The owner is amazing and truly cares about his customers. The front desk guy is super knowledgeable and the tech Ruben gets the job done fast! Definitely recommend

My experience is they took advantage of me. Yes they are polite. Yes they are experienced. Yes they work with you. Clients reviews sold me and I believed in this muffler man I went in for one issue with my car. Paid an outrageous amount and finally, came home to two more things appearing to be wrong with my car. I went in again to get it fixed, they charged me a lot,again, then I came home with three more things wrong with my car. ya know! I can t afford $1200 repairs each time or my car mysteriously needing parts. So They basically totaled my car. I had to buy a new car this weekend - game over Muffler man won t be seeing ya anytime soonADVICE: Keep an eye on your car the entire time they are working on it. Do not leave the car s side.

These guys are great! I've been here for routine maintenance, as well as major stuff. Great service, great people, and great prices. Finding a good repair shop with real mechanics is rare these days. I'm grateful to have found these guys.

Dustin and his employees/coworkers are amazing. I had an issue with my vehicle, stressing that it was going to be something major. They had the issue assessed and solved within minutes .MINUTES! I highly recommend them!

Stopped by today to see if they could do some custom exhaust work, not expecting anything more than to book a time later in the week, if they would even take the job, as other shops had passed on it. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they said they could take care of it today, and for a very fair price. Job was done in less than 2 hrs. Customer service is clearly their focus, as it was exemplary! The team at the counter was courteous and professional. I will definitely be back and highly recommend anyone in the area needing automotive work to check these guys out.

They were amazing. So nice and welcoming. Punctual. And knowledge. When they assessed my car, they actually told me that it was one part that was still covered under my manufacturer warranty and suggested I get it done for free from the dealership instead of paying $1200. They didn't even charge me to diagnose it. Definitely going to be back. Very honest and would recommend.

I had my 4x4 fixed twice, once an alignment and recently a heating coil replacement and both times great service and priced reasonably, definitely recommend for your auto care!!!

We have been going to Mufler Man for several years. I can say they are the most honest and trustworthy mechanic shop I have ever had. They do really great work and I have never had a complaint.

I have been coming to this shop for at least 5 years. Drey - proprietor, is one of the nicest guys. He seems to know all his customers like family. I can not call for months and call out of the blue - he knows who I am. They do great work and stand by it 100%. I referred my Dad, son & grandsons have all had work done here. They are honest and not looking to charge you all they possibly can. I bring in some nicer cars, Corvette, Saleen Mustang because I trust them & I don't trust easily.

Once again, another great experience with Dray!! I can t say enough wonderful things about this shop and Dray. I ve been using Muffler Man Apopka for over three years now, not one complaint. This last time he told me up front two weeks out for my work truck to be fixed and low and behold he came thru a day early and exactly on point with his price quote! If you are looking for an honest, stand up mechanic look no further. Had an issue with my car s oil leaking which of course became an issue at 8pm when everything is closed at that point .I was trying to get my issue looked at as early as possible to get to work on time (not be too late) and found this place after googling. I m very glad I came here. Drey was great and had one of the mechanics look at my car. They ve been booked out for almost 2 weeks and still made the effort to take care of me even when I have never been there and I had just walked in. Luckily it was just an easy fix, the previous auto shop had not tighten the oil cap at the bottom of the engine so that s why the oil was leaking. They had to fill it more even with me having filled it the previous night and was only charged for the oil itself. Truly appreciate the great job!

If you're looking for an honest auto repair place take it here. It wasn't my car and they were unable to fix it with what was wrong with the engine. And told me to take it to the dealership. There are recalls on my car related to engine. And under warranty.

I've had a lot of work done on my truck here. Alternator, brakes, alignment, water pump. They do it all. Drey and team are fantastic. I've never been without my vehicle for more than 1 day. Fast and honest people work here. I have used this shop on multiple occasions for various repairs. They are professional, honest and fair. They honor their warranty on their work and get things done in a very timely manner. I have never waited more than a day to get my car back. I found this place because I had a warranty from when I lived on the other coast of Florida. There was two places suggested to me the first one I called and they were not answering. So I called this place they answered.They were very nice, very polite & got me in right away. Fixed the problem that was under warranty. I used them for some other mechanical things. I know enough about cars to know that there were several times they could have easily taken advantage of me, thinking I wouldn't know but they didn't. They have always been good, honest, kind, reasonable priced, quick and have always taken care of me and my vehicle. My only negative thing to say is said I wish they were open on Saturdays. I was just in there Friday, to have an oil change and we discussed the Saturday situation. I fully understand why they close on Saturdays and with my job, I'm able to work enough hours to be able to get off and get to see my mechanic. Brian and Dray are the two brothers that run it and you couldn't ask for better people. I very, very highly recommend them for anything to do with your automobiles. I was in and out of there very quickly on a Monday morning, the service was great and the price was very reasonable.Had to get my muffler re attached, they did the repair very quickly and efficiently.They seemed like great people and I will definitely be going back there in the future.Service: Exhaust

I used this place in the past. Walked in needing an emergency tire repair. I asked if they have time. Girl goes to ask owner and returns with him saying we don t do tires. Hmm. Then why would she go ask? Why does website says tires? Why is there a pic of a tire repair that actually seems close to sidewall, dangerous? And cage in back has old tires in it? If you don t want to do business then at least be honest. Don t waste our time. This world is just full of lazy. And clean up your business appearance. Trash! No worries, at least we all know.

I found this shop looking at google reviews and gave them a try after having several bad experiences in the area. I have now been coming here for a few years and wouldn't go anywhere else. We have several used cars in the family and classic car. Danielle, Dray and their team are fair, honest, knowledgeable and hard working. I've always had the philosophy that if you treat your customers right then your business will grow. From the reviews I've read, the customers I speak with when I'm in the shop and the personal treatment I receive it's without a doubt they have that same philosophy.

Took my 97 dodge van in running bad, they found it was a plugged up cat.got it fixed fast and goes great again, dray was a great person and has great crew working there. They put new catalytic converters on my grandfathers truck, had a bad sulfer smell in 3 days I took truck to them they said nothing was wrong. Engine light came on I took it to 3 shops all said was catalytic converters we're bad. I took the truck and print out back to them. They are man of their word. They looked at the truck they even took one off and moved it back 8 inches. Truck must call for bigger ones because there is clearly an issue. Maybe they use knockoffs or cheepos but my grandfather has passed and we're stuck with good work bad parts.,
