We had several friends that recommended Alternative Transmission to us and we totally agree with their recommendations. We are very happy with the service we received from Ray. Not only did he do repairs at agreed estimate, when he found another issue while working on the car, he repaired at no additional charge. Our car runs great now and we are glad we took our car to them.

Do Not Waste Your Money! We were told 3 days for our transmission. Took 10 days. $6400 later, our truck broke down 3 days later. Had to tow the truck to the dealership and guess what, we need a new transmission. Fuel line was supposed to be fixed to and was not. Fuel leaked completely out of tank all over the road. The service is terrible and not truthful.Services: Transmission replacement, Auto maintenance

Absolutely the worst experience I ever had paid $14,000 for a so-called new motor truck has been in the shop for months. I get it back with so much blow by leaking oil everywhere and all I get told is that normal. Me and a few other guys was this company s science experiment they didn t even know who these motors were coming from total waste of time and money I do not recommend.Service: Engine repair

These guys rock! Being a single mom it stresses me out going alone to get my car fixed. Everyone here made us feel like family. They knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle and fixed it as soon as they could. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Brought my new F-150 to get a leveling kit put on. They got me right in and was done within a couple hours. Awesome staff who handled my truck with care. I have been to other places where they leave grease marks in the vehicle but not the case at Alternative Transmission. Came from Orlando and will return anytime I need work done on my truck.

Went for the first time last week by recommendation and was ripped off. My car would not start, had no power and charging battery did not work. I had it towed to this place and they said they replaced a relay and cable and wanted $80 cash. The car turned on to get me home and as soon as it was turned off same issue. A look under the hood shows no sign of anything new or replaced. While working we discovered a wiggle of the ground wire got power back. So they did not replace this wire and fix problem they lied and probably did the same wiggling we did to "fix" the problem. I had to order new wire and relay (for less than $60) and do ourselves.Honest mechanics are hard to find and you sure wont find one here.

Chris, Tina, and Raymond are dishonest business owners!!! These guys are not professionally trained with current repair data.....!!!! They do the process of illumination.I gave them two Mercedes benz Sprinters to service and a GMC P30 box truck to repair, the commincation was zero! I was over charged and my vehicles still have the same problems!! They can work on old vehicles but you are risking your vehicles performance going there!!! THEY SUCK!!!!

Complete Rip off! DO NOT GO HERE. Towed truck first time there, they fully diagnosed and fixed the issue and literally a day later it broke down, towed it again to them and had the other issue fixed and it broke down AGAIN LITERALLY THE NEXT DAY.

I had a rear main seal leak and Ray was able to take care of it on time. My wife and I loved the dogs as well.
