I am having the most inconvenient weekend ever because of these guys. Took my car here a week ago for an oil change they didn t tighten the oil filter enough and oil was leaking the whole week without me knowing it. Ended up stuck on the side of the road, had to pay for Ubers, wait hours for someone to help, miss an important appointment called them, they basically told me they can t refund me but they would pay for a tow to get it to them and if it WASN T their fault, I would have to pay for the tow what is that? Of course they re going to find a reason to make it not their fault and then I m out of hundreds of dollars for a tow AND stuck? This place is incompetent. Wouldn t trust them with my car ever again.

Fast and friendly staff. They aren't looking to up charge you. They were honest and lowered the price when the work was less than expected. Highly recommend, I'll be back.

Excellent service and price. They fixed the trunk lift on my 2018 Tahoe for a fraction less than the dealership and did it within a week even with having to order a part. I'll for sure be coming back for future service.

This place is awesome! Good prices and the staff are tremendously warm and friendly! They also had a tire for me that I couldn't find anywhere else.Shout out to the Dominican Republic! Your boy is representing your country in style!

Fastest oil change I ve ever had! Part of my front bumper was falling off before I came in, and the owner offered to fix it for $25. I couldn t be more grateful! I got a great Groupon deal for a synthetic blend oil change. They had excellent service, definitely the best car maintenance experience I ve ever had and will be coming back for all car service.

went for a tire patch (2 places) & fluid top off, right at $50. great team, quick work, & fair prices. they were busy but i was still out in about an hr. will be back if i ever need anything done

How is it that I brought my own turning signal bulbs (which comes with 2 in a pack) and not only stole the other working bulb and put it the bad one back, but they charged me $36 to put it in. Forget the money, why steal a bulb? You re a car place you should have some. It s only $4.95 a pack at Walmart. And your reply was unprofessional lol learn to spell. I didn t see the old bulb until now. Either way, the new bulb isn t in my cup holder and while you re trying to be rude, everyone can see your response so you just look unprofessional

This business is restoring my faith in this area. The young men that work here have a good sense of fantastic quality and great customer service. The guys who actually install tires and put air in them working in this EXTREME heat and unpredictable weather remain humble, respectful and efficient.

Rip off. Charge for unnecessary inspection. Just needed alignment and charge me almost $40 dollar to tale me that the tires are not good and they can't do aligment without to change tires. I payed for nothing.

Im go to this store to fix my tired, i pay $35 for a parch, but they not fix good my tire and i need, desmont my tired go back and they only say me sorry affter fix againg my tire, im loose my time for a bad parch, i dont know want see other work for them in other cars

They do good work. Best mechanics I've found by far. They put in a radiator for me. Car now runs like a sewing machine. Don't sleep on this shop the prices are affordable and the mechanics know their stuff.

Rubens tire deserves 5 STARS & BEYOND The Receptionist (Jordan) is very welcoming with a beautiful personality she assisted me with a lot of different financing options. The Mechanic's are very professional work fast & very good at their jobs. I was able to save a lot of money.

went in for a brake diagnosis. replaced every part that was not causing the issue. never reached a diagnosis, yet i still paid? it's still not fixed? i now have no money to fix the real problem. cant get no refund? how can say diagnosis but not actually do that?Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Not a place I had known about and probably would never have gone to, but needed an oil change and three other places did not have my filter, they did and they had a coupon for a semi synthetic change for $28.99. Dealer price was $70+. Took me right in and was out the door in 25 minutes. Very nice mechanic who even shouted from the by, thanks and have a nice day. Impressive. I will definitely be back.

STAY AWAY! $30 to patch a tire over the phone. I show up we don t have the equipment to lift your car So I pull out a jack pad that they can use. $60 to patch a tire I said what! Yeah man it s TESLA SCAMMERS!UPDATE: I put a plug in my own tire 2 hours later. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SHADY PEOPLE!Price changes based on how nice a car you drive!

Went to this place to get an oil change due to seeing a good deal on Groupon for an oil change. Before i came to the location my oil light was not on at all. When i pulled up into the location my oil light still wasn t on. Even when the worker drove it to the back to start the oil change the light never came on. My car was perfectly fine. Once the dude was done he came in letting the lady sitting in the front desk that my oil light came on AFTER HE CHANGED MY OIL and it was because of the oil sensor and advised me to come back the next day. My boyfriend was not having that and went back to this location to get a better understanding on what was wrong and ask the guy who did the oil change to make sure it was the sensor because mind you the oil light WAS NEVER ON BEFORE I BOUGHT HIM MY CAR. Fast forward while driving the car the engine light end up coming on out of nowhere . End up taking my car to another shop to see what the problem was and was told when the guy from Ruben changed my oil he cracked the oil filter housing which I had to come out of pocket 1300 dollars to get fix. I called Ruben to inform him what he did and he pretty much said he did not do that and my oil light was already on when i brought the car to him. Mind you my OIL LGHT WAS NOT ON BEFORE I GOT THERE, NOT ON WHEN I PULLED IN AND NOT ON WHEN THEY TOOK THE CAR TO THE BACK. I usually don t do reviews but i will not be bringing my car back to this location again.Service: Oil change

They're a family based business. It's wonderful to me,to see a successful business run by my fellow Latinos. The Staff,to me ,at this point, are happily familiar to me. The mechanics staffed there work hard ,and do good work. The prices,to me, seem reasonable and fair. I have had only a good experience dealing with them to fix my vehicle for me.

Great service. Got my 09 Jeep back in shape with an oil change, new fuel filter/pump, rear disc/breaks. Even drove off with different rims that made my jeep look updated. Thanks Ruben and staff.

Awesome service and attention to detail.Great prices and very friendly atmosphere.My car front end was aligned and very professional I was explained in detail the findings. The prices were far lower than Pep Boys or any other competitors.I will highly recommend Ruben's tires for all your automobile needs.

Went in for a front end alignment but ended up needing all 4 wheels done. Hector didn't even tell me until the work was done and just charged me the front wheel alignment price. Great service very friendly and fairly priced beating competitors. Highly recommend.
