DAVE and staff were the absolute best! I was in and out with my oil change and my cabin filter change in less than 10 minutes. Dave was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be coming back for my free top off and tire pressure check! Best quick oil change in town 10/10

Always a pleasure going here. Love their service that includes, oil and filter change, fluids being topped off, filling tires with air, and giving you a pretty detailed overview of other possibilities you can touch up on for your vehicle. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Can t forget the bottles water or capri suns they give out for you and children before hand.

What an amazing experience!! The customer service and car care was unlike any other place I ve ever been to. I had the pleasure of meeting Darin, the manager, and he took exceptional care of my vehicle and ensured I was in and out in a flash. Paid a great and fair price for an oil change and air filter and will absolutely be returning for my next oil change. Darin showcases the epitome of excellent guest service. Just a truly kind, good man. This is the place to go if you need an oil change

Took my skid plate off my Honda Accord and never put it back on. Caused my head gasket & oil pan to leak badly. Had to end up trading then buying a brand new 2023 Chevy Colorado Z71 truck. I do not recommend this place. I never had any issues with my Honda until I started going to Take 5. Don t go here. Very inexperienced mechanics

Was second in line in bay one on my visit, the vehicle in front of me had been there for a while.Eventually it was my turn. The techs did their thing. The atmosphere was one of, "I'm doing my job". They handed me a list of what was serviced on my vehicle. I was under the impression my fluids would be checked and topped off as necessary. The service check list showed, power steering fluid, N/A, Transmission fluid N/A, tires F36/R36.. not sure why the fluids were not applicable. ???I do have power steering and an automatic transmission. Also, I knew the tires had not been checked, (since you stay in your car),so I asked the tech to check and they did so at that time.Thank goodness I knew I would pay for the synthetic and European oil change. The tech never really gave me a choice or options. Ok, the price was competitive, and I could deal with that, plus I had a coupon they will send you upon request. Gotta do what you gotta do.Just be aware, this is not a five minute or super quick experience. I knew that going in. My total time in wait mode and being serviced was about 45 minutes. Also, a side note, they gave me a window sticker for a service oil change in roughly 3000, miles. Uh, that equates to about 4 per year for the average driver. I am pretty sure the top level European synthetic oil they installed is better than 3000 miles. Otherwise, if they supply superior products, why would they sell such a short mileage oil at a premium price?Bottom line... It's an oil change. Not too quick, not too shabby. Just hold the techs to their jobs, and don't expect any smiles or to be out quickly. They do offer you a bottle of water though for your wait.

I have had my oil changed times at several Take 5 locations and have never had a issue, until this last visit on 4/12/24 in Altamonte Springs FL. As I started driving away, I heard a dragging noise under the car. They forgot to secure the skid plate in place. So I had to return and wait in line again for them to finish with cars already in the bays. Then a service tech had me pull the car in. I had only been gone 10 minutes. They didn't even remember servicing my car until I showed them the receipt. The tech finished and waved me out. (he wasn't the tech that did the oil change earlier, he just completed what someone else didn't)There was no sorry or anything for there mistake.I will jot return to the Altamonte location again!

The staff at Take 5 Oil change was extremely helpful. They were able to get me in and out for an oil change before a trip even though we pulled up right as they were about to close. So grateful for them and will absolutely be back! Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Called first to see how busy they were and get price. Was given a price range estimate and told they only had 2 cars in the bays at moment.I raced over and was able to get in a bay in a few minutes. A female attendant - Rachel - helped me.First, I was offered a water, and in-car checked my email. Before I knew it, she asked me for existing mileage and put a new oil change sticker on the windshield. She also asked me for coupons and applied all relevant discounts to give me the lowest price! Thanks to Rachel's customer service, I got a high quality as-fast-as-possible (it was more than 5 min, but FAST) oil change and paid about 25% less than I would of elsewhere! Thanks!

I ve used this Take5 location for the last several years. They ve always gone above and beyond and explained everything to me. If I decline an extra service they accept it and move on and I don t feel any pressure to get extras like I have at other places. The staff here is phenomenal! Rachel is the happiest auto tech you will ever encounter!

I needed to have an oil changed completed for my mom, as I was driving her car. I pulled into the location, to discuss getting an oil change. The person who was assisting asked a few questions regarding the car and the type of oil. I advised, per my mother, (because it s her car) that the car takes standard oil. He replied, she a lie. I ve never been so caught off guard before. The interaction only continued to get worse, as other workers were discussing movies, music, all while using profanity. I don t mind the cost, as not getting out of your car and the time it takes, is a luxury but the customer service was awful. If I have to go out of my way, to go elsewhere I ll do just that.

The mechanics were kind, professional, and did a great job of inspecting my vehicle while completing my oil change. They filled my tires with air, topped off my coolant and windshield fluid, and even tried to do a quick fix of my heat shield when I mentioned the sound it was making in passing. They were not able to fix the loose heat shield as they are not equipped to do something like that, but the time and care they took to try and resolve the problem without being told to do so was very considerate and kind. I highly recommend this location as I have only had positive experiences when coming to get a quick oil change.

