I had the pleasure of staying at the Apalachicola Bay Inn motel few times, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly made me feel at home.The location of this motel is a hidden gem. Nestled by the beautiful Apalachicola Bay, the views are simply breathtaking. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the bay an experience that will stay with me forever.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in tip-top shape. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the charming town of Apalachicola.Speaking of the town, this motel is conveniently located close to all the attractions and restaurants. Whether you're in the mood for fresh seafood or want to explore the local shops, everything is just a short drive away. Recommended!

Quaint spot the area is nice the room was clean well kept quiet. Amenities are scarce but if your looking to travel this way it is a great value and the clerk even called to check on me since they knew I was traveling alone.Rooms: Very clean smelled greatSafety: I felt very safe in this spot

Super clean. Handicap room was well laid out with a walk-in shower. Location was right on the edge of town. I recommend it.

Very clean and the manager is super nice and very accommodating. Coffee and hot tea are available in the lobby. Convenience store located across the street.Rooms: Very clean not glamorous but nice.

I stayed at this hotel for a 5-day conference. The room was very clean, with an excellent refrigerator, very comfortable bed and spacious desk area. The staff were friendly, responsive, helpful and most accommodating. I would be very happy to stay there again.Nearby activities: Very cute photogenic town. Other sites nearby.

Very clean property. Good management and ownership.This is about the ONLY place in the area where we could find acceptable accommodations, at a reasonable price. What I did NOT appreciate was the gamesmanship and flatly being misled and manipulated by the Chamber of Commerce on multiple phone calls to them requesting hotel and motel lodging information. Clearly there are political games and favoritism going on within the Apalachicola C.O.C. which is immature and in my opinion, highly improper.

Very simple, no-frills motel. Not bad, but overpriced for what it is - over $100/night despite more than half the rooms being unoccupied.Pros: Room seemed clean. Bed was fine. Even without using heat the room stayed a comfortable temperature overnight despite the outside temperature dropping to 40 degrees.Cons: Toilet seat seemed smaller than normal. Parking lot is fairly well lit, but neither entrance off the main road are well lit so I found it difficult to tell where to turn in.

Pros: cold A/C, fridge, microwave, nice gentleman at check inCons: Bed was uncomfortable although my kids didn't have any issue my back hurt bad and it's really secluded (which if you want that its perfect). It made us a little nervous since it was just me and my kids. It is definitely older and in need of a face lift. Would recommend staying on St. George Island instead.

Not the best hotel but by far not the worst. I just feel the price for all the hotels in the area is to high. Service was friendly. We arrived after the hotel closed, we did not know that there desk is not 24 hour. They tried to call us earlier that day but we had no cell service. Thankfully they apparently were keeping an eye out as soon as we parked the lights came on and they let us in and we were able to get our room.

This is a basic old style motel that had been updated but could use a better cleaning service. Floors were dirty and surfaces were dusty. I should note it is off season so the room may not have been used for a while. Friendly staff, parking at door available and close to town. The price is considerably lower than others and is comfortable enough for the price.

This place looked not so great on the outside, however the rooms were very good. Comfortable beds. The upstairs apparently had children who sounded like a herd of Buffalo. Called the front desk, we were moved to a suite the next night. AWESOME costumer service.

Exceeded our expectations! A wonderfully well run hotel where management meets all their guests needs. Welcoming clean, comfortable beds, bar sized refrigerators, microwaves, coffee maker, hairdryers, toiletries, 2 easy chairs with table, full sized desk, large flat screened TV, ice maker, pool, attentive staff, close to quaint downtown and restaurants. We noticed that the Inn was very popular and fully filled when we were there. A very fair price for the quality! Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with this motel! Mr Patel, the owner was awesome and has a great sense of humor! The rooms were immaculate! There is a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in the room which was very convenient! The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well! We will definitely be back!

You can tell they have done a bunch of work to improve the place. Nice clean, quiet room. Comfortable bed and hot showers. We liked it so much we came back and stayed a week later. Nice people! We will be back!

Clean room, comfortable bed, pleasant staff. The only thing I was not crazy about was the soap was very drying and the shampoo/conditioner in one made my hair feel really course. I usually bring my own but found myself short last night.They do have an outside pool but I was too late getting in to take advantage of it. Also, they do have coffee on in the am but NO food other than vending machines.

This motel deserves a higher rating than what is shown online. It is very clean and quiet. Not fancy but has nice amenities like a nice spacious vanity and fresh clean bedding and a clean bathroom. The doors are secure with electronic entry. The employees are friendly and helpful. It is WAY nicer than the disgusting, filthy Saint George Inn on Saint George island, for a fraction of the cost!

Needs some updating, and maintenance. Room kinda smelt like a smoking room, at least at one time or another.Was only staying one night, to pick up boat the next day.

Stayed just overnight but the rooms were clean and well kept and have fair pricing.2 beds in each room, mini fridge, mini coffee pot, basic tv channels, and free wifi. Although we didn t use the pool, it was clean, only downfall was it s very sunny with no shade.Would stay again!
