So far they have been wonderful. Anything but money hungry. They are fair and they really show a concern for your need with your car. They are polite and always come to the phone and explain to you what is going on. Is a very professional and polite company.I have not gone back yet to have the work done because we have been waiting for a part. But I am convinced that I will be happy with their work and their prices are not through the sky.

I ve taken 3 of my cars here and have never been let down from these guys. Aaron is running a great shop here. Only shop id recommend in the area.Had my ford ranger recently fixed hereTop notch service!

Then doing business with Bob and his son Aaron for over 25 yearsThey're very family-oriented and customer conscious!There's been several times I've come to their shop and they would do minimal repairs and not charge me.I've done small repairs and large repairs they've always been honest fixing what needed to be fixed and not trying to take advantage!!

They are very honest and when I went the 2 people waiting I spoke with. One said he d been comming here for 20 years and the other day said she s been comming here 30. The man said he d check and see if what I said was wrong was it. He said he didn t believe in fixing things that aren t needed to be fixed.

Honest, fair and nice. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone who is looking to have their vehicle worked on. This is a Christian owned business. They will not lie to you. If you ask them if the vehicle is worth being fixed, they will answer you truthfully. They're not in it to get you for your money. They honestly want to see you drive away in a safe vehicle.

They were totally honest. They looked at my car and they didn't charge me to look at it. They asked me how attached I was to my car because it needs quite a bit done to it. Nothing super expensive, but it is older. As a woman, it was nice to know they didn't try to take advantage of me. I'll be back.

Stay away!! From this place. On more than one occasion Aron calls to get vehicle says its ready. When driving vehicle home same condition exists. Vehicle not fixed correctly. Also watch the theft, cameras are up bit not working. Think twice before leaving your car there at night.. Had a flat jack, potable air pump, a complete tool box stolen out of my vehicle while at Olympic. NO FORCEABLE SIGNS OF ENTRY.. THEY DONT LOCK VEHICLES. And don't care about your stuff!! They just want your money.Services: Auto engine tuning, Vehicle Inspection

Great Mechanic, my ac was loud and basically not working Aaron was great and replaced the whole system. Also, he did it so fast considering he had to order the parts and my trailblazers ac system isn't the easiest to access,(compressor is on the bottom). Thanks Aaron and Olympic Auto.

Great service but holy hell... the guy Steve is something else. He is incompetent, puts you on hold and then ask you to repeat the same questions over and over again. I miss the lady that use to be there, please do something about Steve....

Honesty and great work. I had a 2001 Saturn last year that needed a new AC compressor. At other places I was going to get charged about $1200. Though it took a lot of research on their part to make it affordable, they were able to do the repair for just over $700. Olympic does not upsell for commissions. They keep it very fair. Love these guys .

Aaron has been working on my different cars for almost 10 years and is always wonderful to work with as well as Bob. The whole place is fully of good people who really listen to your needs and do their best to save you money on top of doing quality work.

Joe, Aaron and the mechanics---sorry, I don't know their names as I have personally dealt with only Joe and Aaron---are fantastic! Joe is 100% completely honest and will never try to sell or talk you into something you don't need. That is rare these days! Aaron always goes above and beyond the required repair(s) and makes sure your vehicle is safe and you are completely satisfied before you drive away. We highly recommend Olympic Auto and Air. Have them do your next maintenance or repair, and you'll see why everyone does!

Great Service & Trustworthy - I was referred to them from my Diesel Mechanic 1 year ago for an AC problem. It turned out to be a missing bolt in my AC clutch, a simple inexpensive repair. I again came back with another vehicle recently and this time I needed a freon charge. They fixed this with no charge. Unbelievable! ...They are just outstanding. I would not think about going anywhere else for my service needs.

Absolutely THE best mechanic in central Florida! I have a 1996 Honda Civic that I purchased with 3 miles on it. I just turned 304,000 miles on it this week and NO ONE has worked on this car but Bob and his staff.You will not find any mechanic as honest and accountable as Bob and his team of mechanics.Here is a quick example. Last summer my ac started warm, I stopped by and Bob ran a quick diagnostic - filled me up with some freon and I was back on the road. He could have pulled the "you need a compressor, etc." but nope, topped off the freon and was off.If you live within an hour's drive of Olympic, it is well worth your time and money to take your car (or have it towed) to Olympic.Note: I am not related to Bob in any way other than he works on my cars.I just posted this because he is one of the few individuals and businessesout there that is fair and honest. His son is getting ready to take over the business and he is just as honest and fair as Bob.I won't take my car anywhere else. Thanks Bob, Aaron, Joe, Eddie and all of the mechanics!

Bob and his team are very trustworthy and very reliable to get you back on the road in a very low cost and timely manner. Toyota had kept our 2009 Sienna van for 10 days and could not find the issue. Bob and his son Eric found the problem and had us back on the road in half the time.Bob runs his business to please God and that's what makes them so reliable. You won't be disappointed !!!

