Heidi and Tina helped me provide my son a wonderful Christmas present despite their busy holiday schedule. Heidi provided all the information I needed to make an informed purchase without rushing or pressure. I am very grateful for their top, customer-focused service, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a dirt bike, go cart, Quad or Golf cart to visit Extreme Motor Sales.

In the beginning, my experience with them was positive. But then they promised to get me my scooter before my Christmas party that I was having and it didn t happen. In fact, they had been telling me all week that it will be ready, and just needed assembly and when I showed up to get it it wasn t there. Total waste of my time. They said it wasn t on the truck, but they thought it was huh? They did try to make it right by offering me a more expensive scooter, but I just wanted a 50 cc. They finally ended up a week later, getting me another scooter that I had delivered and to my surprise when the scooter arrived it was not the scooter that I ordered. The scooter that they sent me may have had a higher value, However I did not want more than a 50 cc because I did not want to have to put insurance on it. But the what makes me give them a one star is that in the beginning when I was calling and emailing about buying the scooter they are very communicative. In the end I have been calling and emailing a multiple times to receive the tag because they told me that I would get the tag through them and they will not respond. have called and emailed almost obsessively trying to figure out how to get the tag because they informed me via email back in December that I was to get the tag from them and I still have not received a tag to this day. I am so disappointed and frustrated with this business and I would not recommend them because you don t treat your customers like this. Even if something is going on all they had to do was call me or at least even email me and give me directions as to how I get the tag for this scooter.

I purchased a cheetah I-6 from Trailmaster from them. I did read a few past reviews that at first made me hesitant, but Heidi and the rest of the staff there made me feel unbelievably comfortable and answered every single question I had for months until I finally purchased this. I was afraid I would not get it in time for Christmas, so I ordered it early and specially requested the color blue. I received a text a while later that blue was not in stock from the manufacturer at that time, but that did not stop them from finding one from somewhere. Long story short, I have exactly what I ordered and exactly what I was hoping to get my child for Christmas because they cared enough to get me what I purchased. A lot of businesses would have just shrugged their shoulders and said, we tried, oh well. Not here. I can t recommend them enough, and it s always great having the peace of mind that if something does go wrong with the go kart, they are always right there to help me fix it as I purchased from them directly!

I ordered 2 40cc 4 wheelers back in early November 2023. The week after Thanksgiving I reached out via email to check the status of my shipment as I had not received anything aside from my confirmation email. I was informed some docusign docs were sent to me and I needed to fill them out and return. I called the following day as I had never received any documents. They were able to resend them to me and I got that issue resolved. A week later I had again not received any tracking information so I reached out via email again. Lager that evening about 5pm I received a call that the colors I ordered were no longer available an error was made and I could either upgrade to 110cc or get 2 40cc in blue, I was at work during this call and just opted for the 2 blue. As the evening went on I started to second guess my decision. First thing the following morning I called again and left a voice mail that I was distracted during our call and was having second thoughts and to please contact me to discuss. By noon I received a call and was able to talk through my concerns and choices. I ended up deciding to upgrade with a discount from the original mistake and ended up getting the colors I had originally chosen. The documents were resent and within 3 days my order was sent.While mistakes were made the communication and customer service was top notch. In business mistakes and issues always come up but the people you have working for your company and how they handle those issues makes a huge difference. My calls were always taken live or returned within a couple hours, my emails were also responded to same day and for that reason I would happily purchase through this company again. So far we've only assembled 1 of the 2 but assembly was pretty simple and the design is top notch. Can't wait to see my kids faces come Christmas morning

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a wiring harness that the website said they had 6 of, then when I called to make sure they had one in stock. The rude lady who answered the phone said they only had one and it was in a wearhouse in California. I waited the 7 days to see if it was shipped, called and left messages because no one would answer the phone during busniess hours. Then I see the have listed one on the website when they only had one left for triple the price I paid.Now I read all the reviews and see that this place should not be business. I left message asking for a refund and yet I have not heard from them.I will be contacting the BBB and the atty Gen in Flordia..And my credit card company and report the scammers.

