Fast and efficient service. Came in for a full synthetic oil change and they verified the oil stick was nice and clean after service was done. I even asked if they had any tire air caps lying around since I was missing one and they took the time to look around and were able to find one for me.

Very fast and knowledgeable. But most of all, they treated my vehicle as if it were their own. Together with the professionalismand teamwork on display, I can say ,I was impressed. I will definitely be returning for my future vehicle match needs.

My oil change was a quick & smooth service. As a female with little car knowledge oil changes are super intimidating.. Thomas was super informative and very nice!! I appreciate the education given of the services my vehicle needs and the reasons why! Great service!! :)

The service team, led by Anthony, delivered exceptional customer service. It was my first time at a Valvoline location, and I must say that this particular location set a great example. The team demonstrated excellent communication, maintained a peaceful environment, and provided a clear explanation of their procedure. Anthony made the explanations clear even for those who don't have a clear understanding of vehicles. I waited maybe 15 minutes or less and remained in my car during the vehicle check, and compared to the other franchises nearby, I received a better offer. I definitely recommend it.Also, thank you, Jaz.

I wish i didnt have to click any stars...Zero out of 5 stars DO NOT RECOMMENDnow before I go into detail let me explain that I do not like taking my car to random places because that's how things go wrong at times...I figure this place is right up the street from me and I never had any issues when I did go except when they check my tire pressure they usually leave my tires low and my tire pressure sensor comes on then i have to go to a gas station to refill my tires, it's a bit annoying honestly. Anyway 2 oil changes back I was there and the guy did my tire pressure check upon driving on I4 my car was bouncing a bit rough so I pulled over because I then noticed the tire pressure sensor was on. I go to check, my entire tire was completely flat. I was driving on my rim...the entire stem was missing from my tire. I had to pay $200 to have my tire replaced. That should have been the final straw but I still gave these guys the benefit of the doubt...my last and final straw was my most recent oil change...I never had any issues with oil leakage...but this last oil change, changed that. The guy showed me the bolt that plugs into the oil pan. He said he wasn't sure why the seal had oil on it...he THEN GOES TO say it was probably because the pan was old and rusted with time. I thought "ok no big deal"...until the next morning I go out into my driveway which was freshly painted covered in oil from my car. So I reached out to corporate and they sent me back to the same volvaline to have the same people check my car to then tell me nothing was wrong with it and that those things just happen with time. I took my car to the mechanic to have it fixed the guy said he been working on cars for 25 years and judging by the looks of it they had a rookie work on my car who doesn't know how take their time and forced the plug in with the drill...that's when he showed me that the pan is aluminum and there no way it could rust. These things don't just happen unless you are reckless with your tools...so that cost me $700 to fix. Volvaline won't take the blame for it...and that's pretty messed up. Lesson learned I will never bring my car there again. If you want to keep your car from running into issues stay away from these guys they will mess your car up

Brought my vehicle to Valvoline yesterday and it was a great experience. Big thanks to Nick, Harper and Dieucix for helping get my oil change and tire rotation done as effortlessly as they did. Five star experience in my book. Customer moving forward.

Ok so here we go, got an oil change on the 24 October, which was fine, well I thought was. So next morning, head to work and find out there's a leak, wasn't sure what it was, so head back to place after work. They look at it from underneath and one tells me that they had overlfilled the overflow coolant bottle, well actually they have cracked the bottle, how I have no idea, but it was fine before going there. The fella in charge was nice about it and said he would put in a liability claim, ok thanks and he says that the manager would call me by Friday, well no phone call, so I head back to meet said manager, his name being Nicholas, says he knows nothing, pulls my jeep and take pictures of from underneath.Says he will pass it on to his superiors, either he will call or his manager will.Well I have heard nothing since, which is so unprofessional.Hopefully this spurs them into some type of action, but who knows

They broke my car, I had to get it towed to another repair shop. $2,000+ in repairs, towing and other fees later they won t pay the claim. It worked when it went in and I had to get it towed out!Looking into legal action.In addition service annoyed and rude at me getting my oil changed for the first time there. Wish I had gone with my gut and told them never mind.