I found this auto shop online after being quoted ridiculous prices by another auto shop. Aaron the owner took his time explains what I needed which was a lot!!! He came in over $1000 less than what I was quoted by the other place. They are extremely courteous friendly and most of all honest. They ve gained a customer for life

I've been going to Olympic for about 10 years with a variety of vehicles. I've referred approx 20 people - all of which seem to agree with me & keep coming back. Not flashy, but extremely honest! I've had them talk me OUT of work on many occasions. 9 out of 10 times their prices are right. On the occasion they are high, it's not by much. The peace of mind I get is well worth the rare higher price. I don't usually wait around - usually first come, first serve; I drop off my vehicle at 7am OR night before and pick it up later. Can't say enough about Bob & his team!

Met with Aaron after getting a $500 quote for replacement and fluids for a power steering pump. Based on the quote from the peppy boy, Aaron quoted me about $120 less so we went with Olympic. It turned out that the p/s pump DIDN'T need replaced and it was just a broken o-ring. The repair cost was $56 after he goperfprmed his own assessment. I was referred to Olympic by a neighbor and they've earned my trust. The large retailer just wanted take a big sale and they've lost my trust. That large retailer put on a high pressure sales pitch and wanted me to decode right the . After I said I wanted a 2nd opinion, you could see the wind leave his sails. The peppy boy wanted to charge $57 for p/s flush and refill..Olympic charged $5 for the fluid.

Brought my car in today for a wheel bearing change. First time here and I was very impressed. Staff was friendly and my car was finished in a few hours. Tires plus quoted me double what I charged me here. I appreciate the honesty that I was given here. I will defiantly be a returning costumer in the future!

Most awesome auto/a/c repair shop I have ever been to. Yesterday on the way to see my husband, the a/c on the driver's side of my car went out! Yep, just one side only. Passenger side worked great; driver's side, nothing but hot air. I told the lady at the front desk (where my husband was) what had happened and she told me about this place. Told me I should read the reviews and that people even come from out of town to have their cars fixed here. I found that hard to believe. I did however, stop by this place on my way home an explained to them what was going on with my car. Joe immediately said it sounded like the blendor/accuator(sp?) and though they couldn't get to it then, suggested I bring it by the next morning. I asked what time they opened and he said 7:30 AM. I was there at 7:00 AM. To my pleasant surprise there was already someone there. I gave them the key and they looked at it and sure enough that's what the problem was. Now, I hadn't had breakfast yet, so I asked if there was somewhere close I could get something. Aaron told me where and since they had to wait on the part, let me go get myself something to eat. I brought it back to the shop, enjoyed a nice leisurely breakfast while they worked on my car. I also needed a new wiper blade for the passenger side (after speaking with Joe at OIympic the day before, and then continuing on my way home, it started a torrential downpour and the driver's side wiper blade simply came apart). I stopped at another auto parts store on my way home and picked up a wiper blade. While the gentleman was nice enough to put it on for me, the cost for one wiper blade was unbelievable! Anyhow, long story short, not only did Olympic fix my a/c problem in a timely manner (I was out of there by 9:15 AM) at a VERY reasonable price, but they also did not charge me for the wiper blade. I did not know this until I got home and was looking at the receipt (which by the way, I had forgotten and they were good enough to call to let the lady at the front desk know so she could tell me). I called them to tell them about it and they said yes, they knew and not to worry about it. This is by far the best place I have found (make that "been referred to") to have a car worked on. For years we took our vehicles to a different shop and it was fine in the beginning, but since the owner has let his employees (because I think he is probably getting ready to retire) "take over the business," we haven't been happy with them for quite awhile. Prices are out of sight and vehicle not being fixed properly (you know, "You're vehicle is ready." and then a week later you have the same problem. I would gladly and HIGHLY recommend Olympic Auto to anyone and everyone I know or meet. They are absolutely "THE BEST!" Thank you Joe, Aaron and all the rest of your superior employees! You have a customer for life! Oh, and Christy, thank you for the wonderful conversation we shared this morning. It really helped pass the time. God bless you all and thank you for being so reasonable but most of all HONEST!

These guys are always fair. No up selling. I cant tell you how many time i have takeing my Vehicles there. Just to find out i had a blown fuse or something was loose. An the charge was free to 30$. Its hard to fine an honest mechanic. I love this place.

Bob is the most honest mechanic I've ever dealt with. His and his team's work is always quick and fair and solves the problem. Whenever I have an issue with my car I go here because Bob treats me fairly and honestly. Finding a mechanic you can completely trust is hard these days, but I trust him completely. Olympic Auto is the only garage I take my car to, I really can't recommend it enough.

Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I walked in to buy a battery and no one even acknowledged my presence. Then another customer showed up and they started helping her out while ignoring me. It s crazy how clueless people can be.

We were visiting Florida and our brakes started acting up. Someone recommended Olympic Auto Repair and Bob ended up taking care of us for less than my good friend back home quoted me. Does this mean we'll drive seven hours for car repairs now? Maybe.
