The owner is great and was super helpful. Even offered refreshments and it felt like a family setting. Got my car serviced here. Changed the front control arms and did an alignment. Car runs perfectly now. Highly recommended. Great pricing as well.

Primos Tires & Auto will definitely be my new "Anything Car" place to go. Couldn't of had better customer service from both, Bud Mullins the mechanic, and the office guy. They were very informative about my car and what I needed. Or didn't. I wasn't expecting so much honestly I guess. They were the 2nd place I took my car for same issues I thought I just paid to have fixed, so it was shocking to hear at first that what I thought was going to cost me a month without my car and $3000... Turned out wasn't even the problem at all!! So instead, I spent one afternoon in Primos lounge area drinking tea, in the AC, on a big comfy couch and looking at magazines to get the REAL problem fixed. And if only cost me $800. I would definitely recommend anyone with a car to check this place out. I bet you'll be surprised too.

Don t let the good review fool you, these people are a scam, tried to get some used tires, they charge me $200 and simply rotated the tires. Save you re money, you d be better off going to somewhere else.Edit: I didn t ask for a tire rotation, I asked for 4 used tires and all you guys did was rotate my tires

Great, fast ,affordable service took care of my alignment on my f350 Dually which no shops in the area weren t able to do due to the size of there lift . But here at primos I was able to get it done and get back on the road I will definitely be back here again for more work

I drove in a Saturday because I had a nail in my tire. They took care of me right away. They fixed it in 20 min and carged me 35 which I thought was fair. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

Very bad service with very very high cost, thay takes hidden charge also. There is no collaboration with their commitment and their service. They just ruined my car. If you love your car please be careful.

I have to say we are pretty upset with the outcome here. New to the area. This place has great ratings so we went with primo. Close to our home. Needed a few things. Tune up, oil change, ac, and I had a nail in one of my tires.Spoke to the man up front, time was good as it only took a day and a half. Me and my husband went to pick up the car, there was NO itemized list of work that was done. Charged us 1300$The oil light was on when leaving and stayed on until my husband purchased oil and filled my engine with oil himself, A few days later. An oil change was the most important thing discussed, and we don t feel any of it was fulfilled. Aside from plugging the tire.I would not go here if you do not want to waste money.Requesting a list of what work was done might help, but I would NOT take the chance!

Would absolutely recommend. Had no wait took my car in immediately and luckily they had the tire in stocks. Was out in less then 20 minutes and didn't cost a fortune. Will definitely return for any car issues. Thank you for your service.

PRIMOS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I was turned down by 3-4 other shops in the area for whatever reason to swap a 245/45/R20 and they were the only ones who could get it done! Neal the gentleman in the front was super friendly and even played a game of chess with me and my girlfriend! Definitely would recommend this place. All 4 tires with an alignment done within a hour!Service: Wheel alignment

I recommend this place 100% Neil its owner very attentive and excellent human being, very good mechanics excellent customer service and go straight to the problem.My car had a bad drive after 50 miles it started to shake, guess that the two rubbers in the back were in very bad condition! I went to several places looking for solutions and nothing here quickly they found the problem. My car is a BMW E90 335i.If you have a shaking problem in the steering wheel, check the tires before spending thousands on other things. Highly recommended! Excellent Service.

Came to buy a used tire for my daughter's car, found one for a good price. After installing it to the wheel the mechanic caught that the tire was out of round and said it was not good. I saw the good reviews and I came in to get a battery installed and got the best possible service. Got a cold water bottle which saved me from dying in the heat. I waited just a little time and they got everything done! Will definitely come back because this is trustworthy mechanic. I will gladly drive from Orlando to Altomante Springs if I needed one!!

Rented a uhaul from this place. They were supposed to open at 9. The employee showed up late. We had reserved the truck and were going to return it in NSB. The employee told us that was ok and gave us an 800 number to call to find the locationThe truck had less than 1/4 of a tank of gas when we picked it up.We returned it to NSB. The bill was just emailed and we were WAY over charged for returning it to the wrong location. This is an absolute scam. Disputing it now and will be happy to remove this review if we can reach a fair agreement

This is a very well ran business down to the hospitality! We were welcomed and given cold water while we waiting in there very comfortable lobby. I needed my two front tires replaced and they did it fast and with quality! New car shop for me!

They charged me $60 for gas after returning a uhaul. I have photos to prove I returned it with the correct amount of gas. Uhaul is not responding to me and this company doesn t have a working phone.

Had a bolt (not a nail) housed into the outer part of the tread that many places will not work on. They not only repaired the tire for a reasonable fee but got me in and out in a matter of minutes because the owner gave me a favorable time to come in to make it work for the both of us. I went to Primos Tires Auta Repair in the morning. Nael Bey welcomed me and they changed the tire in a very short time, the seats were very comfortable and they offered tea, coffee and water as well. I left happily. Thank you

AWESOME customer lobby! I was surprised that they have coffee, tea, and water for the guests. They fixed my car, great staff and great service. Appreciate the effort they put in to make sure that im comfortable and if I needed anything.
