Bill, Patrick, Mike, and the whole team truly define EXCELLENCE.The best word to describe our experience there is "AMAZING"!As newcomers to the area, we were in the market for a golf cart. The guys at Gulf Coast Custom Carts are top notch - I highly recommend stopping by and talking with them if you are in the market for a golf cart. They really know their stuff and will take the time to listen to your needs. They stand behind their carts and even offer a service department if you ever need it. Don't waste your time shopping around just stop in and see them.

It s always a pleasure dealing with people who are dedicated to making sure they give you their best every time they see you. These guys would rather satisfy an existing customer than make three new ones. I ll continue to send my friends their way, and I d never even consider buying a cart from anyone else. I have had my old golf cart serviced here several times with excellent results. We decided to buy a new lithium battery golf cart from Gulf Coast Custom Carts. It was a great buying experience. When the cart was delivered, my wife noticed a fewvery small cosmetic flaws in the factory cushions. We contacted Bill and within a few hours one of his employees was at our door to install two new cushions. Bill promises customer service for anything they do-- and it is not just a motto like so many businesses. They ensure customer satisfaction. It's the reason we bought our new golf cart at Gulf Coast Custom Carts.

We love our new golf cart and cannot say enough great things about Bill and our experience! We visited the shop a couple months ago when we were down looking to buy property on nearby SGI. Bill patiently showed us all the options and answered all of our questions (this is our first golf cart).Over the next few weeks, as we waited to close on our property, Bill was quick to respond with any additional questions we had as we came to a decision on which cart to purchase. We closed on our house Tuesday afternoon and Bill was kind enough to deliver the cart to us the next day and made sure we were all set before heading back to his shop.We are very grateful to Bill for helping us through the buying experience and are now the proud owners of a beautiful and fun blue golf cart!

This is the 2nd time in 6 months I've contacted Custom Carts for repairs on my older golf cart. I can't say enough good things about my experiences. Both times they repaired the cart very quickly (even on the weekend) and the price they charged was extremely reasonable. You can tell they are reputable and fair and not just out to gouge their customers. I'm really impressed with their efficiency, quality of work, and how they treat their customers. I will contact again if/when needed for repairs or purchases and highly recommend to others.

Without a doubt the BEST place to purchase and maintain a golf cart. They have worked with me now twice over the last few months on custom things, one which had to be formed and created, for my cart. They listen to you and find answers, however I don't think they know the words no or can't. Unless unsafe.In a time where customer service is rare, these guys only know good customer service with a smile. Thank-you againJim Sherry

After our personal golf cart broke down last night, we called this morning begging for help. They said they were 3 weeks behind on repairs but to bring it over and they would do their best if it was simple. It wasn t but they still had it fixed in an hour. We couldn t be more grateful for them.

Very smooth process! Our golf cart was waiting for us upon arrival and contactless pickup when we left. We will definitely be renting again next time we are in Apalach, hopefully soon!

Best customer service ever! Patrick, Bill and Gregory were all phenomenal to work with! Highly recommend!!We were able to get a golfcart converted to a LSV (low speed vehicle) with a license plate, so it is safe and can legally be driven on a road with a speed limit of 35 mph or less. We are so grateful for all their help!

The guys here are super helpful and knowledgeable. They got my cart fixed before estimated and did a quality job. No other place in the area would even put me on a waiting list or let me to bring in the cart until it was repaired. No upselling anything and it was apparent they want returning customers. Highly recommend.