I ve never had a bad experience at a Take 5 location. This was my first time at this location, and it was no exception. I haven t had my oil changed anywhere else in years.Professional, fast, friendly, and easy. I wish I remembered the name of the guys who were there so I could compliment them by name, but unfortunately I don t. I visited around 7pm on 1/11 though so shoutout to whoever was on at that time. The guy I talked to at the little car-side kiosk even went out of his way to give me information about how to get my windshield replaced through my insurance since he could see it was cracked, and offered to replace the windshield wipers as they were damaged. I appreciate that the technicians are knowledgeable and willing to help. The whole visit took less than 15 minutes, and I like that I didn t even have to get out of my car. I appreciate that they also checked my fluids and tire pressure and that I can return at any time before my next change to get them topped off.

I appreciate an honest mechanic. I took my daughter's car in for an oil change atTake 5 Oil Change. After the mechanic went under the hood & came back up to let me know the skid plate was not able to be removed. It was a brand new Honda ( 2 yrs old) The last time her car was serviced was at Honda. It was the last time on her warranty for free oil changes. ..I want to thank the mechanics atTAKE 5 OIL CHANGEfor not charging me for the bolts they replaced trying to remove the skin plate.

The service was way more the 5 minutes. Normally great service. No one came up to me and said running a little behind and then when I pulled into the bay it was around 10 minutes before someone came up to my car. No excitement to be working there.

The oil change was quick. But I think I will stop going to take 5. I spend more then my usual place but I appreciated them topping off my fuels, checking tires etc. They didn't do that even when I asked them to it least check my tires. I rather spend less if im getting less.

This was an excellent experience. We had a family emergency cone up that required a significant & unexpected drive. I stopped in at opening with no appointment but they were able to take care of my request to change the oil, check all fluids, replace windshield wipes & all filters. They were polite, professional & fast. Even waiting my turn in line, I was done in under an hour.

Even before I had stopped before I pulled up, a staff member walked towards me with the bottle of water. This staff was incredibly polite, courteous, professional and engaging. This is the only place I go and I go for those reasons. The manager always seems to be looking out for his customers

Darin Friend was fantastic and super helpful with my car s oil change and fluid changes. He even was kind enough to give me coupons to use for my visit. Take 5 makes oil changes and car maintenance easy and I feel like I can trust them to not oversell me on things. Thanks guys!

I only gave four stars because the person who filled up my tires missed the front driver and the pressure doesn t match on my display and it drives me crazy. Other than that it was a fast service and nice staff.

Got a simple oil change for $90+. They never told me a part was damaged under the car until the end of the service. They said they can't put it back on and they could throw it away or give it back so i can deal with it. Took the car to a dealership that foind a leak on the filter and could reattach the part, but had to charge me for the clips and screws because the Take 5 employees did not give that back. So i had to get a second oil change and pay for parts that these employees stole. I spoke with the manager who was supposed to call me back, but basically ghosted me. Do not go here.

Worst case of bait-and-switch I have ever personally been subjected to.Told specifically by the tech twice that the coupon I was using was good for the total invoice, not just for the oil change alone. When I questioned if he was sure about that he reassured me that that was indeed the case, which led me to purchase windshield wiper blades and cabin air filter at a premium price, thinking that the cost would go down due to the coupon.Only after changing the parts and discarding the old ones was I informed that no, that was not the case and that I was being charged full price for all the parts, a $35.00 difference.I even spoke to the absentee franchise owner and he offered a 50% discount on my next oil change. So let me get this straight...you cheat me out of $35.00 and your resolution to this is that I do business with you again, giving you another chance to screw me?Fat chance...Edit: And the saga continues.Sure, they are very concerned, want me to reach out to them so that they can set things right...right?Nope. Phone number goes to an unmanned robot telling you to leave a message that will never get returned. The number is located in New Orleans, Central time zone, I have called and left messages multiple times during late morning and early afternoon normal business hours and never heard a human voice on the other end. I stand by my original review. And the saga comes to a happy end...On 2/28 I at last recieved a return phone call from Take 5's customer service rep, Nina. She patiently listened to my retelling of the events, I heard some clacking of keys on her end, and then she explained to me that she did not have the cyber-ability to refund me the $30 to $35 at question here. She couldn't add a 25% discount to the items I had purchased, there was no "button" for that on her computer. She did, however, have the ability to refund me the entire purchase price of the wipers and the air cabin filter.Hmmm...uh, sure, yup, I guess that would be okay...so over three times what I had originally requested? Well, gee, if that's all you can do...That refund check arrived in the mail today, jjust as Nina had promised. So I'm changing it to a four star review because of strictly two things and two things only: Nina's dedication to customer satisfaction and the fact that my integrity is most definitely for sale!Okay Take 5...your customer service department earned their money today...they deserve a raise and the rest of the day off.

Had a terrible experience at the Apopka location & will never go back to that one. No one was outside when I drove up multiple times and rung the bell so it was hard to tell if they were open. When I called and spoke to Chris he let me know they were indeed open. Drove back and the gentleman finally walked out and rudely asked if I was lost or something. I told him I was here for an oil change. He kept up with his condescending tone so I decided to leave and went to Altamonte.Great experience at the Altamonte location. Very fast, professional and courteous. Would visit there again.

Great service but got in there at a busy time so had to wait for about 45 minutes to get into bays but once in they were fast. They did forget to give me a window sticker but luckily my vehicle has a service light that comes on when I need another oil change.

Amazing service, very kind people. I don t think I ve ever been treated better. As a single woman, I m always afraid someone will take advantage of me, but this store eased my anxiety. I went to the location in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