Heidi is the best!We went in to the store to get some information about go-karts and ATVs for Christmas and Heidi answered every single question we threw at her. Regardless of how silly, dumb or uninformed they were. The process to purchase a go-kart was so simple and the fact that they can do everything in house is awesome. We were going to buy go-karts somewhere else, but after spending a few minutes talking to Heidi, we knew we were in the right spot. She never tried to sell us on anything but gave us the information and let us make our decision.I can t wait to pick up our go-kart later this week and test it out before giving it to the kids for Christmas.

Great people and a great shop. I bought a Boom Vader from them after me and Heidi discussed different options. The shipping was delayed because of the hurricane, understandable, but they kept in contact with me trying to resolve the problem. Highly recommend this shop!

My purchase was in October. They sent it to the wrong address and are now refusing to ship my product unless I pay an additional shipping cost. Two months after I made my initial purchase. No one answers the phone or returns calls.UPDATE: Spoke with customer service, and they corrected the mishap/miscommunication. Received part.

We have a Razor 4 wheeler and razor is impossible to deal with to get something fixed. Tina was able to make it happen and get this 4 wheeler repaired for my son. Works great. Wish I would have gone to Extreme before I purchased the razor 4 wheeler. I think Santa will be stopping by extreme for next 4 wheeler upgrade to the gas powered! Thanks Extreme for everything!

I ordered a part that was showing they had in stock they said they ship from 7 to 14 days i called them to check on the order 7 are 8 days after they recorded the payment and on the 15day I called and no answer so I emailed them and told them I wanted the part are a refund and I have not heard anything from them. So I have reported it to my credit card company as a potential scam all they had to do was ship the product as they said they would .if anyone that extreme motor sales is having trouble getting your order are refund you can call your credit card company are file a claim with the FL state attorney officeUpdate when I placed the order it showed extreme motor sales had 6 of the exhaust system in stock . And when I called they said it was at their other warehouse. That was a lie . And they never once said it was on back order and I can prove it .and extreme never once return a call and I have save all emails to and from extreme motor sales. The only one that is lying is extreme motor sales. And as for reorder the part extreme is a joke .they never refunded my money the credit card company did and NOT EXTREME and they never refunded it back to the credit card company because if they did it would have shown up on my credit card bill. That never did show up. EXTREME is a ripoff and scam because they don't give you a refund.

Purchased a golf cart from this company in 2022 and it was delivered by them with the mirror damaged. They committed to providing a replacement but a year later they still didn't.Seemed like nice people to deal with originally, but I wouldn't go back for vehicle service or any other purchases.

Updated review:When we first bought the kids go kart all was good, got it home not even a week and the whole thing just fell apart. These units are absolute junk and the owners have completely turned into different people once the purchase was complete. Ignored us for weeks, my son had family down and couldn t even show off his Christmas present. Very sad and very poor company to do business with!!

No response from store when calling, leaving a message or setting an appointment through Facebook (as suggested by their answering machine). Looked inside the closed building and there were 3 bikes inside. I think this business is closed for good.

Terrible company. Been trying to get a hold of them for almost a month regarding a transaction that we backed out of, and they refuse to communicate with us. As they are charging us for a machine, we didn t want and never took delivery of.

I bought a golf cart from here earlier this year. I shopped around town and went to 3 other dealerships before I decided on Extreme Motor Sales. They had the best prices that I saw and they had top notch customer service! My family and I love our golf cart and recommend this business for anyone looking to get a great cart for a great fair price. They also got me approved for a loan with $0 down and 0% interest. Everywhere else was trying to get me to sign a loan for 10-15% interest.

Absolute motor experts! We had issues with a bike that wouldn't start. Tina knew what was wrong with the bike just by listening to it and looking at it for 2 min. She fixed the bike and explained everything to us very clearly. She even helped load and unload the bike. Great company if you're looking to buy and/or service any kind of gas vehicle.

I drove 40 minutes here just now, got here at 5pm website says they close at 6pm and there is no one here, the gate is completely closed all bikes inside. They obviously leave as they please and don't take into consideration the time they tell customers they are open, so if you are driving far and really want to come to this place call before you go and make sure someone will be there by the time google says you will arrive or go to a place that holds true to the hours that they say they are open. As you can see on my picture the car clearly says it's 5:10pm on a Tuesday we get here at 5pm but it took me 10 minutes to write this review. The sad part is I came to leave with a bike today and now I will go elsewhere.

