This is by far the best mechanic garage I ve ever know!!!! The people here are extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I had a coolant leak, they put a new clamp on the hose. Then told me it was free of charge a few days later, it started leaking out of the hose. I dropped it off and they replaced the hose for free as well. No charge. I ve also had a starter replaced there too. I know mechanics get a bad rep. But my experience with them has been nothing but fantastic. I m extremely impressed and grateful for them and their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has car issues. I will always stand by their work.they re A+ in my book.

First time needing a mechanic since moving to Apollo Beach. A neighbor recommended Carriage Works. I took my car in and spoke to Brian. He was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. I'm so glad to have found a helpful and trustworthy place to take my car. Thank you Brian!

I am new to the area. After being pampered with an outstanding mechanic for over a decade from where I moved from, I wasn't sure I would find another trusted mechanic.Carriage Auto Service has been doing an excellent job with my old but reliable car. They take up the repairs that are only necessary and at a reasonable price. No overselling.I look forward to their service for decades to come. Tomy has been my go to person and he's been an excellent liaison.

These guys are the greatest!I needed to go to the hospital to visit a family member, but my tire just started leaking air. I could not get to Tampa without tire going flat. I explained my dire situaton and they patched my tire and got me going in no time!

I have my rear brakes done today and they completed the work in just a few hours. I've had previous work done with Carriage Auto Services and have never been let down. They do excellent work at fair prices.

Having a flat tire that left me on the side of the road, could have ruined my Friday plans. I Googled the closest tire spot- Carriage Auto Service Center was .6 miles away. Never even heard of them, but I needed help fast!! Initially, I was told it might take a few hours. But JT & Brian saw the stress/worry on my face & said they would see what they could do needless to say, I was back on the road less than 20 mins later!!!!I am so incredibly thankful for JT & Brian! Their ability to go above & beyond for customers has JUST gained a new one!! I will definitely be back again for planned service/maintenance! THANK YOU!!

There is some new kid TJ i think, that keeps over pricing he is not a great salesman. The only reason i keep coming is because Brian and Tommy are great and very helpful, but i would rather keep my money then ever coming back here.

These guys are the best and Brian at the front desk is great! I ve been coming here for about 15 years and they are always honest and transparent and if something is still acting up they fix it. I highly recommend!

I ve been trying to find a decent repair shop for the minor and sometimes major issues with my car, I came across this place.Brayan, helped me and got my car running right. He went over everything that needed to be done and ensured I was satisfied with the results once it was completed. Fair priced and excellent service. Ask for Brayan when you go there, he ll take great care of you & your car!!

My daughter's car wasn't running right so I found this shop close by & called them. I explained the problem & they said to drop it off,they would work it in despite not having an appointment. Not only was the car fixed the same day but 2 issues were fixed properly! I highly recommend coming here. They treated us right with same day service & no appointment. Very affordable as well. Thank you so much for making new customers out of us!

Carriage mechanics are very good at what they do.they took care of my car very well.fixed my problems.i suggest if you need your car checked n fixed go to Carriage.Customer service was excellent

Best place in town. Tommy always takes care of us and outside of them getting super busy lately, they are always prompt. Prices are competitive and we have never felt like we were getting ripped off or needed 2nd opinions. We've even had our cars repaired other places (out of town) and called over to Carriage for an opinion. We've never been steered wrong.

This place has been my go to for a while. They are very honest and do not try to price gouge you. Tommy is extremely helpful and they are usually pretty quick to get the work done, even with how busy they are.

My husband brought his 05 Hyundai Sonata in because it was running hot and then ended up not starting. We thought the head gaskets blew and was expecting to pay quite a bit. I brought my car to them with electrical issues. They said it was pointing toward my alarm system. They didn't even charge me for their time. I had my car taken to an alarm shop. Just based on that, they get a 5 stars in my book. The staff was friendly too.

My husband, Kurt, just had a tire replaced at Carriage Auto and he could not be happier. It cost exactly what they estimated (which was a reasonable price), they did the job quickly and Tommy was very helpful throughout the process.

They refused my money on 2 occasions. Once they didn t want to assemble my struts stating they were not OEM and second they refused to align my vehicle because I have cambolts and they don t know how to do that. I had no problem finding another shop who happily took my money

I m not from the area so a did a google search and found this place. These guys are fast, honest and reliable. While visiting from up north I had a flat tire. I called and they said they were slammed and it would take at least 2hr to fix. I left the tire and received a call in 20 min saying the tire was ready. I went back to get the tire and they asked if I wanted it installed .... since the place was still rather busy I thought it was going to take a while ... so I brought a book. They slid me in and I was out the door in less than 30 min. Everyone I spoke to was so pleasant and helpful ... and obviously hard working, organized, and very, very capable.... also the cost was less than half of what it would have cost at the place I go to up north.... I was so impressed that I'm trying to think of other things that I can have them take care of while I'm in the area...Service: Tires