Nick provided a unwelcoming experience to the point of us leaving. He has a bad attitude and speaking a demeaning manner. He deserves 0 stars. When asked if he was ok he admitted to giving an attitude because he couldn t hear my response. I respect people with disabilities but if you are hard of hearing maybe you shouldn t be in a field when you have to deal with speaking to patrons

First time at a Valvoline, so I was a bit weary of just pulling up without an appointment. Once I was directed into a bay, I was assisted by a very nice gentleman Thomas as well as a female tech Madyson. Both we very kind, informative and showed me as they were working (for example how awful my old filter looked compared to the new one they were placing.) my only complaint is the advertise the ability to sit in your cars AC while they work, but my car was off and window was open so I m thankful it wasn t a hot morning! All in all, I got my oil changed, filters and wipers replaced as well as a tire rotation and it took them about an hour!

Fast service, friendly techs, and very clean location...had oil change, cabin filter replacement ( extremely dirty) , and air tire pressures set correctly - all done in short time.....thank you guys !!

First time here. I was able to stay in my car. Everyone was polite, friendly & competent. Recommended things that were due for replacement like wiper blades & filters. Went in for an oil change, everything was fine. There were about 4 guys standing around me car looking under the hood. A week later my car doesn't start because of corrosion on the battery. Sooo 4 guys didn't notice the corrosion on the battery? Thanks for the heads up guys

The team here was very professional and did a great job! I really appreciated that they weren t pushy when offering additional services beyond what I was here. Used a Groupon deal for $30 conventional oil change plus 25% off everything else

I have gotten my oil changed here several times over the past year and a half, and it's always a great experience. All of the employees are kind, knowledgeable, and honest. I never feel pressured or scammed the way I do at other places (like the dealership!), and the guys are always so pleasant and chatty while I'm waiting. At this point, I look forward to my oil change and don't stress about it the way I used to! The prices are a bit higher, but I think it's definitely worth the convenience and ease of the process. Overall I would highly recommend this Valvoline location for basic car maintenance!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Have been to this place a few different times every time I go there they are very helpful not your typical jiffy lube kind of place. They get the job done and they get a job done quick friendly and they don't pressure you into buying anything if you don't want it. Today's experiences was great I have my rear differential fluid change and very happy with the service from all the technicians especially though Owen and his crew. First time using Valvoline Instant Oil Change and I was pleasantly surprised. I have always gone to Tire Kingdom or Firestone since I got my first car. Needed an oil change but I don't have much time on the weekdays due to work and the weekends are always crazy busy.I pulled straight up to the bay and they guided me in. Immediately two techs were working on my car doing a full point inspection. Friendly service throughout from them.Jesus took care of me and guided me through what options I had and what they recommended. All total, I was in and out in not even 15 minutes versus waiting over an hour at the aforementioned locations WITH an appointment.I will definitely be bringing my car around here for oil changes and other related services. Great job, team!

GO HERE! Go here if you want excellent service and a crew that takes pride in their work. I was a customer on Saturday 4/16. I came in for an oil change and radiator flush on a car we had just picked up at auction. The manager, Jesus, was courteous and informative. Jesus ensured the work was done to his high standards as I was driving the vehicle 500 miles that day. Very impressive all around - definitely recommend!!!Service: Oil change

I just cannot understand why this place is so expensive than every other places in Orlando. They charged me 48 dollars for a basic oil change, that is so insane. Those people are so racist at the same time. Very bad experience I don't recommend nobody to go there

Fantastic service at this Valvoline. I come in around 645 and they closed at 7 so I was happy that they even accommodated me. They were super fast friendly and had me in and out in like 10mims flat. $52 for a conventional oil change. Not too bad.

Ray, the manager, was the person who assisted us. He's the reason for the review. He was so helpful, friendly, and took time to dedicate to working with us.Other than that, the prices are much higher than competitors, even with a coupon.**Update-All of the old staff are gone and on my last oil change they used a zip tie to put my undercarriage area (that covers everything) back together. My car came apart on I-4 & it was a near disaster as one can imagine. Went back and NO ONE would help me. I called my bank, and helped myself to the refund I was denied at the shop. Never again!