Not satisfied with their customer service. This company doesn t communicate well at all. They never answered they re phone when I called and they have never returned any of my phone messages. I started my purchase back in August of 2022. They received all but $1,600 of my purchase in full. I asked if I could pay the balance when I would pick up my Golf Cart and they never responded. I continually asked every few days if it was ready so that I could make the final payment and pick up the golf cart but they never responded . WellI just picked up the golf cart on Saturday November the 19th. AfterI realized they were not responding because they wanted final payment first. I can t recommend this company. I urge anyone thinking of doing business with this company to read the reviews. I wish I had before I started my purchase. And special note all sales are final even if you never took possession of the purchase.

Worst customer service I've ever had. Paid cash took forever to get my cart then I ended up getting the less expensive one and finally after 3 months for part of my money back. Still owes me more. They are never in the store don't answer phone calls takes forever for any email response I would not recommend them to anyone else. I think they are hiding on someone the way theyLack customer service I rate them minus zero

Absolutely horrible customer service! The price shown online IS NOT the price they charge you, actually was almost 2k more. And trying to get someone on the phone is like pulling teeth, let alone trying to get an email response. My go-kart ran for maybe 2 hours, total, then the engine locked up. After reading the warranty it is clearly covered, but they will not respond to any requests. Resorting to filing a formal complaint with the BBB, Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorney General the first of the year.The owner has now called me a liar, so I tried emailing them again. I have my paperwork and emails and call logs showing where I've tried to contact them. Now I'm upset because I'm no liar. Google reviews are personal experiences, I was honest with my personal experience. And instead of attempting to help me they call me a liar. Nice business ethic.

Yep reviews are accurate ! Horrible experience just asking questions about financing and the young lady struggled to say the least at handling a potential sales call properly ! It probably didn t help her that I started with my bad credit but of course we never made it to the part about the 10k down I have as a result of a case I won! Happy shopping folks

Great experience and customer service. I started my purchase by sending an email to Tina on a day they were supposed to be closed. They responded quickly and happened to have the Go Cart I was looking for in stock. Being 3 hours away, they were accommodating and helpful doing business remotely with DocuSign. The machine was ready as promised when I arrived. They pulled the Go Cart around the building with the lights on and honking the horn which made me even more excited about the purchase. They explained the features and the service requirements then helped me load the Go Cart onto my trailer engaging in pleasant conversation the whole time. They truly seemed to love what they do and it showed.

I have emailed them and also tried calling them but the never answered the phone are the emails I sent I think there is something fishy going on with extrememotor that maybe they are not a legit company. So I will take my business else where.Update I never placed a order I emailed to ask something's about some side by side and that was all I did and when they didn't return the email I try to call and left a message but no one returned my calls extreme motor sales you just lost a big sale .I went to 360powersports and purchased 3 bms breast side by side at just a little over 48 grand .that could have went to extreme motorsports if they would answer the phone are email.

Stay away from this place the owner is a moody old housewife that yells at customers and gets in everybodys face. We went in to look at the showroom floor; there isn't one; instead we had the unpleasant experience of meeting the owner, at least she said she was; WOW what a nightmare! Don't waste you time... Reply to Owner; see what I mean; not only Moody, but in-denial. Stay away from this buisness.

Do not do business !! Along with the other reviews I will start off by saying this is one of the worst family businesses I have ever encountered. This being my first ever review on ANY company I m delighted to share my horrible experience with Heidi. She purposely ignores calls, barely responds to emails, maintains a very poor attitude while on the job. They do an awful job of keeping up with potential sales. To add, you will send a detailed email with all the information you need answered and she replies with 1 to 2 words ? Did she have trouble graduating basic grade school ? they do not have additional bodies to help with call volume so it is close to impossible to get necessary help when needed. When purchasing a product the prices on the website differ from in house prices ? There is no excuse for this awful business and those who operate within, please do not give them any business as you will surely regret it.
