Billy gave the best customer service I have ever had at any auto parts store in my life (and I m 62). He was friendly, professional and helpful. They had the parts I needed for my 2003 truck in stock. Highest possible praise and recommendation is what I give.

Came to the Island for a vacation. Car's check engine light came on. One auto place across the bridge wanted to charge over $50 just to run the disgnostic reader. Another said we'd need to make an appointment for 6 hours later.Went to this Carquest location in Apalachicola and the gentleman gladly put us in touch with a top notch local mechanic who had us fixed and on our way within an hour!

I went there to look for a part for the car and the truth is I should change employees, he didn't help me, nor did he look for the part I was looking for, I asked him and he sent me to the car company, it's a part that they sell anywhere, thanks to them good employees elsewhere I already have the part I needFui ah buscar una pieza del carro y pues la verdad deber�a de cambiar de empleados, no me atendi�, ni busco la pieza que estaba buscando, le pregunte y me mand� ala compa��a del carro ,es una pieza que cualquier parte lo venden ,gracias alos buenos empleados en otros lados ya tengo la pieza que necesito
