Jose was an Amazing help with replacing my battery today. He was professional, personable and kind. He explained everything that needed to be done and why. He worked diligently and in a very timely manner. I had a problem with a transaction error that was trying to be solved for months, this store was quickly able to resolve the issue in less than 30 minutes. The staff was very helpful and kind, the managers were very understanding. Highly recommend this store.

Shout out to Jose Cotto for his help with my Subaru headlight. He was professional, polite, replaced my light for me and even help me out with some washer fluid. Great customer service. Thank you.

I purchased windshield wipers at the Mount Dora location 3 weeks ago. They were the most horrible wipers I've ever owned. After install I immediately threw out the receipt and the box. I decided to stop at the Apopka AutoZone after listening to these things chatter for 3 weeks. I didn't know how it was going to go with no receipt or proof of purchase. I was pleasantly surprised when he simply took the ones off of my car and replace them with a different brand no questions asked no receipt needed everything is fine now. Excellent service. Hand shake at the end too.

Greg was superb! He was extremely patient and took his time to help explain different products I needed. Ended up purchasing windshield wipers, hubcaps, and some oils. Will definitely return to this location. Thank you!

Helpful staff. Today I went in to have my van looked at as it kept dying. Jose, store manager helped me test the vehicle and got me hooked up with a new battery. He was quick to get his hands dirty and replaced my battery without me lifting a finger and a great model of a servant leader.

I wouldn t give this review one if I could So, we go to this particular AutoZone to simply get a back tail light fixed. We get to the counter and was greeted by Juan, who was Very helpful & professional. We asked if we can purchase the light & also have someone replace it. Juan who was unclear if AutoZone replaces lights (which they do) so he asked Mr. Ian.Here is where we have the problem. Ian decided to tell us as customers that they no longer replace tail lights. So, I asked him why . He tells me, well people who are nice will change them, but people who are Not nice, like me, they won t change them So, I said to him, is this how you treat a paying customer with that nasty attitude . He tells me, if that s how you want to take it Then he just leaves walks right out of the door I told the person that I was with that I WILL NEVER spend another dime at this store. So, just when you think it s over, I leave the store and was told by another customer that Mr. Ian said while he was outside that he can care less bc he s the owner Thank God for the Angel customer, he tells me that he would switch out the light for us at No charge Which he did. He also stated that he was Not impressed by unprofessional Ian . He also by the way did not change a light for this customer If you are reading this DO NOT spend your money here . I have informed ALL of my family members and they ALL said that they will NEVER go there again I will be reporting him to see if he is actually the owner

This is a great AutoZone location. I went to one close to my location and the staff member wasn't very helpful and was not that transparent for service; I could have easily went to a competitor for their service instead. Luckily, I waited and went to this location and I'm glad I did. Ian helped me replace my battery, in addition with giving me some auto tips and told me recommended sales going on with what I was looking for. Even though I had to wait for a bit, I understood that his services were needed with others and he was very apologetic about the wait; there was no need for it. The job got done and he had excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend this auto store in the area over all the others.

Jose was determined to make sure I had the best guest experience possible. Went through almost every phone number in my household to make sure I received the 3 year battery warranty, and was excited to help me in my time of need. Excellent service!! Thank you Jose!!

Just had an awesome experience with Ian. Such a cool guy and unbelievably helpful. I went in for a simple headlight replacement and Ian was kind enough to look up exactly what bulb I needed and he even took the time to install it for me. I had no clue where to even begin and he took all of the guesswork out of it. He even told me about his passion for modding cars and we had a good little chat about that. This is definitely going up be my go-to stop for auto parts from now on and Ian is my #1 auto specialist! So grateful for your help today, Ian!Oh and by the way, this store is so clean and well organized. You can tell these guys take pride in that they do.

Jose and Tom provided excellent customer service. We had bought some windshield wipers from AutoZone a week ago that didn't fit right and they quickly were able to remove them, find replacements, install them, and complete check out in a matter of minutes. Both Jose and Tom made a great impression with their professionalism and customer service. Looking forward to doing more business at our local AutoZone!

This AutoZone has great customer service and it starts from the top. My battery died and I got a jump to get to AutoZone. I ran in to get a battery and went back out to move my car to get it installed. It wouldn't start again so I began to push my car and then Jose C. the store manager saw me and helped push my car to the store front. He installed the battery in no more than 5 minutes. Excellent service directly from the store manager, he didn't tell someone else to do something, but did everything himself. That's a great leader and this is a great store to go to! Can't thank Jose enough.

I bought a new battery online at this location and came to pick it up and get it installed. Should have taken all of 10 minutes. Staff didn t even acknowledge me and the employee whose attention I got was quiet and mumbled and I could barely hear him. Then he said he had to wait for the use of their cart as another employee was using it. So I waited and watched in the parking lot for almost an hour while the other employee worked on what seemed to be his friend s car. They were shooting the breeze and he was taking his sweet time, meanwhile I m baking in the FL sun. I even went inside and asked how long they were going to be, and the guy helping me said Oh probably 10 minutes. An hour later he finally got the cart, used it to bring the battery over to my car and changed it in five minutes. It honestly made no sense and was very unprofessional.

Anthony was so helpful and very nice he greeted me once I came inside the store don't wait no more than 2 seconds and he checked my battery and told me it was time for a new one , he explanied my options . Thank you so much !!! For your help and kindness

Just made my day! I've been having starting issues for weeks on the wife's car. Ian at Autozone quickly did a battery check and determined the battery was shot. Not only did he tell me it was under warranty, but he pulled a new one and even replaced it himself. You gotta love a spot like this. He looked up my information on the computer and I didn't even need a receipt! And that's why I NO LONGER go to Advanced Auto Parts.

I had an issue with my car battery recently and needed to get a new one here after getting a jump. When I arrived I was helped quickly and efficiently. An employee, Jose C., helped me out a ton and actually helped us change the battery right there in the parking lot just to kind! I was good to go in no time flat.

This Auto Zone has the best customer service. My car battery died last night and Jose was able to install a new one within minutes. I was afraid that my car would not start up again and I had to wait to the next day to fix this. Jose was polite, respectful and very helpful.Thank you!

I woke up on a Monday to a bad battery. I arrived before store opening and Jose C immediately started helping me out. He swapped out my battery and had me back on the road in no time. 5 star customer service.

Khamani at store 3666 AutoZone in Apopka is Amazing he was kind respectful and helped me find a new battery for my van and replaced it on the spot. Great customer service goes a long way. Especially today when people act like they don t have time. Khamani is the guy I hope you get to meet
