I wrote a review a few months back when I was serviced by the manager and my experience was a 180 from this past one. I had a knocking on my engine and needed assistance. The two gentlemen working there went to get the read to see what was wrong and came back telling my husband that it's nothing bad. Then they made a bad joke about the severity of it and proceeded to tell us that since they don't know what part I needed, another evaluation is needed before they can get me the part to get it fixed. Well, I needed a new engine. Needless to say, I feel that although this may just be a one time scenario. The gentlemen who made those jokes maybe do that too often, enough to think it's okay to poke fun of a situation where their potential customer is having a bad and stressful day already. Meanwhile, it sounded like another manager was calling to cover other shifts of other employees who called out. It seems as though those workers don't truly value work and treat it and their customers just as carelessly. I may return only to give management a chance because it seems that the trouble is their hires.

Recently went here as my vehicle was causing me trouble. A very helpful associate by the name of Adriana helped test my vehicle and pointed out some key fluids were low. I got everything that was needed for my crocks and was on my way in no time at all. Very greatful for a helpful associate.

Besides the fact that I'm putting in the acoustical ceilings in the many popping up across Florida. I love shopping O'Reilly's. They always have everything I want and if not, they can order it. The last cv axles I ordered was there the next morning. Good job great company

Thankful for being open on Thanksgiving. Greeted upon entering and headlight bulbs obtained with ease. Reasonable price. Courtesy and kind staff. Definitely will return.

Felt like the fuel pump I got was pricey. Usually not at O'Reilly's. But this time they were compared to others. Still got it.

Joe and company pulled my butt out of the fire upon opening first thing on a Sunday a whole hour before Advance was even open.Diagnosed my problem with speed and efficiency and most of all with eagerness and a cheerful attitude. I was back on the road in great shape.I ve run service departments in the home repair trades and I really thought guys like the ones at O Reilly ceased to exist anymore. I m a believer in this stores crew. Thanks you guys.

Service was excellent, they helped us put some things on our car. The only issue I had was that they removed the old wipers and left one user the hood. I noticed it was slightly bent and when I opened it there was the wiper. Thankfully it did not damage anything but this could have not happened if they were just a bit more careful.

Very expensive in here. Found it cheaper on Amazon while I was waiting on line to be checked out. Was waiting way too long so I searched Amazon. So I left. If they where quicker then I guess I would of bought the Drl. Not much option either for the bulbs.

Robert and Charlene were a great help this morning. My battery needed to be replaced. They check to see if my battery to see if it was good or not. It needed to be replaced and Robert help me get the right battery for my Ram Rebel and the tools for the install. He even made sure that I did not lose any settings with a jump pack. Excellent service and it has a 3 year warranty. I highly recommended coming here they are knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

Super awesome staff hear, Joe and Travis are very easygoing and awesome employees. I love coming to this store whenever i need a part. Joe even helped me install a valve on my fuel rail and loaned me the proper socket to use as I didn't have it in my tool kit that was in my trunk. Super nice and genuine staff here that will do anything possible to help you out as far as looking for the part that you need or giving you sources that they know of to find that part. 10/10 I love this store and this staff

This is my first visit to an O"Reilly's and I was very impressed with one of your employees, Bobby. He was extremely pleasant and helpful and able to help with my issue. Bobby is a good face for the type of person you want working for O"Reilly"s. The store is organized and clean.

Jovani (Jo) and Trevor were of OUTSTANDING!!! help in getting me my part that I needed for my 2012 Chevrolet Camaro, both men showed beyond my expectations with their fast, friendly customer, very outgoing and love the job they are in. You know what they say, "When you love your job/career it shines through your actions". Thank you!!! So much Jo and Trevor. I would most definitely recommend friends, family, and public to you and your location

Super nice staff. We purchased a power pack today and it was much to our surprise to learn they charge these when there put on the shelf . it made all the difference between my husband just being late to work instead of missing the whole day. Thank you guys you are great.8-15-17 I love these guys. The radiator on our van went out and they ordered a new one and delivered it to us since of course we couldn't pick it up. Thank you

Bobby is the absolute best!This is how customer service should be. My brother in law and walked my dead battery from our house to O'Reilly. We were beat and exhausted. He helped us get a new battery and saved us money. He even gave us a ride back to my house and helped us install the new battery!This is the best customer service I've ever received!Made me feel like I was back in my small hometown.Hospitality

The stored had everything I needed and good prices. The reason I gave 3 stars is due to customer service. I had a question about the product I was purchasing. When I went up to the associate he was leaning against the register and sighed after the question was asked. The answer was given with attitude and overall not very helpful. Definitely can be improved.

Exceptional service. I came in today around 1 and was assisted right away. I used their Check engine light service device ,which is free,and was given clear and trustworthy advice from the manager, whose name I think was Brendan.

Stopped there 5 minutes before closing with a leaky valve stem. Just started out on a return trip from Florida to NY. The young man, didn't get his name, sorry, could have turned us away but was very helpful and repaired the valve stem for us and we had a safe trip home. He did say he was originally from Queens, NY. I would recommend this parts place just because the staff was GREAT! Prices were very good, too!

Very neat and organized auto part store. The customer reps are very helpful and courteous. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is because the prices seem a little steep--not too extravagant but there is a slight up pricing on certain items.
