Wow! To say I am happy with my experience today at Paulk s Auto Body and Restoration Center would be an understatement. Several people had suggested in the past that we check it out if we needed body work. As a former longtime journalist, I am always skeptical and tend to stay within the comfort zone of all things I find familiar. But this time, I decided to take the advice of those people who had recommended Paulk s to us.My car was the victim of a hit and run in the parking lot of my job yesterday. The front end damage did not look all that bad. But, it is a 2018 and like many of today s vehicles, filled with forward looking LIDAR and other VERY expensive sensors located behind or near the bumper. Needless to say, I was terrified that this might end up costing me thousands of dollars!I tried using a hair dryer to heat and soften up the bumper and pop out the dent myself. It did not work like at all. So, I headed for Paulk s. The second he saw me, Phil stopped what he was doing and came over to ask how he could help. I told him about the hit and run and asked if he could take a look and give me an estimate. Despite obviously having been in the middle of something when I arrived, he said Sure, let s take a look. I showed it to him and explained that for now, we just wanted to get the dent fixed and the bumper reattached. So, Phil fired up his heat gun put it over the dent for a minute or less then popped it right out and reattached it to the fender. Bang! Zoom! Done! Not thousands. Not even tens of dollars. I was blown away.Phil was so kind, so knowledgeable and such a treat to meet and talk with. And, I love the fact that Paulk s Auto Body and Restoration Center is a family-owned and local business. It really is a pleasure to share what a great experience I had and recommend that you check it out as well! Phil, you were a blessing to me and my family. Thank you!

This is the best treatment and service I have ever gotten from any mechanic or auto body business. From beginning to end he was nothing but a joy to deal with I don t know much about cars and he didn t just make assumptions he educated me. I researched pricing before he did my work and I gotta say he was more then fair. I am never going anywhere else. if he can do ithe ll be doing it.

The owners were very kind. The quotes they gave me were very fair compared to other surrounding businesses and they definitely cared the most about their customers! They did a fantastic job on my car it looks great! 12/10 would recommend and will return for any future needs.

They were very thorough and attentive to every detail throughout the entire process of replacing my truck bed. Their crew exceeded expectations with a job that deterred some other shops from even offering a fair price. I m looking forward to getting many more years out of this truck thanks to them.

I was looking at the map and just realized I never posted my review about this shop! *GASP*About 2yrs ago, my husband had just gotten his car, he was away on vacation, I parked in a shopping area and some idiot rammed into it doing major damage.Literally in COMPLETE HYSTERIA I called, Phil told me to come on down to the shop. I was literally at the entrance, shy, shaking, and in tears about my husband's new car. I must've looked like a crazy lady! Little did I know the shop was closed to outside customers that day and they still kindly took me in. Phil brought me to Yvette and she calmed me, had me come sit in her office, had polite conversation with me, told me they'd have the car looking like new, explained EVERYTHING step by step.When I got the car back it was BETTER than new!I told my husband what happened to the car only after the repairs were complete. He did a once around and shrugged his shoulders.....had I told him before he saw his car repaired it would've been a different story. LOL THANK YOU YVETTE......THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM. I'LL NEVER FORGET YOU!

If you re looking for an all around shop, Paulk s auto body is the place to go. This company went to war for me to assure I kept my truck. They went above and beyond with repairs and kept me updated through whole process. My truck honestly looks twice as good as it did before the accident and I plan on having more work done with them in the future. I can't recommend this place enough! I was referred here to get a quote on repainting my 2008 4Runner. It was chipping all over and beginning to rust due to age and the hot Florida sun. Phil was so helpful from start to finish! Not only did he explain the steps of the entire process, but he was also able to address some other concerns I had with the vehicle and gave me a great price! He went above and beyond by sending me pictures and videos to update me on the progress and was always very quick to respond to my phone calls and text messages. When I picked up my vehicle it was pristine, washed/waxed/detailed and literally looked BETTER THAN NEW!!! I'm very happy with my decision to trust them and couldn't be happier with the results!

Look no further! From the exceptional customer service to the mirror like paint job and affordable pricing, what more could I ask for?! I couldn t be more satisfied. You just don t get that these days and Paulks Auto really checked all the boxes. Very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options as well as the process. Paul did a fantastic job repairing the carbon fiber roof on my E92 M3. The M3 roof was yellowing, peeling due to rock damge and suffered UV sun damage. Paul stripped down the carbon fiber roof, removed the factory gel coat to the bare carbon fiber, removed 99% of all the yellowing, and applied multiple layers of clear coat. The skill level and knowledge were unbelievable. This is an actual family-run business that cares about its clients. You are treated like family.Service: Painting

Though I did not take my car here for service, they assisted me and a friend today. My friend hit something last night and ended up with multiple flat tires. We had to leave the car there overnight. The staff here helped my friend, filled her tires with air. Assisted with anything she needed. The kindness and compassion these gentlemen showed was outstanding! Thank you so very much!

I took my 1990 Pontiac Firebird to Phil for some paint work about a year ago, The car had picked up some scratches over the year and I took it to Better Than New to have them fixed. He did an amazing job painting The car and an even more amazing job communicating with me about what I wanted done, and always sending me pictures of the process! Amazing airbrushing on the car and amazing paint work! I couldn t ask for a more professional job and customer service! I love the way my car turned out and I m sure you will too if you take your car to this shop!

I had minor damage to my vehicle including a side mirror that had been stripped from my car. I was on a time crunch to get this fixed before a long work week. I tried to fix the mirror myself but ran into some difficulty getting some stubborn bolts off. Within the same hour of calling, they were able to get me into their shop and fix my mirror for me with no hassle. They were incredibly helpful and friendly and I will most certainly be coming back for any future services. I highly recommend this shop.Service: Body & Trim

My Honda CRV needed substantial collision repairs to the passenger doors, as well as fresh paint. Paulk s Auto Body has done a fantastic job making the repair and paint look seamless, like it never happened. My car is pearl white and the match was spot on. Phil and Yvette provide such great customer service and produce quality work. If you were to trust any shop with your car, I highly recommend Paulk s Auto Body!! I own a European antique car that needed some freshening up. I gave a detailed list of items that needed to be worked on. Each one of the items on the list was corrected in a high-quality and timely manner. In terms of the bang for the buck, it was well worth it. It is now the go-to auto body shop for my car.

Just called in regards to replacing the sunroof on my car, and was referred to another shop. The owner said that a repairman at that shop was a specialist with sunroofs. That tells me the owner of this shop has integrity. Wanting the costumer to be satisfied, he'd rather send me to someone who specializes in my vehicles need instead of charging me for the extra time his techs would need to perfectly repair my issue. To me, that says this shop is run by a top notch guy. My car does need body work, so when I have that $$ saved, I'll update this review
