Excellent experience here. Had a minor issue with our mini cooper and wanted someone to check it out before the weekend. Alan worked us in that morning and had a quick diagnosis and fix done by the afternoon. Very pleased with their flexibility and exertise. Will definitely consider them with any future repairs. They may not be the least expensive but the service and communication was great and well worth it in our case.

They check all parts of my vehicle including the air conditioner. They fixed up my car completely and changed my oil. They also give you an estimate of when it needs to get changed again. They meet all my quality standards and my satisfaction to them is beyond my expectations! If something is wrong, let them check and they'll explain it in detail

Only shop I will take my Range Rover to for the last 5 years now. Alan & Levy do an incredible job! Excellent Service at an affordable price & clean. You can tell they take pride in their work. The one-star reviews are spot on. All I will say is definitely get a second opinion from another shop. Quoted 800$ for a coolant system repair, got it done for 400$ down the street. Quoted 500$ for a ignition coil/spark plugs(100$ in parts) when it s a 15min job and I did it myself.Ridiculous prices and very rude customer service. Told me to come pick up my car since I was giving him issues . All I did was ask about the estimate/quote prices. Since I was trying to decide if my BMW was worth it.Also wanted 900$ for new belts/pulleys. I have done the exact same job before. Any experienced mechanic can do this job in 2 hours at the most. This shop is highway robbery, I don t care how clean it looks.

I live in Altamonte Springs and own two Mercedes Benz. An E350 and an S550. I take them to Overseas Imports. Alan is the owner and provides excellent service at a very reasonable price. I have had no problems. The place is VERY clean and you can rest assured knowing that your car is in good hands. Thank you Alan. I will keep coming back!Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

If I could give these guys a negative 5 stars I would. Called in to get a quote on some work I needed for my vehicle and outside of their attitude it s like I was begging them to take my business. They are a NO for me, take my foolish advice and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

We took our 4 -runner here to be diagnosed and fixed. We were emphatic about paying whatever it took to get it fixed after going to many mechanics for a vibration issue, and thinking this very clean and pricey shop was a high-quality shop. It s a mechanic, who seems good, and the owner that works at this shop. Not only was the owner disagreeing with everything his mechanic was saying, but he was rude and condescending about not wanting to work on my car because a lot of people that get their car diagnosed apparently get it fixed somewhere else. I kept explaining to Alan, the owner, that wasn't an issue. Even though there is Toyota symbols on the building, he still was speaking negatively about My car and ranting about how high quality his shop was, and how long he has been in business and all the Luxury vehicles he fixes. I take really good care of all my vehicles so I was eager to have him work on it. He and his mechanic test drove my car, not only did Alan continue to accuse me of possibly not wanting to pay if I were to come back when he was available and have him formerly diagnose and fix it, but he didn t ever even call me to schedule a time for me to come in as we had agreed. The issue ended up not even being what he was arguing with his mechanic about. The whole experience was disappointing. I don t recommend this shop.

I recommended a very close friend of mine to overseas imports for her BMW told her about a 10% off coupon that is on their website. Not only did Alan refuse to accept the coupon (even though it's still on their website) but he overcharged her for the service! I thought this place had a honest owner but now I know that I will never recommend or use them again.

I've wanted to try this shop for sometime now with my Mercedes or Mini Cooper but surprisingly it was my Honda Odyssey van that needed mechanical attention 1st.Long story short:-They were awesome-Accurate in diagnosis-Fair in pricing for labor and parts-Clean VERY Clean ShopNot that I want my cars to need repairs anytime soon but this will be the 1st place I call.

Overseas Imports has had my BMW for 3 weeks now. They've never called me to give me an update. Poor customer service!Update 1/25/181.0 star rating 1/25/2018Please don't take you car to overseas imports! I took my BMW to them because a coolent light started to come on. My car was driving perfectly fine, no overheating or leaking. My thoughts were that he would put more coolent in; instead Allen the owner decides to fill my car up with WATER. not 30 minutes later my car is running hot a water is gushing from the engine.I take it back to him and the diagnosis is "Your water pump failed $600 to repair"I approve the repair and pay him. 5 minutes after driving away my car is running hot again. This all takes place the week before Christmas, so now he's not open until January 3rd. So for 2 weeks my car is sitting at his shop. I meet him at the shop on the 3rd and Allen the owner has the nerve to be Mad at me. He refused to give me a refund for the repair.I take my car to fields BMW for a Diagnostic. Results are I need a new engine!! $6,000+ please run far away from Allen and overseas imports.

Don t take your car there if you have a little bit of rust. Mr. 41 years of experience doesn t like putting a little elbow grease into it, and will deny you service.
