they unlocked the door and treated us liked we had just spent thousands of dollars there when in fact that bill was about $200. I advise naver come this place I way trailer very bad treatment very bad people he change the trailer hub seal he change $700 dollars I cheak the price shop hup seal $50 dollars naver come to this place

Drivers and owners operators be very careful when placing an order in this place. We as a business owners experienced one of the most unfair situations at this place.Definitely we will use all of our social media and platforms out there to advise how unfair this place is withtheir customers.

The people who work here need a lesson on communication and custermer service. The salesman there are completely unfriendly and give you an attedute if you ask any question about a peace they have for sale. If you can, do your research, give yourself more time and find a different dealer because they don't seem to really care if you buy from them.
