I went to Wox Auto Collision to get an estimate and see how long it would take to do repairs on my Ford Suv's dented and scratched passenger door and driver's front bumper. First of all, meeting Ms Barbara was an amazing experience. She is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She sets you at ease and keeps you informed throughout your car's entire process. The owner, Javier is an amazing, knowledgeable person with a great personality.He listens and explains everything to you. He also has a staff of great, smart, talented people. I was quite impressed, my Suv looked brand new and the inside looked and smelled new as well. I would definitely, without a doubt, highly recommend Wox Auto Collision to everyone who owns a car/vehicle. They care, you feel it and it shows. I will definitely go by on occasion, to say hello to Ms Barbara and Javier. Appreciate you both. Great Job! Thank you.

These guys did a great job. The turnaround was very fast and the work was done to perfection. I highly recommend wox collision to anyone who wants good quality work done . My car looks brand new again & I can t even tell it was in a accident they matched the paint to perfection and the secretary Barbara is very attentive and professional

Wox Collision was amazing! Had my truck taken in after being damaged and not drivable to getting it back and running again. Living an hour away or so from the location. I was able to stay updated on everything because of their great communicates and support. Always made me feeling like everything would okay and it was! Evening after I got the truck back the checked up. Special thank you to Barbara for making everything happen! I definitely recommend this place.

Took my car here to repair a dented hood and busted headlight. Remarkably good service. They got to the repairs fast, and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Was very impressed!

Since the first time I called until I picked up my vehicle, best customer service ever! Barbara was just absolutely amazing and I may say hi to her once in a while because she's just that friendly! Barbara is amazing her personality is so great a whole time they kept me what s going on they kept me in the loop. One thing about it where the mouth goes along way so I give them a five star very prompt very accurate. Price was perfect again a perfect place to take your car to get fixed. The work performed on my vehicle was above expectations. They took the time to make it like new. I had multiple areas of damage to my bumper and panels. I am thankful of their work and reasonable prices. The customer service provided by Mrs. Barbara kept me updated through the entire process. Wox Collision was a great experience all around there staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There quote was honest and much lower than other near by body shops. We agreed to have the work done and they scheduled me very quick. The work performed was excellent! Would refer 10/10.

I went here after I got into a fender bender with my friends Acura and needed to replace the grill. Little did I know, Acura parts are really expensive.The team at the shop gave me recommendations for buying alternative parts and they just installed them for me. They literally saved me $600+.Nice guys who does quick repair and operates with lots of integrity.

I honestly can not say enough great things about this company! Family owned and operated, and they really do treat everyone like they are family. Over the course of 10 years, Altamonte Auto Body has worked on 3 of my vehicles, and every time I have been more than pleased with their work. My car is returned to me looking good as new, with a fresh wash and vacuum! They are very professional and keep in constant communication with you every step of the way. I have also recommended several friends and colleagues to them and they have all had positive experiences as well. Hands down, the best body shop to work with in the Central Florida area. I highly recommend them!

Had my work van get into an accident and I was informed about altamonte auto body from my insurance company. Thank God they did. Anthony and his team were incredible from the start to the finish of getting my van up and ready to work again. Anthony kept me informed about the whole process and if I have any other issues with any of my vehicles I will definitely go back to them.. Thank again altamonte auto body...

My car has been taken to Altamonte Auto Body several times. From start to finish service was the best!! They walked me through every step and explained everything to me. They even got me in a rental car while my car was being fixed. When I got my car back it was in better condtion then before the accident. If your looking for a great honest shop you have found it. I would recommend them to anyone and have done so

Fixed the car up just like they said they would and had it ready when they said they would. When I found the incident that brought the car into the shop for the first time had also affected another part of the car, they told me to bring it back in the following morning. They fixed the problem quickly and had me on my way, no charge. Thanks guys!

Worst service I have ever received. My car was not put together correctly and I had to take it back several times. They never made it right. They didn't even bother to clean the car before giving it back to me. Dirt all over the floor from their filthy feet, some kind of compound all over my convertible top and inside the car. Just bad all around.
