My daughter s car was in an accident and we thought the car might be totaled or at least never the same again. Wekiva Auto body did an amazing job repairing the car. It looks brand new. Drives smooth with no rattles or shimmies. Paint is great and there s no difference between the original and repainted panels. The office is friendly and kept us informed with updates. If I could give 10 stars I would!! Julie went above and beyond updating me throughout the process while my car was getting repaired. My car is in absolute incredible condition and I could not be more pleased with my car and its repairs. Did an amazing job and would absolutely recommend this auto shop to everyone. Thank you Wekiva Auto Body for taking such great care of my car!

From start to finish, they were easy to work with and got my car done in a timely manor. They emailed me updates throughout the process, set up my rental car and did an impeccable job on my repair. Julie, was an absolute delight, organized and so helpful. I will definitely use this shop for any future repairs!

I picked my car up today from Wekiva Auto Body and I couldn t be any happier. Julie, one of the owners, is very personable and professional. She kept me apprised of the work that was being done while the car was there.The damage done to the right side of my car was beautifully repaired. Before I left, Julie even reminded me to get gas (the tank was on empty.) and also to have the tire sensors replaced. She was also kind enough to help me get all of my personal things out of my rental car and this was during a heavy rain storm. I have had several dealings with W/Auto Body - unfortunately!! I have never been anything but very pleased with their work, their courtesy and their efforts to do the best possible job they can do. I have also recommended them to other folks who - like me - walked away very satisfied.As a car buff, I am pretty particular with the body/paint work. You won't see residual "waves" or "sanding marks" in the results you receive from these folks. Here, you actually get more than you pay for. Great people!!!

My vehicle was in a very bad car wreck and the insurance listed this shop as a preferred dealer. I have a Lincoln mkx SUV. The shop had my car for 76 days without any updates to me on the progress, etc. Thus i was paying out of pocket for a rental. I finally get my car back and the brakes are squeaking and sounding as if they are about to come off the axel and a piece on the bottom of the truck that I didnt even know exists and this is my second ownership of the lincoln mkx brand, came off while I was driving. Therefore I have no trust or faith in this shop as they stated they test drove the truck and they couldn't have for them not to have heard the squeaking and rattling brakes nor could they have given it a thorough inspection for a piece that is bolted down to come off so easily. #Poorqualityofwork #noapologies #noservicerecovery #apatheticServices: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes

Dropped car in for repair today. Lady Julie very nice english woman.Very helpful friendly.Seemed knowledgeable about the repair business and insurance procedures. Looking forward said car should be ready in a couple days!

What a nightmare! They "fixed" our back panel, but as soon it rained, water poured into the trunk. We brought it back, but they refused to pay for a rental.After a couple days, it rained and it was still dripping water into the trunk. We bring it back, again, and that when they figured out it was the glass gasket where it was leaking from.Then they replaced the gasket, and a couple of weeks later, BOOM!, the glass exploded, but they don't want to pay for it. They said, "it happens". SERIOUSLY?! The glass they just repaired a couple weeks ago explodes and all you got is "it happens"?! WTF!!!

I have had my car repaired here twice, First in April of 2019 when a driver rear ended my red mercedes C250 causing to be pushed into the back of another car two days after purchasing it. It took this body shop 12 days IN TOTAL to complete all work with OEM Parts. In April of this year I had a hit and run done on this same vehicle in which due to the car requiring a supplement in additon to the initial estimate for repair from the insurance company and litterrally 4 other shops would not due the work this shop did. I had the car back in 6 business days with OEM replacment bumper done. EXACT MATCH PAINT They even gave me a little touch up paint for white spots on my hood I highly recommend them

Their customer service has really come down, twice I have tried to give them my business and the lady in the front office has basically told me they don t have time for my business.6 years ago they worked on my car, service and customer was really good then, but I guess they re so popular now now that they can enjoy to turn business away, good for them but not good for me.

Is there anything lower than one star? Paint repair for an accident to my daughter's car within two years had peeled off and their response; "Tree sap" caused the peeling, but the car had been in Texas in open parking since the repair. I wouldn't trust their paint on anything.

Car was towed here after being totaled. Was able to get in and out quickly to clean out vehicle. Battery went dead while here and they jumped it so I could be on my way. Great service.

I had to have a front-end panel, bumper, grill and fog-light replacement done due to an accident. They were friendly, fast and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

Friendly and repairs were done very well.***pending is update on the Addess, at time of this post the Google address includes this error "Maybar Management / Buffalo Wild Wings" it will take you to a very wrong location unless you delete the above, in its address. A suggestion to edit has been submitted to correct, this error.

Just a heads up, you DO need an appointment for estimates despite that their website encourages walk-ins...I was turned away.

This guy is so rude and unprofessional, he made an appointment on Monday to bring the car on Friday, then on Friday he told me I am wasting his time if am not going thru insurance and want to pay cash, this guy has a super rude attitude with phony English accent, Shame on you for wasting my time, piece of S***t
